I am really enjoying this series and this book is spectacular. This is Tracy Lynn and Linc's story and it was fun watching the interactions of two people who only wanted the best for each other. There is one part that had me in tears, but I won't mention if they were happy or sad tears. You will have to read it for yourself! I highly recommend this book.

This book explodes right out of the gate! So unexpected. There is so much richness in this plot that I was completely hooked right from the start. Rich girl and bad boy from the wrong side of the tracks. This story was unique - Tracy Lynn and Linc's love story had me reading long into the night. As they got to know each other they realized they have had feelings for each other since grade school and now are trying to deal with these feelings. Her being pregnant and Linc voluntering to say he is the father throws a huge wrench into the mix! Tracy Lynn and Linc make a deal to marry to ease her father's fears after he has a heart attack - but they underestimate their feelings for each other. Be sure to have the tissues ready near the end of the book! There are lots of giggles, laughs, tears and emotion here - you run the gamet of feelings. This book is erotic, physical and fun all at the same time. This series of books on the "Texas Sweethearts" is superb - real love stories. Highly recommend it to all romance readers. You have so many emotions with this book and it does not stop until the very end and then you want to read it again! Nothing better that a cowboy who puts his plans into action and goes after his girl! I received and ARC of this book and voluntarily chose to review it. Super great read!

Book 3 brings us Tracy Lynn Randolph (the mayor's daughter) and Lincoln Slade (Jack from Book 1's brother). OMG! The emotions with this book...I can't even. Tracy's longtime dream has always been to be a mother. Not finding a suitable mate she has turned to artificial insemination. Book three opens with Tracy going to the courthouse to meet her dad and tell him her amazing news! She has just taken a home pregnancy test that came out positive. His reaction? Let's just say not what we or she expected. Enter Linc Slade to her rescue. I won't go into detail here. This book is such a twist of emotion. You are swooning and fanning yourself it's hot and the next moment you want to throw your book. I cried. I laughed. I did a lot of things but overall I LOVED this book! My favorite by far.

Book 1 and this book are running neck and neck in terms of being my favorite.

Well written and capturing so much emotion from the characters. I loved Linc and Tracy Lynn. Strong, sweet, kind, funny, and sexy. Not only was this romantic, it was really a love story that ran the gamut of emotions. The story also had a twist that I was not expecting at all.

SOOOOO GOOD!!!!😁

This was such a good book! I couldn't put it down. It was so romantic, sensual, sweet, and heartwarming. I loved all the characters. Tracy Lynn and Linc were both so endearing and their interactions, caring and understanding of each other's challenges was so moving to read about. Of course, I love all the "Sweethearts" and their significant others .... And the dogs of course!!!😊. This was a delightfully charming story and I highly recommend it!!!!

Best One Yet!

As much as I enjoyed the first two Texas Sweetheart books, I loved this one even more.
Such a wonderful couple who got together because of chance and chivalry but quickly discovered a deep respect and love fore each other.
Beautifully written, genuine friendships and a blue-haired neighbor whose tenderness brought me to tears.
I’m ready for Becca’s story right now!

I love the cowboys of Hope valley! This story tugs at your heart strings. If you’re not crying at the end I don’t want to know you. I sobbed through the loss and then the found...read all these stories I did!

Loved it

Absolutely loved this book and the characters. There was a great plot with romance, steam, fluff, laughter and I admit I cried at one part. As well as not wanting to put it down. Definitely going to get the next one.

Hopeless Romantic.

Gosh darn it, cowboys and stetsons, and yes Ma'am does tend to make me need to fan myself. This is another sweet love story, it's a bit of a tear jerker, be warned, but of course a happy ending.
