I wanted to find a quiet time to finish reading On Forgetting a Language, and chose New Year's day. Isabella Wang's speakers' voices are so gentle, observant, thoughtful; her lines rip open soft and hard lines between bodies and its environments, leaving you with gifts of wearable fabric. Baseline Press has done such a beautiful job of design, it feels like I am touching poetry quilt.

Very much looking forward to reading Wang's future work. :)
