A handy book in a fast-changing business world

A very interesting book which also comes at the time when businesses are fast evolving. To keep up with the demands, one needs to find a way to bond his/her business to technology and thus, this book serves as a guide to dentists who want to move their practice to the next level.
The Author Jackie Ulasewich provides a lot of information in the area of dentistry in this book. The author mostly points out the need for dentists to step up their game in order to cope with the changing world. I love this book because, even though it focuses mostly on dentists, a lot can be borrowed from this book for application in other forms of business.

Passages in the book give us an insight into the author’s personal experience which shows that this book is practicable. Jackie lends her experience in dental marketing to us by way of this book.
It is definitely a book to have if you are starting up a business or struggling to move your business to meet with modern demands of marketing and technological advancement.

I thought this book was super interesting. There wasn’t much to go off of based on the synopsis but reading the other two reviews and the book it deals with forming a successful dentist practice in the digital age. The author gives us plenty of information and though it is geared towards dentistry, I think anyone in the medical field could pick this book up and benefit from it. There are some interesting insights contained within, such as how things used to work and how they do now, and how common mistakes in marketing are hindering your practice from becoming more successful. Not using social media platforms, not customizing your website are some of the examples given. In the back of the book, we also get success stories from some dentists who have implemented the practices laid out in this book and have found the advice to be beneficial and accurate.
I really liked the comparisons, then and now as well as the little tid-bits sprinkled here and there that expound upon some points made in the text. This was a short and fun read, certainly worth its price.
