Aubree My neighbor is the sexiest man I’ve ever met. And, the bangs and screams that frequently come from the other side of my bedroom wall also mean he’s very good at what he does. Then, one sexually frustrated and slightly tipsy night, I hatch a plan to get exactly what the other women go to the house next door to get; I want the “Oh, Jason” Special. Just when I try to talk myself out of my crazy plan, Jason answers his door nudely thus melting the rational part of my brain. When he accepts, I find that he’s more than a man with a magical touch, but I cannot go back on our deal. I must follow the guidelines, even if it does mean possibly walking away from everything I’ve ever wanted.
Jason As the owner of the hottest bar in Houston, I’ve received my share of offers. I’ve accepted most of them with one rule: One time only; no repeats. My rule has always worked for me without any issues. No attachments and no room for hurt feelings. My life is running smoothly until my new neighbor – the sexiest nerd I’ve ever met – issues me a challenge I cannot refuse. Bree wishes to give me three opportunities to take her where no man has ever managed to take her before. To assist her with her mission, I’ll have to break my rule. Yet, making her moan “Oh, Jason” for real, and not in jest, is fast becoming a tangible life goal. Rules are made to be broken, right? But what about hearts?
Francesca Penn lives in Texas with her husband and son. While obtaining her Technical Writing degree, a creative writing course and play-writing elective reawakened her desire to create stories. Her brain lives in fiction; even the songs she listens to become music videos in her head.
When she is not writing, she can be found hounding her loved ones with multiple "What-if" scenarios. As a true closet romantic, she is prone to filling up her DVR with Hallmark movies. A friend once told her that she'd trained the whole 20 plus years she'd known her to write romance since her nose was always in a love story.
Francesca believes that love is colorblind and plans to provide a mix of couples of different races and ethnicities because - to her - men are like Skittles, and we all know their motto.
Oh, Jason! Baby when I say Jason is the man, I meant that thing.
Bree had an issue. She had never had an orgasm, no matter how hard she tried. She also had a hot next door neighbor who seemed to be handing them out to randoms like free food at the mission. There was only one solution - make a deal with the sexiest man around giving him 3 attempts to satisfy her body like no other in exchange for prime seats at the local professional football team’s games.
Challenge accepted! He hit it out of the park after one try! The way Bree barged into Jason’s house while he was standing there wearing only a towel was indicative of how their relationship would unfold. Bree continued her take over behavior by bombarding Jason’s heart with love and affection. He didn’t have a chance.
I enjoyed the way the story developed as these two smoking lovers found more than what they bargained for. Their chemistry was off the charts from the beginning. I found myself enthralled with their love scenes, especially the ones where music was referenced. I listened to the songs as I read and the experience was heightened for me. I would suggest anyone reading the story do the same. It was so seductive and sensual I almost felt like I was there - a dirty little fly on the wall.
"O" lessons turn to love in this holiday novella that is exactly as steamy as you'd expect from the title and cover art. Jason and Bree's story is a little light from a holiday perspective, but it's got abundant heat to keep readers warm on a cold winter's night.
He thought he would teach Aubree how to get her "Petite Morte" that seemed to escape her no matter how hard she tried or with whom. That is until she made an agreement with Jason Dixon, her next-door neighbor whom she knew gave women plenty of the big Os to a different one every night. What they did not count on was falling in love with each other. Neither one wanted to tell the other because of the agreement and the assumption that the other just wanted to be friends. Jason was determined to let Aubree live her dream, even though it broke his heart to let her go and live the life she needed to live. Aubree just assumed he really didn't care about her and just reverted to his old playboy ways when she left for her career.
They were both miserable without each other. Through encouragement and help of friends and family, Jason finally got his act together to go get his girl and tell her just how he felt and so did she. Each one wanted to sacrifice their own happiness and love for the other so their love interest would be happy until that did not work for them. Being apart from each other was too much to bare. They'd become addicted to each other and the withdrawal was heartbreaking. Now, they can plan a life together.
I really enjoyed this hot little Christmas story. Jason and Bree are absolutely smoldering, but also make a really cute couple. She basically is an overanalytic nerd who because her brain is always churning, she overthinks everything. This includes her ability to have an orgasm which seems to have alluded her. She'd never had one. But then she hears through her wall that she shares with her next door neighbor, a woman passionately screaming, "Oh Jason" and well..she gets a bright idea. If he's making women say this night after night (different women, mind you), then maybe, just maybe, he can do this for her. So, she decides to ask him for a favor. The story is just hilariously cute and hot at the same time after that. Very enjoyable and you get more than your fair share of hot love scenes. Really sexy holiday romance! Read it!
