My first book by Eddie J. Morales and I have to say that I was impressed. This book has zombies, cannibals, ghosts, killers and monsters.
I am a die hard fan of The Walking Dead so I absolutely loved the Zombie Story in this book and how Eddie did an intermission of three different stories between each part of the Zombie Outbreak.
I would love a longer story about The Bite of a Female Vampire and also Haunted Cabin in the Cemetery. I absolutely loved both of these stories and think they would make a great longer story.
All in all I had fun reading this collection of short stories and I’m looking forward to reading more of Eddie’s work.

This was a quick read of thirteen short stories of horror, four of them basically parts of an extended tale. Each tale is basic with a quick boo scare, but no depth of tension or underlying exploration of mythos origination. The tales spread from zombies, a were-bug monster, and a vampire to deadly ghosts and cannibals, enough of a snack to horror lovers with an occasional pun, but those seeking a deeper psychological tension may feel a bit short-changed.
This anthology was a lot of fun. It's full of zombies and other monsters. The stories are original, and most of the characters are likable. I recommend you join in the fun.
