Primeiro livro que tenho acesso dessa famosa coleção, e a avaliação é positiva! Consegue abordar temas difíceis de maneira didática e divertida, e serviu como um bom complemento para os conteúdos que estudei em algumas disciplinas do curso de Educação Física. Vou manter como um livro de consulta e referência, para lembrar de detalhes básicos que a idade, o excesso de informação e a dificuldade de concentração me impedem de decorar.

Muy interesante. Lo suficientemente básico para entenderlo por sí mismo, pero con detalles específicos que no conocía. Todo el sistema linfático es fascinante y algo que no estudié en la escuela y la parte de enfermedades y síndromes relativos a cada sistema fueron muy comprensibles al acabar de leer sobre estos.

Me ha sorprendido para bien. Muy buen libro para repasar las bases de la anatomía y fisiología, o para aprender de cero si no tienes base. No es demasiado técnico pero tampoco demasiado superficial.
Viene muy bien como cultural general.

Well-written and great overall. Though it doesn't go into the detail that you'll find in a collegiate A&P series (well, it's for "dummies" 😇), it's a fantastic jumping point and refresher. Wish there were a dedicated histology section, but that's more cellular territory than physiological.

Este libro me ha permitido comunicar sobre el cuerpo humano en español.

En mi trabajo me encuentro con muchos clientes potenciales que hablan español en lugar de inglés. Entonces leí este libro para adquirir el vocabulario necesario para comunicar sobre el cuerpo humano en español. Ha demostrado ser justo lo que estaba buscando, ni demasiado simple ni demasiado complicado y lo suficientemente amplio como para cubrir el cuerpo de pies a cabeza. He adquirido la instalación que buscaba y también estuve expuesto a nueva información en el proceso. Estoy muy contento de tener este recurso, ya que me ha permitido establecer una base inicial sólida sobre la cual construir sobre el resto de mi carrera, para poder servir mejor y proporcionar más valor a un mayor número de personas.