Let me just say Jason will give Dex a run for his money on being your book boyfriend! Francesca did not let us down with this book. Aubree never had an orgasm before... she asked her neighbor, “Oh, Jason!” (As she calls him bcuz that’s all she hear late at night) to help her out. What started off as being a challenge or simple deed... let’s just say chemistry and learning new things takes them on a lovely ride. I highly recommend this book and I also recommend u to read and listen to the songs when they pop up. It will take your reading journey on a new level.
I gave it four stars due to a few grammatical errors but they don't mislead you from the story. Bree is scientist looking for improvement in her sex life then proposition her neighbor Jason since he's so talented in that department. It last for a while until there are feelings imposing on their agreement.
the writing was my issue the way they separate some of the verbiage was distracting me from the book it kept taking me out of the story and novellas are not supposed to be like this. it was also it a dnf
#BWWM #OppositesAttract #FlingtoForever #Holiday #Novella The nerdy girl reforms the playboy. Written in first person from an alternating dual POV, this is a standalone that ends with a HEA. Aubree is a research scientist. Her brain is very curious, and she has all the questions, especially about her neighbor. She wonders if the screams of “Oh, Jason” that she hears through the walls regularly are real, because she has never had THAT kind of O experience. I loved her logical approach to her problem. Surely propositioning the neighbor to give her what he regularly doles out can’t be too much to ask. Jason is a playboy who never has trouble finding a woman to take home. He has a one-night rule that is iron clad. Until Bree. I loved how he accepted her challenge. I loved how he worked with her mentally and physically so that she could peak. I loved how he falls hard for her without having a clue he has fallen. This was a fast and steamy read with enjoyable characters who shared realistic emotional and physical connections. There were a few minor typo and word usage issues, but the most distracting thing as a reader hinged on the formatting. Breaks in the middle of words, sentences, and paragraphs where there shouldn’t have been any was jarring at times. I did love the premise and the characters. This was still a solid holiday read.
There's really nothing like watching an alpha hero fight his feelings for his female for so long then utterly succumb... it's so satisfying lol
Bree has never had the big O, not even with herself, so when she hears her neighbor handing out orgasms like presents on Christmas, she offers him a deal. Three chances to make her orgasm and he'll get some tickets to some sports team that her uncle owns. Turns out, he doesn't need three chances.
This book was fun, especially on the steamy side. There really isn't a huge holiday connection to the storyline, but sometimes that's ok with the themed reads. I really wanted more unraveling and begging from this alpha male, though. And I would have enjoyed getting more personal background and personalities on both our MCs. If you're looking for a lot of sex, though, this is a decent read for that.
Jason and Bree were fated to be together. It just took a proposition to get them to see it. Who doesn't love a passionate, hot relationship. To fully let yourself go because of the trust you have for each. Gotta love a man who can bring the freak out you ;-)
I’d read carlee and remy and had to find out about Jason and his new neighbour Bree. Who came across a bit odd but once you got to know her and realised she was just very logical but they both provided something the other needed to form a close connection beyond sex. Francesca might be my new fav author.
First read of the new year and I enjoyed Bree and Jason's love story. Although I am a HEA girl, this story had me rooting for the couple. Looking forward to the next tale.
A great book that had me on the edge of my seat and wanting the story to continue. Bree and Jason were what each other needed to bring great sex to a different level. They found what each other needed to become one.
No matter how many times I read this book it just gets better. Jason and Bree are my go to happy couple. They came together with each getting a want fulfilled. What starts as lessons turns to love and just you can’t help but root for them the entire way!
This book was sooooo good!!! The characters had great chemistry and it was so great and the sex was very steamy lol. I probably was not expecting that ending, but it was a nice change/still satisfying! Totally recommend!!!!
This book is short and steamy, but my goodness the editing is awful. Lime really bad. But if you let your eyes go blurry and read quickly you get to a fun and hot tale of a cute nerdy girl and her alpha.
The spicy factor was there but there were so many spelling and grammar mistakes I couldn’t get over it. The storyline wasn’t bad but I feel like it tried to rush things being a novella. Went from Christmas to January in a paragraph where I was so confused I had to read it multiple times.

I read this because of the good reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. This was much funnier than I would have expected, funny, and full of heat. Go ahead and read it.
