The thrilling conclusion to the bestselling series is here.

I made it through senior year.

Barely.

I thought that would be enough.

Get to the end and move on.

That's what you do, right?

Fight through it and move on.

That should be enough.

But it's not.

Because I want more.

And the one thing I want the most?

It may be the one thing I lose.

WARNING: Summer is the fourth and final book in the bestselling Sunset Beach High series. It's the conclusion you've been waiting for! It contains mature themes, sexual content, and profanity. If you're not a fan of those things, this isn't the book for you. But if you like serious stuff mixed with lots of bad words and some sweaty sex, THIS IS THE BOOK FOR YOU. Find out what happens NOW!

I’m crying. For the forth time today. Because of this book. I honestly gonna miss them so much. The characters have such amazing personalities. I’m gonna miss Presley for her strength and devotion and basically being a badass. I’m gonna miss Trevor because he’s so supportive and literally a wet dream. I’m gonna miss the girls for everything they did for Presley since day one. And I’m gonna miss the shit out of Gina because come on, that girl is HILARIOUS.
Finally, I learned a lot from this serie and hope people will love it as much as I do. Forever in my heart.

Read other books from this author in the future: yes

I started with Fall. It was an entertaining young adult read. It’s an asshole and a good girl to lovers story. Presley, former invisible girl, moves to Sunset Beach for her senior year. She decides that she does not want to be an invisible girl who takes anything which comes her way without fighting back. She makes new friends and meets Trevor on the beach, before starting school. He tells her that he wants her and she only gives him the finger and goes away. They meet again in school. Slowly their relation changes.

There is a HEA and I thought should I move to the next instalment? At first I did not want to do this, but then I started Winter. Now Trevor and Presley are a couple. Her life is good. She has three good friends and is happy. But then new things come her way. In this book cyber mobbing and mobbing is a new topic and also photoshopping pictures. It was pretty interesting and it was also a little sad because the second part does not have a HEA.

So I moved on to Spring. Presley is without friends. But then she decides to make up with her group of girls and also Trevor wants Presley back. There are new problems for Trevor.

In the last book Summer, Presley and Trevor are a pair again and struggling because of the accusations another guy makes. And also another foe of Trevor gets a big role in this. Everybody is looking forward to college but also unhappy to part with their friends.

This was a good series. In every instalment was some new idea, things that really happen in high school.

The Conclusion to the Sunset Beach High series was so much more then I anticipated. Usually when getting into the final book of a series things are wrapped up nice and neat with a bow. This series continued with ups and downs that tested each of the characters.

Presley and Trevor spend the book dealing with the fallout of everything that occurred during the school year. Trevor had legal troubles, and Presley dealt with the aftermath of going to the police about the assaults earlier in the year. Things definitely take a dark turn in this book as everyone navigates the transition from child to adult, and high school to college.

Even though there is a death in the book it did seem to flow with the theme and natural progression of the series. In a way there was definitely some foreshadowing that occurred in the previous three books. This series was real, raw, and a great read. It will become a reread down the road as I feel I missed many things from the first read. The author did a great job in not letting to much time go between the release of the four books so everything was fresh in mind as I was reading this book. McKayla Box is definitely a great writer, and I am anxious to see what she comes up with next.

Received ARC from BookSprout for Honest Review.
I Give this book a 2.5-3ish out of 5 Stars, will list as 2.

HEA(?): Yep...
Stamped HEA(?): I Certainly Wasn’t Impressed, So Yes.
Heat: 1.5/5
Romance: 3/5, Got it with all the -I Love You’s-
Drama: No Rating, This book was overdramatized.
Suspense: 2/5

Presley in this Book has a ‘Cooler’ vibe, like she’s one of the Cool Kids in this book, so it feels more like a big personality change.
She is also rather non sympathetic and naive too, she’d say some weird things in this book that just make you squint your eyes and shake your head.
Losing a specific character in the book, just made my jaw drop and then made my eyes roll.
Presley became my least favorite character.
I’m kinda pissed that I bought the previous books honestly, the ending was just blah and Cliche.

