About the author

H. A. Callum is a writer and poet from Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The world and its people are his inspiration, and his mediums are pen and paper. Mr. Callum is the former poetry editor for Paper Dragon and teaches writing at Delaware Valley University. He earned his B.A. (summa cum laude) in English from the Pennsylvania State University and his M.F.A. in Creative Writing at Drexel University.

His debut young adult novel, Whispers in the Alders, was published by Sunbury Press in 2018. His essays, short fiction, and poetry have appeared in The Abington Review, Neshaminy: The Bucks County Historical and Literary Journal, The 33rd, The River Heron Review, and After the Pandemic: Visions of Life Post COVID-19. Writing is his world. His family is his universe.
