Wow, it's been a while since I read a great rockstar book.
This follows a band right from the early years of just starting out to being a sell out stadium band.
All meeting their future wives and their life changes from groupies to setting down. It's not an easy road for any of them, most have a very rocky start but they all get their HEA.
Loved this box set from start to finish also the way the author tells you how they are all doing many years later after the band stopped touring, their children grew up and what everyone is up to now.

Hot Rockers! Sexy Stories! A must read!

You can't go wrong with anything written by this author. She gives the most enticing, sexy rockers you want to read about. Truly a must read.

Book 1 - Suddenly Dirty
Sienna and Evan’s story.
Whilst celebrating her birthday she goes looking for her husband but what she finds breaks her heart. Her husband, Beau has been cheating on her. Humiliated and heartbroken she seeks her friends who slowly help heal her.
One of her friends offers her a job with the rock band Dirty Texas. She had crushed on Evan but he lives a very different life; the rockstar life... girls, drinks, clubs. He is attracted to her but isn’t after commitment so they start to have a fling. It’s almost instant and they promise it will be fun but sometimes what you plan for and what happens don’t turn out that way.
Wow there was a lot of back and forth which was annoying! They sounded like a couple of kids at points which made me what to reach through the pages snd slap them both!
Book 2 - Suddenly Together
Christian and Vanessa’s Story.
They messed about in the past before either of them knew who each other was. The had a blast but working for the band as their PR manager was a nightmare! They were always getting into stuff especially Christian. They agreed it should be professional but things changed and so did his feelings. They got stronger but she got spooked!
He pours his heart out, she tramples on it and then he acts like a douche!
Book 3 - Suddenly Bound
Axel and Olivia story
Axel and Olivia have a weekend of fun but she has responsibilities and has to go back to England and he is a rock star who lives in USA. Also he is a playboy, never one to settle down but there’s something about Olivia and he can’t help but fall. Only she is supposed to marry another!
I quite liked these but how she could accept her sisters behaviour and how he kept taking her back was a little frustrating. This has been the stronger book so far for me.
Book 4 - Suddenly Trouble
Isla and Finn’s story
Lots of back and forth with this couple. From when they were kids and beyond. They loved each other but sometimes that isn’t enough! Can the hurt caused be out to one side and will everything work out ok?
I was so looking forward to this book having had snippets from Isla in the previous stories. This fell flat. It didn’t seem to be as she made it out. It wasn’t him pushing her away all the time snd in some cases she seemed to use him.
Book 5 - Suddenly Broken
Stacy and Oscar’s Story
The both were only after no strings! He helped awaken her desires and with no strings attached. Seemed perfect till it wasn’t enough and feeling got caught. Something tragic happens which will make sure it’s real and not all about the sex!
This was the better book in my honest opinion. Although reading all 5, one after the other, was quite repetitive and it was difficult to go back to the start with each couple when you had read the others and nothing really changed but I can understand if you were waiting for them to come out and needed a refresher

Just becuase you can publish a book doesn't mean you should!
This is terrible writing. The sentences are choppy and awkward. The author repeats information within the same paragraph making the book read like a term paper from a student trying to meet their word count. It's to bad because with a little more thought and some better planning it could have been a good story. I DNF. It was way to annoying correcting it all as I read.

What a journey!
So. Good! I love that I was able to binge all of these together. Instagram made me buy it and I’m not mad about it. A hot reel of Sienna and Evan was all it took, as soon as I started, this series hooked me! This is not a typical rockstar romance. These books are about family - blood and found. I love that the boys have been together since they were young. Even though the group was based out of LA, I love that the guys found their women from different parts of the world. All the locations made things so fun. Each book gave us different tropes and shenanigans to fall in love with. The chemistry and steam was off the charts hot… I will say new kinks unlocked! One of my favorite things about these stories is how they overlap. Reading them spaced out and on their own probably wouldn’t have the same impact, but binging them makes it such a journey. We get to see different events from different perspectives and it really changes the storylines. I will say that the lack of communication and immaturity was sometimes annoying. I get that they need to grow up and find their way but come on, a lot of this happens when everyone is going into their thirties, the childish stuff made me mad. At some point in each of the books, I wanted to throttle every single character. But that’s because I fell in love with them all and I desperately needed their HEAs! The secondary characters are freaking fantastic and I can’t wait to read all of their stories. At the end of the day Dirty Texas is one big loving and dysfunctional family and I love them. I loved watching the guys fall for their perfect women, and loved watching these amazing families flourish. The “where are they now” at the end of the book was perfect, I hate when books end because I don’t want to leave the characters, but this really helped me with my closure. If you love dirty mouthed rockstars, strong women, strong bonds, kinky times and all over the world jet setting you need this series in your life! Highly recommend!

