Inside Dunder Mifflin: The Ultimate Fan's Guide to The Office

Rate this book
With Inside Dunder Mifflin you can take the "What's your management style?" quiz to find out if you're a Michael Scott, a Robert California, or an Andy Bernard. Or find out who would win in a romance battle between Jim and Pam and Phyllis and Bob. Then get everything you need to know about crushing your enemies (who may or may not also be your best friends) from Dwight Schrute, dress for success with Andy Bernard, and take advice from Michael Scott's Ultimate Guide to Business.

On a less fan fiction-y note, this brightly illustrated guide also includes season overviews, top episode dissections, cast profiles, and more.

Having never rewatched an episode of The Office since bingeing all 9 seasons back in 2009, this book was a timely and indulgent trip down comedic-gold memory lane. With every character getting equal care and attention, interspersed with accurate season reviews, all I want to do now is settle in on the sofa and re-join my favourite paper company for a long-overdue tickle of my funny bone. That's what she said.

There was a part in the book where it was about Angela and Dwight’s love affair. It said in the year of 2013 that Dwight was dating named Jessica. This is incorrect. Jessica was Andy’s girlfriend not Dwight’s. Dwight’s girlfriend was named Esther

Super cute! I have watched the entire series multiple times so this book was a quick fun read for me. The illustrations were worth buying the book alone, super cute!! Albeit slightly cheesy, I love this new coffee table book!

Fact. This book has some mistakes.
Fact. That does not stop my enjoyment of this book, as I have a huge capacity for enjoyment.
Fact. I can and do rewatch all seasons of the Office.
Fact. I'm actually out of facts, but I like saying fact.
Oh!
Fact. Bears. Beets. Battlestar Galactica.

No real "meat" here, just a bunch of silly and fun. Definitely worth your time if you consider yourself an aficionado like me.

Brought back memories that made me laugh. Author needs to learn noun / verb agreement. For instance, team and group are plural nouns and require a verb for plural nouns.

A cute book for any fan of the office! It has a lot of basic things we already know from the show, but it’s still cute getting to see it in book form.

Excel·lent per llegir-lo al lavabo. Fa riure quan les gracietes són les dels guionistes de la sèrie. No rius tant quan les gracietes són de l'autora del llibre. Gracietes apòcrifes.

As an Office fan, I came across this book and thought great! This book will probably give me some additional facts and insights about the show. Not so much. The book had some basic information about actors, characters and season synopsis. This was all fine and good, but there were parts that had made up dialog between the characters, and it was just brutal to try and read. There was also a weird, “what kind of manager are you?” Quiz and some random recipes. Spend your time elsewhere.
