Clean-
I am the Information Officer at the Wings of Diablo MC Club. It wasn’t a job that I necessarily wanted. In fact, if it were up to me, I would party all day, and hook up with the club bunnies all night. Unfortunately with Alejandro Vilanueva, one of the leaders of the Bolivian Drug Cartel, issuing threats, good information was vital to my club. My club was on the verge of war, a war everyone was sure we wouldn’t win. It didn’t matter to me, I would remain loyal until my very last breath. So when my brothers say they need information, I go get that information. It was on one of these information runs that I ran into a woman, a badass woman with red and black hair, the body of an Amazon, and a dagger for a tongue. It was Maven who would make me question my loyalty to my brothers and my club.
Maven-
I have been around bikers and gangsters my whole life but once I had my twins, I vowed to never get mixed up with one again. Then some inconsiderate turd shows up next door and throws all my self-made promises in the trash. Barry is selfish, he’s immature, in fact his whole life is a mess, but I have never seen someone who was so loyal. Too loyal. Even with all my connections in the MC world, they will never win against a monster like Vilanueva. I just hope I can convince Barry to talk them out of going to war before the Wings of Diablo MC club is no more.

Had a hard time with this book
First this was a hard book to get into and and couldn't keep my Interest. First book was way better. I will unfortunately stop the series here.
You could not feel the love between Clean and Maven it was just s3x. The President wasn't any good didn't care he was getting everyone killed he just wanted to take on a cartel. Then his wife gets killed because of his stupidity and what does he do? Quits, throws his cut on the ground and rides away. WTH kind of President is that?

A few things you should know about Clean, he didn’t get his name from living a spic and span lifestyle, never has to try hard to get laid and his sense of loyalty runs bone deep. Life has been pretty easy for Clean. Until Vilanuevas started a war. The easy life as Clean has known it is starting to crumble around him. First, while tasked with gathering intel on Vilanuevas, Clean returns to his childhood home to visit his estranged mother. After a visit to his childhood home, Clean chases off two children who are playing around his cycle, only to be confronted by there mother otherwise known as the “black- and red-haired devil woman” who turns down his offer of coming home with him. After all, “he is a freaking catch!” Second, when his brothers start questioning decisions made by the club president, Clean’s loyalty to his president is tested.
We are first introduced to Clean in the first book of Wings of Diablo ‘Wire” and “Archer”. While I loved the humor of Clean in the previous series books, I felt that same sense of humor was missing in this book. Not that it takes away from the well thought out story.
I am totally girl-crushing on Maven! Maven is what every rough and tumble tomboy dreams to grow up as. She is a “badass” mother in every sense of the word. A loving single mother for her twins and a badass woman who doesn’t take crap from anyone, include a self-decreed smooth talking, god gift to women, aka Clean. I love the depth of Maven’s character. Not many authors play up a tough female character as they often lose the femininity of the character, but Lake does a wonderful job with Maven.
Clean is a follow up to the previous series books “Wire” and “Archer” but can been read as a stand-alone. If this is your first reading of Lake’s work, I would highly recommend you check out the previous two books in the series as well as her other works of art.

Clean by Rae B. Lake is a raw, gritty and a violent book. It’s purely sinful in the best way.
Clean is pure Alpha, full of arrogance and has a heart of gold for his family.
“For the second time in less than 10 minutes I was about to watch my brother suffocate on their own blood.”
Maven is a firecracker!! Confident and loving mother. Her boldness in and out of the bedroom was hot!!!!
“She didn’t say a word just stared daggers at me, her nostrils flaring in anger and her fists balled at her sides.”
This book is filled with raw emotion and heartbreak. Anguish and tribulation.
“I covered my head. I couldn’t hear any bullets flying anymore, I couldn’t hear anymore screaming. All I could see where my brothers and allies falling. We were being slaughtered.”
The characters are well developed. The plot is intense and with death and torture.
“I could see the fear and the blood smeared all over his face. He was only a kid and I was pretty sure that he had never even seen a dead body before.”
The development of characters and the way the depth of emotions are written is magnificent!!!
The thrill and suspense was superb and off the charts!!! I was literally setting at the edge of my seat. It was everything I wanted in a book; anguish, thrill, suspense, love and comradery.

