Actress and top model Elsa Pataky is well known for her passion for exercise and wellbeing. A superstar in her native Spain and in the US, and now embraced wholeheartedly in her new home of Australia, Elsa frequently graces the covers of magazines around the world - for both fitness and fashion - and what journalists (and readers) most often want to know are her secrets to good health, energy and an incredibly toned and strong physique.

This is your guidebook on how to live a balanced and healthy life. So be inspired to make change today, and get strong!
Elsa Pataky's book 'Strong: How to eat, move and live with strength and vitality'. Is an enjoyable book, that is easy to follow, and suitable for those who want basic healthy lifestyle information or are beginners wanting a good start in becoming fitness experts. Her book is divided into sections for easy referral. The first section is called a 'Strong Mind', it briefly covers 'Goal Setting, Self Care, Acknowledging Progress and more'. Her second section a 'Strong Body' covers exercise with brief information on HIIT, Toning, Cardio & Yoga. There is a chapter from pages 68-111 displaying exercises to follow, that are divided into 5 circuits to choose from. Her final section a 'Strong Diet', covers information on healthy eating such as briefly discussing nutrients, Metric / Imperial Conversions, choosing healthier options and acknowledging your weaknesses. There is also a a great range of recipes, which are divided into sections 'Breakfast, Light Meals, Dinner, Healthy Snacks and Drinks' (Each recipe has a photo on the page next to it.). Counting the pages with photos, the whole recipe section start from page 166 and finish on page 252. Overall I highly recommend this book.
Elsa is gorgeous and super fit and man, do I want to look like her.
But the book basically is the same advice you’ve heard a thousand times. You already know what to do, so do it! Workout everyday, and eat very clean. I have been doing just that for years and I don’t look like her! I was hoping for more, I mean, come on! What does she really do? Surely it’s not the 20-40 min workout she advises? Maybe. When the book ended, my thought was, “THATS IT?!” It was a good try, not terrible, but it definitely was meant for someone who is new to wanting to change their diet and start exercising, and she said just that.... start exercising!
I love this book for all the detail and personal examples she gives. It has already helped me to make better mental decisions, in my goals, and just in my daily choices. The recipes all look incredible and I can’t wait to try them! My favorite part was the great mindset she exhibits and obviously lives out. I loved this book so much I read the whole thing in 2 days, but know I will refer back to it regularly. What an inspiration Elsa is, and I really hope to get to meet her one day :) -Natalie
Basic book of pics and few recipes you can get anywhere Would’ve liked to maybe read more in the book But Anyways it was what you would expect Health and fitness colourful book Maybe good for beginner or someone wanting to change their habits but even then the food is fancy and not simple . But sitll . Hard to rate against actual best sellers
I like Elsa’s practical approach to lifestyle that includes good food and exercise. I like lifestyle bios and there are so many recipes in the offer that I can eat as a gluten sensitive person and look simply delicious!
I think Elsa is just gorgeous so was super keen to see what her health regime was. Like many other reviews the book is basically the same advice we’ve heard a bunch of times. Nothing wrong with it but work out, eat clean and you’ll create great habits!!
Loved the book. It’s a very beautiful, well done book. Love the messages Elsa puts in there about health & fitness. Just completed her circuits and they’re great workouts. Would recommend.
