An enjoyable read
This was a surprise book for me. I was in the mood for a vampire romance and did a search of the genre on Amazon and stumbled across Ms. Tee's book, and I have to say, I loved it. It has a strong storyline, plenty of action, steamy sex scenes, and wonderfully complete characters that I look forward to meeting again.

I liked the story...but not so happy about some words like "cute" that were at some point annoying to read.
I liked both characters.
Even liked the "other girl"...but in some chapters was too slow and a bit repetitive.

Zari Baltimore was about to tell her class all about her horrible vampire Master, Alexandru, when he walked in and repeated that he would love to hear what she had to say, as he sent his thoughts into her head that he had already heard her call him a bully and a few other not so nice descriptive words. So she lied out loud, to his delight, about how awesome and wonderful he was, and he watched her cheeks blush. He had thought about that blush too many times already while he was out hunting. Every time he tried to bully her, she stood up to him and he loved it!
Despite my not liking “bully” behavior, I could see a grudging respect in Alexandru for the “pet” who would defy him the instant she disagreed or felt betrayed. The reader wants to laugh, cry, smack the man in anger – but it takes a good author to bring out the reader’s real emotions toward her characters. There are many things swirling around the story line, such as drama, suspense, violence, uncertainty, conflict, that keep the reader unsettled and not quite sure how to respond to the situations. It is designed to ramp up the angst, and it does do that. “Dark” content is not my comfort zone. But I could see some talented manipulation of the story line in such a way that the reader understood the intention and where it was going, even if only to resist it. For example, Zari’s falling in love with her Master, even when he's already lost his heart to someone else, is the perfect way to give him what he wants – her discomfort and a strengthening of his control. I don’t know if all this makes any sense or just confuses things, but overall, I thought the author did a good job with this book.

A paranormal romance combined with a deadly menace!

Zari had a destiny to fulfill, as one of the last living Soul Seers. Alexandru was a Vampire Enforcer, who had come to rescue her. With her parents missing, feared drowned, Zari looked to the only person she felt safe with, Alexandru, for her protection and care. He took her as his human pet, making him her Master, with the right to touch her as he willed and make her cry out with the pleasure he alone granted her. Alexandru allowed Zari to believe he was manipulating the sexual attraction between them when, in reality, he was helpless to resist making her his. I felt the intense attraction between Alexandru and Zari was fated to occur. Many years earlier, Alexandru had given his heart to another, and he could accept Zari as his pet only because he knew he still loved another. Little did he realize the attraction between them was more than a physical attraction but a deep and intense love that put his previous feelings of love to disappear. His work kept them apart most of the time, but when she became involved with helping solve the mysteries murders, putting her own life in danger, he had to face the fact he could lose her forever. I found this book of paranormal romance combined with deadly menace, an absorbing story that captured my imagination leaving me yearning for more books in the series.

Prequeal: I'm on the fence about this bk. I'm all for the happy happy fun time of master & pet in the paranormal, but im not a fan of her being fully subdued & coming from am already enslaved situation. Kind of seems boring w/all her immediate gratitude to him for saving her...
Part one: I do not like lord eruo. I hate when another guy comes sniffing around. I also don't like Zair testing her boundaries w/lord eruo the way she had in the library because she refuse to talk about it w/her master. That was annoying. Then when she/they had a chance to talk about things, she waits till he's gone to cry & not tell him the full truth, which if anything is more betraying than what he's keeping from her, but hey whatever, I guess..
Part 2: I hate Katerina - she's the other person who now has ruined this story for me. 1st lord eruo & now Katerina.
Part 3: Katerina really is one ballsy little shit. I don't care if she's dieing. To dare ask for Alexander back to be her love till she dies is just to cruel.

Zari has been kidnapped because she has a special powers, her visions.
Alexandru rescued her. Because she had nobody left she wants to stay with him.
The only way that is possible is that she becomes his pet. For that she needs training and she goes to a special school.
Alexandru is a special vampire and never took a pet before so all the others are jealous of her.
Of course she can't be just his pet and obey him on everything. Which gives nice and funny situations. Together with the action her visions give a great read.
Especially when somebody from Alexandru his past shows up.
The book is put into a parts. I liked it very much and I am looking forward to read more from this writer.

Absolutely riveting.
What a fabulous tale. It has absolutely everything you could want in a story. A strong sexy vampire and a strong ‘cute’ human pet. A story full of intrigue and romance and the atmosphere and tension made it a real page turner. Definitely otherworldly with demons, trolls and ghosts.. jealousy and unrequited love (or is it?) I just loved the romance and the conversations Zari and Alexandru had with their blood bond. Altogether a great story with super characters you can empathise with and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this book. What a talented writer with a great imagination.

Zari had no idea if her parents were dead or alive - she could only remember being in the boat with them, and then being in a dingeon, captured by trolls - destined to be sold.
Alexandru rescues her, and she becomes his pet - but will her love keep him by her side? Or will his past keep them apart? Will he be able to kep her safe ffrom the dangers she faces? Lots of twists and turns - love it!

I wasn’t sure at the beginning of the book what to think. But I kept reading and really enjoyed this book. The dynamic between Alexandru and Zari is very different. He definitely can’t resist her and what he says about how cute she is. It is quite endearing to watch them but at time you will want to smack him. There is plenty of danger for both of them. Can’t wait to see what the next book will bring.

I am using this social isolation to read different kind of books and those from Marian are amazing! She is full of surprises and re really talented. Vampire Love: Paranormal School Bully Romance by Marian Tee is a great story to read. I really enjoyed reading this story very much cause it has vampires in it and I can not wait to read more from this author. I recommend this story to everyone who likes reading about vampires and paranormal romance.

this is Alexandru and Zari's story, and is a soul seer and he is 1/2 vampire 1/2 demon one of the leading family's younger brothers. This is a great read with tons of action, adventure, emotion and steam.

I thought this was a great book. From the start I was hooked. The plot grabbed my interest and the characters are well developed. This is a very well written book and I would recommend reading.

Intrigued
An interesting take on the world of humans and vampires. A little fated mate, a little heartbreak, this was a nice reprieve from s9me heavier reads.
