The key is to actually do the exercises. There are many books that explain what confidence is and why it is important. This book will only make you more confident if you do what it says to do.
Mindset is important. This book helped me realize that and how to change the “prey mindset” I knew I had into a “predator mindset.” This book gives clear and easy-to-understand steps to take to achieve this and it really works. Planning to continue to use this advice for my Jiu Jitsu and in life.
I put this book off for awhile thinking it would be a dud. I was wrong. Good inspirational read that is short but effective. I did a good amount of highlighting in this book.
