I chose this book as one of my SMART goals for work as sometimes I do not have the confidence and have some impostor syndrome issues.
At times it felt like I was listening to someone who wrote a research paper in high school. Other times I felt like it was too preachy/mlm-like. I think that there was some good information and tips and tricks, but nothing ground-breaking.
I have taken the assessment and thought I woukd read the book to grow as a leader and a person. Great starting point and now I am going to work through the steps.
