I loved this series!! While reading this series, it was almost like living there! I got drawn into the lives of the characters and HAD to know more!! Thank you Layla and Holly!!
I loved three of the books, liked 4, and hated 3. I won’t call them out cause I feel like they just weren’t my cup of tea. But I felt it was worth getting through them.
While I liked the first story (Second Chance Baby) and the last book ( The Single Daddy Situation) in this selection the middle was just the hump to get over. For me to say you need a new editor or maybe you just need one period, is not just a dig. For me, a person who slaughters English, tells the author to fix the errors you can take it to the bank. This even made me uncomfortable and screaming was a real option midway through. Tried hard to push for four stars but just couldn’t make my finger go higher. Thanks for the books.
I did really enjoy all these books in this set. There was variety on each story. I did find it interesting that while they are all from the same place no story overlapped another at all.