She had been around the MC world for a long time, she just didnt want to take another chance on another MC guy.
They met at his mom’s house, when he went to see if anyone had been around asking questions about the MC or its members. They felt an instant attraction for each other, but before they gave in to it, they had to deal with an unstable leader and the cartel. They both faught the attraction, but in the end it was stronger then both of them.
In the end, they helped the MC, and had a deep love.

This is the first book i have read by this author and i didn't realize that it was the third book in the series. Despite this I enjoyed Clean and Mavens story. They both have their pasts that they have to deal with but the attraction between them was instant. But despite the attraction Clean is loyal to his MC Club while Maven has to put her children first.
Because i haven't read the previous books i have missed the story line that links the books together but like i said i enjoyed Clean and Maven's story

Clean home from a broken down home. His mother did drugs. So at 15 he ran away and later joined the WOD.
Maven was a woman who said she would never fall for another MC. Until she meet Clean then she tried to keep herself away from him. Until the shootout happened, then she couldn't hide her feelings any longer.
Definitely a must read book.

i had a real hard time getting into this book! he can have any woman he wants . hes gets information for his president of his club. only she comes into the picture and now there all in danger . read to find out why!

What a ride..
WOW! This was a thrill ride from beginning to end had me on the edge of my seat the entire time. Clean was amazing! If you haven't read this series so yourself a favor and read it.

Omg this series has been in heck of an emotional roller coaster and and Clean's story was no different. Rae you had me smiling through tears at the end of this book. I'm so happy Clean found Haven and I know he will do right by her and her children. I can't wait to see what happens next!

Story of grit, family, devotion, & courage
Clean has always been a slob and he never really cared about anyone but his fellow MC brothers and himself. He never cared about the bunnies he took to bed but the moment he met Maven and she put him in his place he knew she would be the one who changed him. The MC is burning from the inside their Prez is making bad decisions and putting everyone in jeopardy. Clean is thinking about walking away from the only life and family he’s ever known and he is scared. Maven is trying to support him but she knows how hard this life is and she has 2 kids to think about but Clean is someone she is willing to risk it all for but will they survive the chaos that is surrounding them?? This book is full of anger, grit, lots of violence but there is also such a strong sense of family and commitment that you will want to see how it all plays out and will run to read the next book in this series. Happy Reading!!

Love it
Wow I’m so in love with this series, this book had me on the edge of my seat, love the characters and the chemistry between them. I have to say that this book had me on an emotional roller coasters, didn’t know if I should laugh,cursed,or cried. For a moment at the end of the book I was crying for Wire my favorite character.
This is clean story and let me just say that he didn’t get his name from being Clean nope that was far from what he was lol. Clean have been through a lot in his life but he made it his one of the few members to be loyal to the bone. Love the banter between Clean and Maven.

OMG Clean and Maven…. This Book gutted me …. Clean is so Loyal to his club and for that to be questioned was just too much, The Brothers lost in this book and the ones that were injured and just broken because of decisions made by the club Prez. Clean for all his joking and laid back attitude, he is clear thinking and sees the whole picture even when he does not realize it. Maven is a firecracker but just the balance that Clean needs in his life, she had two adorable kids June and July the reason behind the name is hilarious. I was doubting on continuing after all that went down in this book but that last page saved it for me. Maven is a lot like me thus she is my favorite Ol’ lady thus far! Must read