A great box set and an enjoyable read
I’ve really enjoyed reading this Dirty Texas box set and getting to know all of these fabulous characters.
I’ve given it 5 stars because individually these stories are really great. If I had one criticism however, it would be that toward the end of the box set it becomes somewhat repetitive.
As you build this bigger picture of the whole Dirty Texas gang the stories intertwine and intermingle. The downside to this is that many sections of the books are repeated and in some instances, several times which, whilst giving you another perspective also becomes slightly frustrating. You can see that sections are cut and pasted and then amended but this can lead to mistakes and grammatical errors that became more frequent the more sections were reused. I guess that’s one of the issues when stories so closely overlap - and in the most part JA Low has triumphed in creating this very immersive and engaging world.
Something I like is that this all feels very real and probable. I’m not sitting there thinking ‘yeah, right, as if that would happen’. The world of celebrity and true stardom is something we all see but few get to experience. Low’s Dirty Texas lifestyle feels tangible and believable. Even the royal connection is a fair and true possibility.
Overall, I’ve loved getting to know these characters and watching their futures evolve and blend.
The collection of short epilogues is a neat little touch. Although I have one slight annoyance. I wanted more from the Derrick Epilogue. That man has been such a huge and pivotal character within all of the stories and I wanted a little more detail in how his flamboyant life panned out. I loved him so much as the ever present voice of truth, honesty and all things smutty and whilst I’m pleased he got his happy ever after, I wanted to know more about the man who finally tamed the wildcat that is Derrick Jones!

OMG where do I start. I love love love the Dirty Texas boys and it was all in one great 5 book series. Firstly, this is the first book I read bt JA Low and it won't be the last. I am bouncing in my chair waiting for the other books to be released.
This is a 5 book series and it was a steal at $.99. This book was well written and such great detail I actually feel like I knew the characters.
The sex was steamy and so hot. Every single Rocker story I said to my self I want an Evan, Christian, Axel, Finn and Oscar. Wow just wow what a bunch of hot rock stars. Then their Derrick. I loved him so much. I look forward to his story to.

Could've been better edited
There were points where it was cut and paste of scenes from previous books in the series and the flipping from 1st person to third wasn't edited properly. It's irritating when the book's storyline was so much more than the rehashed scenes from other books in the series. I wished JA Low had written a bit of a prologue to get us caught up to where book 4 was at Christmas with these two characters and then moved the story forward from there. We know they have amazing chemistry from books 3 & 4, so why the rehashing? I wanted more about where Stacey came from, her home life in Australia, etc. I felt like we didn't get her back story at all and this book would have been the place.
Don't get me wrong, it's still a great book, and the epilogue at the end wraps up the series well, apart from the teaser for the book still to come for Derrick's story.

Complete Dirty Texas five book series. Each full-length book is about a different band member finding their HEA and the secondary characters are the same throughout. The series begins later in their careers having already “made it” over 10 years ago. They are all just about to turn 30 yrs old and finishing up their last leg of their final tour before beginning a new business venture. They all grew up in the same town and have been a band sense high school. I loved the closeness of their friends and family. For me I prefer my romance books more monogamous and I prefer the steamy scenes to be in detail only between the H & h. Most of this series had multiple partners, sharing, MFM, MMF, MFMFM, FFM, MFFM, MFMF, & random partners in detail. Overall, the stories drew me in and I liked the extended epilogue showing an update 20 years in the future.

Simply wonderful
Oh my what a wonderful series. I thoroughly enjoyed this reading this series about these five rockstars and the women who love them and brought them to their knees. I was hooked from the start and I couldn’t put it down. I loved the chemistry between the guys and their women as well as the rapport between the guys as well as the friendship between the women. I loved every minute of these stories and I couldn’t wait to see what these crazy rockstars got up to next plus add in a wonderful friend to all of them who kept them not only on their toes with his antics and they never knew what to expect next with him. A truly wonderful series that has all the feels that will leave you feeling good and part of the Dirty Texas family.

Currently free on KU.
This is a 5 book series based on the band Dirty Texas. I pretty much read straight through the box set in one weekend because I literally could not stop.
Book 1 is basically an appetizer, you have a sweet love story with some of what you think is some good detailed dirty sex, until you get to book 2 and then JA Low just goes crazy! Boundaries are pushed and tested but in the most sensual of ways, never making me feel uncomfortable when reading.
Excited for Sons of Brooklyn! Bring on more books!

So very good but some better than others - read on KU
I waited to long to review these because I wanted to get to the next book and not stop and review. And then some details ran together by the time I finished but I still had so much to say, so I kept putting it off.
Not everything was original but it was fun. There were things I hadn't read in a rock band group before. I loved that a lot of them enjoyed a series of sex clubs all over the world. The sex was really hot in most of them. Certainly some more than others.
I haven't enjoyed many of the newer books by Ms. Low as much as I enjoyed most of these.
I can't recommend the series enough and I am a critical reviewer.

