Short daily activities to help you establish a daily mindfulness practice. I appreciated that they weren't all meditations. Some were questions, some activities.

This was my book of the year and I regret it. My time would have been better spent elsewhere. I didn’t care for most of the prompts.

2023 Finally got through this one. It was a good way to get focus, relax, relate, and release.

2022 Great book but have to DNF this one.

Not because I wasnt getting anything out of it because I did. It's just that I have so much on my plate that I tend to forget about doing the weekly exercise each week. So I have decided to free up my plate and only do one mindfulness book instead of two.

I will revisit this book in 2023 and make sure it is the only weekly book I complete. :)
