This is an excellent and exhaustive guide to designing codes of conduct, and responding to reports of violations. It's clear and quite prescriptive, explaining how to approach things, and why, including real-world example from which some of the book's information is derived.

I'd recommend this book, as well as the references it links to, to anyone interested in codes of conduct.

More of a reference than a guide. Content is very good, but reading experience feels like going through a wiki and not reading a book.
