Misery loves company – or at least that’s how Robert Jones has spent the last few decades as he has remained stuck between this world and the next. Robert’s subsequent attachment to Logan is the catalyst for a series of events that forge Logan’s perceptions of the world and his own identity. When Logan sees the ghost that haunts his family home, Logan is thrown into a spiral of questions which seem to have no answers. Why is Robert haunting them? Why do people hurt the ones they love? Will he lose Jacob forever? Logan must have answers and begins a journey to understand who is haunting them and why. Logan’s independence and resolution make him a driving force in the lives of those around him. But where will he lead them and will they ever be the same again? Logan’s Ghost is the search for identity and belonging through the passages of time. Raising as many questions as it answers, the reader is left with the knowledge that we all seek to belong, to not be alone. And everyone is different. It’s only when we accept each other’s differences that we can find our place in the world.