Nothing Went Like I Hoped, Too Many Other Things We’re Focused On.
Will I Recommend This Series? It’s No Longer a Favorite of Mine, it maybe be yours though.
Will I Read more from this Author? I Don’t Know.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I hated Presley in the book. I don’t know how the author thought that by making her try to seem to be this “badass” it would be good. ** Spoiler : She literally ran her dumb mouth and caused the incident with Jake. Just plain dumb. After that , I was rooting for Trevor to dump her ! Sometimes silence is strength . The other 3 books in this series were solid 3.5-4* for me (too many grammatical errors ) . But this one, took it from good to horrible. These are high schoolers for god sake , make it a tad more realistic !

I just started fall and winter yesterday and just finished doing and summer and i literally wan to cry so like i need this story continued like how’s their future gonna pan out and all that but let’s just say i’m in love with the characters, the friendships, the trust, and the love. Not gonna lie they have a more entertaining life than i do and i really relate to Presley with the whole letting people walk all over her at her old school and now i just want to be everything she was (and maybe have my own bad boy)

I read this whole series in a day and loved it. The ending seemed lacking, but from the authors note, I kind of understand why she left the story at the pier, but there is background with Trevor and his dad that I feel needed to be touched on - just a little bit more.
However, the upside is that the series ended before they left for college. It’s not some drawn out high school drama spreading through college like a Tijan’s Fallen Crest mess of a never ending series no one wanted.

All of the books were really good and I’m kind of bummed I put them off until today.

This is the conclusion of Presley's story that started with Fall.
I started with this series thinking it would be a romance, but it's more a coming of age story, about finding your voice, and facing the troubles that come your way, friendship and love.
All the books are well written and the story is true to what one would assume a senior year might be like in the life of a high- schooler. There are some exaggeration, but it all works in favor of the story.
An easy read, more intended for young readers.

This instalment was insane!

Is high school really this crazy?!

Police investigations, major beatings and murder. It kept me thoroughly engrossed!

I cried when Jake died. I just couldn’t believe it but I just knew something would happen. I never imagined it be a death though. My heart broke for all of them.

Kane is such a nasty piece of work and him trying to kill Presley at the end was just insane!

I’m looking forward to seeing where this series goes from here.

Wow, just wow.

This book (4) of the series Sunset Beach High, had happy moments, sad moments, exciting moments and traumatic moments. I laughed, I cried, I felt sadness and I had such anger and disbelief. If a book can pull that many emotions from the reader, it is a book worth reading. I cannot recommend this book and this author highly enough. I’m also giving this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 📖❤️er stars and 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 📖❤️er thumbs up.

Wow... just wow

This book series has made me take a step back and look at my life differently. Without spoiling too much, this book has romance, high school life and good friends. I’ve read a lot of books but this one just got to me. I’d like to thank McKayla for writing it and I will be reading more of her books in the future. I’d definitely recommend this book series.

Intelligent

The h is a smart normal girl who works through the turmoil in her life with an admirable strength. While the books are shorter than I usual read and the drama drawn out to four when three books would’ve sufficed. I came away with a smile as the H and h come together forever.

Idk I think this was the worst one of the series

I’m disappointed. Overall, it was just really boring and uneventful. Really, they threw the death in there just for the heck of it, and on top of that there was like barely any romance. It’s literally a romance book. There wasn’t even epilogue to show them in the future, I was bored.

I give this a 4 however what happened to Jake is partially Presley's fault.. If she would have ignored Kane like she told Trevor the fight probably wouldn't have happened.. Some things were a little predictable in this book but overall it was cool to see the outcome. What happened to Jake had me tearing up a little bit..

Knowledge is power!

My god, I'm so ticked that a innocent kill person had to die for nonsense in this book. All the hatred for what. However the strength of friendship and loyalty spoke up for a lot. This series was a powerful ok knowledge. Please read!