Honestly? The writing was not very good, the plots were a bit repetitive, and most relationships were toxic rather than romantic. Lots and lots of cheating being glossed over, double standards all the way (the guys keep fucking groupies all throughout the books but are jealous and interfere if the women flirt with other men). I actually found Stacey and Oscar’s open relationship (they give each other the opportunity to be with other people, so it wasn’t at all cheating) the least annoying!! The worst? Finn and Isla…he is seriously a douche, and she is a silly girl. His “secret” was really not a big deal.

It is one amazing series. By the end, all I could say was wow. You feel lost in the journey along with every single character. Everyone has their unique personalities which piques your interest.
You get attached to every single one of them and understand their pain, sorrow, happiness and every other emotion.
The way the author has portrayed every single character you are desperate to know more about them.
Can't wait for the spin off series and also Derrick's story. He is one of my favourite characters in the whole series.
Would re-read the whole series anytime😁

Absolutely amazing series, there’s love, loss, hot AF Rock stars, sex clubs, kink, weddings, babies and most of all fantastic characters.
I loved this series and was gutted it’s finished, it’s written in fine detail and with such emotion you just fall into this world. I was so moved my this serious - honestly laughing out loud at parts and tears in other parts.
The twists and suspense in this books are fantastic, I couldn’t put the books down until the very end.
Love how each book has overlapping scenes.
Overall a fantastic series, you will honestly not regret reading this.
I loved this series and was gutted it’s finished, it’s written in fine detail and with such emotion you just fall into this world. I was so moved my this serious - honestly laughing out loud at parts and tears in other parts.
The twists and suspense in this books are fantastic, I couldn’t put the books down until the very end.
Love how each book has overlapping scenes.
Overall a fantastic series, you will honestly not regret reading this.

Excellent InterConnected Reading
A lot of reading material in this engaging series but the gist of it all cones down to family, however you define family, and the unconditional love and support a family provides to a person. A lot of characters were fleshed out and they all had their own easily identifiable idiosyncrasies. This was a complex spread of stories over a large and expanding cast of characters. Well done! Good Stuff!

Funny, hot, dirty and amazing!
The Dirty Texas band turns from five hot (rockstar) men into a massive family. All band mates have their own stories and all are brilliant.
I’d avoid these books if you don’t like hot AF sexy times, but if you do, these are the books for you. I can’t convey how much I loved these characters and how sad I am to have finished with them.
Evan, Christian, Axel, Finn and Oscar…..you truly do rock!

Amazing
I really enjoy reading the dirty Texas books as a set. It allowed me to live in their world and immerse myself in each of the characters stories. I enjoyed seeing the guys fall for their girls and how their lives changed as their families expanded. Stacey and Oscars story was my favourite and I shed a few tears for them but it was good to see them all get their happy ever after and prevail through all their trials life threw at them x

All great love storys
As I truly loved the band guys and the journey they all went through together I wish the author had written it as it happened with everyone as one big lifehappening at the same time. Each story went back through and went over the same part of the first one in each section.by the 5 band member it got boring and sadly I skimmed

This series is fantastic, they're a group of rockstar that's accustomed to having their groupies but fell hard when that one special woman walked into their lives.
They all slowly transformed into a life of monogamy before they are dragged kicking and screaming down the isle and into the delivery room.
It was an easy 5 stars

OMGosh, OMGosh, OMGosh!!!! Each and every book... 😍😍😍
I thoroughly enjoyed this novel from the first page until the very last. It has been a very rare occurrence that I could just pick up a book and read it in one day; but, I was captivated by these characters and their amazing love story instantaneously.

Fun steamy books
I really liked the books. The characters are fun and there are lots of steamy scenes. What I did not like when reading the books as box set was the word for word repetition from one book to another. I know the books overlapped time wise, but some scenes I think were in most of the books, word for word. But I would recommend

This series was just amazing and I am so sorry it's over. Each night when I climbed into bed to read before sleeping, I simply became part of the group, I laughed, I cried many times, and I was simply absorbed by the characters in the stories. I am certainly going to be looking for more books by this author.

Absolutely amazing
This series is absolutely amazing. The way the stories were written to weave into each others. I truly loved them all but saving Oscar & Stacey’s story for the last was the best. If you are looking for beautiful, dirty and emotion shattering stories, you have found them. You won’t regret reading these. Bravo to JA Low. You have a hooked and faithful reader.

What a box set!
This series had me enthralled from the beginning! I literally could not put this book down. Each couple had their own story and watching the family’s grow but so awesome! I also loved how the timeline in each story followed the same timeframe of what each couple was going through at the same time! Definitely would recommend!

Fun and enjoyable
So many times I've bought book sets like this and found them to be long and drawn out. I've lost interest half way through and am just thoroughly disappointed. But NOT this set. I truly enjoyed it and found it fun to read. I just love Derrick and his antics. He makes me smile and lol. I would definitely recommend this.

Great storylines, some errors
I truly enjoyed every one of the books in this collection. However, there are numerous grammatical and spelling errors throughout. I will definitely keep reading despite these errors because the plots are that good!
