Read- April 2020 for the O.W.Ls (Potions- Read a book under 150 pages)
- I've read three of the film vaults so far and this is easily my favourite of the lot.I don't actually know why I loved this volume more than the others but I very much enjoyed it.

En esta 5ta parte tenemos un popurrí impresionante de criaturas e información 😍
Empezamos por los dichosos animalitos de compañía con los que nuestros héroes fueron a Hogwarts: la lechuza de Harry, el gato de Hermione, la rata de Ron, la rana de Neville. Seguimos con información acerca de los animagos/metamorfos (aparecen Lupin, Peter, Sirius), las mandrágoras, el fénix, incluso los Boggarts.
Es un libro super corto pero que tiene la mezcla justa de imágenes, texto, datos y procesos sobre cómo fueron armando y diseñando cada uno de estos detalles.
Me parece que todo fanático de la saga debería leer estos libros, porque nos acerca un poco más a la realización que vimos en pantalla grande y nos reintroduce en la fascinación de la saga.
Después de leer este, siento que tengo unas ganas exacerbadas de releer la saga 🫣

Una lectura corta pero encantadora que me llevó directo al corazón de la magia del cine ✨.
Lo que más me fascinó fue descubrir el cariño y dedicación con que cuidaron a los animales: ¡había perros, gatos, ratas, lechuzas 🦉 y hasta sapos en terrarios calentitos para que se sintieran cómodos! 🐸*
También conocí cómo se diseñaron las plantas mágicas 🪴, desde bocetos hasta animatronics, y cómo lograron las transformaciones con una combinación perfecta de maquillaje, prótesis y efectos por computadora 💻✨.
Todo tan bien hecho que no se nota el corte entre lo real y lo mágico ⭐.
Recomendado para:
Amantes de Harry Potter, fans de los detrás de escena, lectores curiosos que aman a los animales, diseñadores, artistas, y cualquiera que disfrute descubrir la magia real detrás de la ficción.

Another high-quality, well-produced volume in this series, filled with beautiful pictures and interesting anecdotes from the film series.

Definitely my second favorite read in the home film vault series. Like I love animals in realizing how many animals are properly on set. I guess they probably weren't on set. Filming seems ridiculous but I would be in heaven.