I feel like I've been hit by a truck. Have you ever tried to walk across a waterbed? Well, that's what reading this feels like. Just when you thought you knew where this was going, the story shifts and you're left scrambling. I need a drink. The sex is hot and definitely not mainstream. Trust me, if you start reading that scene (you'll know it) make sure you're not at work. I would mention the type of ending, but I'm not going to lie, this one has me all effed up and I just don't know how to term it. Read it. Read the series. Stick to the order and throw convention out the door. *Going to get that drink.*

I have such a mad girl crush on Maven when she puts Clean in his place because he thinks he can never be denied by any girl he likes. The way Maven shows Clean how to please a woman was so erotic, that no man or woman should ever forget them. And the way Clean slowly changes from being selfish to being more caring of Maven’s feelings and needs was definitely a win for me. This couple was crazy good, I just love their connection and how they challenge each other with their strong personalities. Also the drama with the Wings just broke my heart with the losses and the uncertainty of what’s next for the club.

This is Book three of the "Wings of Diablo MC" series. I was engaged right from the start. It is a well written story! The characters are strong and independent. Clean and Maven gave as good as they got! Their push/pull with each other was impossible to ignore. These two have an intense attraction to one another despite how hard they deny it!!! They will catch your kindle on fire! There story is packed with danger, betrayal, desire, lust, love and more. It and this series is a highly recommended read! I can not wait for the next book!

Emotional rollercoaster doesn't even begin to describe Clean's story. I laughed a lot, he is a funny bugger, chuckled at maven and her attempts to deny the man, aww'd at how sweet he can be, cried quite a lot and got so bloody angry at one character I wanted to kill him myself. This is a brilliant series and I don't know where it's gonna go but the end had me thinking of blues brothers " we're putting the band back together"

LOVED Clean! Definitely loved how he got his name, he was definitely a surprise. Loyal to fault, even when he thinks he shouldn't be. Maven the beauty next door is exactly what he needs to whip his butt into shape, in all aspects of his life. These two are hot af together! This book kept me turning pages faster than I could read, so much happens with these boys, and the surprise in the epilogue was amazing!!!

Made me sad.
The WOD took a big hit in this book. I could not believe what I was reading. I could not put this book down. Clean had to learn and he found the perfect woman in Maven. I cried for him when the Prez was so mean to him. I cried most about Wire. I could not believe it. I almost had to stop reading as it was killing me. This author is amazing. This whole series is amazing.

Oooh my god this serves just gets better now Clean aka Barry is going to find where his loyalty lies and love and a feisty female that he wants to claim and know.
Maven doesn't want to go there again but she's pulled to him.

Stuck in the middle of chaos in his club, Clean is learning a lot of lessons. He's experiences the loss of too many loved ones. His life has darkness and Maven provides the clarity he needs.
This was a story full of drama, action, sadness and a lot of eye opening events. AWESOME read!

Clean is da bomb!! His loyalty can never be questioned by anyone.
He is just so clueless about women it's so damn funny!! I love his wicked sense of humour, and Maven has just the right snark and no f*&ks given attitude to make him sit up and beg. LOL
This is probably my FAV from this series so far, though I do reserve the right to change my mind..

Loved it !
Rae B. Lake took it to a higher level with this book. Clean was an awesome character and Maven was so cool. This book was the most thrilling one in the series so far .... I don’t see how it could get any exhilarating because so much happened along the way. I can’t wait to find out in the next book.

First I've read in this series. Plenty of action, death, blood and no end in site. The women they accidentally run into are their salvation. They are at war and may never be out of it. Whether it's other MC clubs or cartel, it's never ending. Each story is unique but the same. This is just the beginning.

This was an interesting book. There was parts I wanted scream and shout at the characters and author. I couldn't put book down once started.
I loved Maven and Clean together, especially once they gave in to each other. They have to go through a lot together to be able to stay together.
I can't wait for more.

Clean is your typical cocky mc guy who you don’t don’t ever think will settle down. That is until he meets Maven. She wouldn’t give into him yet how could she resist. They fight to be together and it is worth the fight. This is another action packed, emotional journey in this amazing series. It makes you want so much more. Love it.
