This book sits you down like an old friend and tells it like it is.
I loved paging through the wisdom and quotable lines that help to direct and assess state of mind and being.
The author does a marvelous job pacing through how to take stock of values, to take time to look around and evaluate stress factors, and offers realistic and usable tools to work though issues from big to small.
Written from experience in a way that is relatable and understandable, I found I gleaned some calm and walked away with usable knowledge moving forward.
I am a fan of works that don't fill the pages with fluff or borrow from other authors, but give real, tangible advice that can be applied. This is definitely one of my favorites.
I would advise anyone feeling stuck or just needing a breath of fresh air to pick it up and absorb the positive intentions in the pages.
Excellent work!
