I enjoyed One Week, the story was written well, the characters were strong. Claire and Billy's journey had it's bumps but they were good together. This was a good story. Thanks, Anna Ellis. Good work :)

One couple, two couple, three couples or more! Lots of opportunities for swapping.

This is book two of the series, but it works fine as a standalone.

This is novella length erotic story featuring partner swapping. As with everything else I have read by the author, the story is well written, easy to read and very steamy. The characters are also well developed and realistic, which makes the entire scene come together. The characters all have good chemistry, but there is a little bit of secrecy which causes some angst. We get lots of steam and an overall enjoyable read. I look forward to the next book in the series.

Highly recommended.

I've read a lot of books written by Anna Ellis; she has done a great job at writing another good book; she is one of my favorite authors. I can’t wait to read more of books her books.

The story line caught my attention at the very beginning and kept me interested throughout the entire book.

I loved the chemistry between the characters.

So, let's start with some basics. I liked this better than the first book in the series. The continuation is REALLY heating up but this one ends on a cliffhanger. Dum, dum, dum. You could read this without the first installment but somehow I don't think it's a good idea to read the third and final(?) story without this one. Just know that no one goes unsatisfied - multiple times! I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Their vacation continues with more activities

One Week is the second book in the It Only Takes One series and is a continuation of the story-line. Billy and Claire are still on vacation and things are getting even more heated and more complicated with more couples added to the swinging. Their vacation of laying in the sun instead has all sorts of adult activities.

I received an ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review. My opinions are all my own.

A week long summer vacation between friends. Another two couples are set on a relaxing week of fun, sun and open to some experimentation. Secrets are not the way to make the swinger lifestyle work. A well written, steamy vacation can be had but not necessarily with who you might think. Enjoy!

Ok book

I was disappointed with this book, it's kind of interesting but there are places in it where it is difficult to figure out who is with who. It's also continues to another book, I don't care for that.

Claire and Billy travel to Mexico to meet up with their friends for a child-free vacation, and find themselves once again meeting another adventurous couple. This time Matt and his new girlfriend also join them on the trip, but have no clue about what their friends really get up to on vacation.

Another fun book in the series, exploring the limits of relationships and friendships. After that ending I am really looking forward to book 3!

I read the first book in this series, One Summer (which I liked), that chronicled the swinging adventures of a group of 30-something Canadian couples. Then I moved on to the second book in the series, One Week.

In One Week, the couples all head to a Mexican resort to party, get drunk, and have some more swinging fun. Sadly, I thought One Week wasn't paced very well. There were too many characters to keep up with. Also, the couples' interrelationships were confusing. And as for the spicy scenes, they were passionless and dull.

But fear not! The third book in this trilogy, One Night, is better focused, better paced and brings this salacious series to a satisfying end. Check it out.
