I’ve done everything right, my whole life. I never snuck out, never partied, never drank, never even had a high school boyfriend. Got all the best grades, got into all the best schools. I received not one, but TWO Ivy League University degrees. Had the paper-perfect fiancé, the paper-perfect life.
And then it all fell apart. My fiancé cheated on me with my boss. I quit my job, left my fancy upper-crust Boston condo, dumped my cheating fiancé…quit my entire life basically. Took to day-drinking and bingeing Netflix.
And then my younger sister Lexie calls me in a panic. She needs me to come rescue her, but won’t say from what, just that I need to come get her…at her university…in New York. Which leads Lexie and I on road trip across the country.
We form the no-bra man-hating day-drinkers roadtrip club…membership two.
And then I…ummm…overindulge just a little bit, at a country music festival. Get harassed by assholes. Have to be saved by tall, dark, and handsome man named Crow.
Crow turns my whole world upside down. He shows me what real pleasure is. Shows me what I’ve been missing my whole life…what a man can and should do to make a woman feel really, really good.
He’s bad. Dangerous. Wild. He has a bad mouth, hard fists, and a dark, mysterious past. And a talented tongue. And hands I find myself wanting all over me, in a desperate way I thought was only real in the romances I read. And now, suddenly, I find myself wanting a wild mustang of a man, an untamable force of nature…and wondering if there’s room in my safe, orderly, good girl world for him. Or if maybe I can learn how to be…not so good.
~ ~ ~
She’s everything good and sweet and innocent in the world, and I’m a hard-fisted brawler, an outlaw with a bloodstained past. I’m the exact, polar opposite to everything Charlie Goode is. I want her—I want her quick mind and her soft skin, her sexy curves and her sharp tongue. I want her body, and I want her soul. But I can’t have her. When she finds out about the bloody, violent truth of my past, she won’t want anything to do with me. She’ll run away as fast and as far as she can, because I’m not meant for a sweet, innocent thing like her.
Until then, though, I plan on getting her a little dirty. Showing her some of the wild side where I live my life. Take what I can get, and enjoy the ride, and worry about the state of my heart later.
You know what they say about the best laid plans, though.

That wild ride you shouldn’t miss - it picks you up and takes your breath and mind away - after depressing grey comes cosy sweet heaven with a sunny blue sky, as Badd as it Goode!!!
Wow! What a ride this story was! Crow and Charlie hit every note you can thing of in an amazing, heart-pinging, hot romance. An amazing, oh so human story. Charlie was in a life stall so when her sister called for help – which never, ever happened – she dropped everything to hit the road. What began as a rescue ended up being just that only not the way anyone could have foreseen…
This twisty, emotional powerhouse had some of the most hot, carnal scenes I’ve ever read. What made them that way wasn’t just the intimacy but the feelings and heart that went along with it. It was raw and loud, just like how it all unfolded, one never over the top (while touching the ceiling) moment at a time. A product of their unique backgrounds, they saw something in each other that connected through the heart and refused to let go even as their minds, and events, seemed to tell them so. Ignoring it all, they fought what they felt should be to get what they needed. And deserved.
You could read this as a standalone but you really don’t want to. Much-loved characters are back and new ones were thrown into the mix. The characters, their individual histories and backgrounds, their relationships –yeah, this is a series you want to start to savour from the beginning…

Gahhhhh!! I love love love these characters. The Badd boys and Goode girls just keep getting better and better. The family dynamic is strong and easy to follow. I love that each person is getting a book because they play a vital role in others. Jasinda has created magic with this world! This book was HOT! I mean...whew weeeee! She knocked it out of the park yet again! When little miss goodie two shoes takes a walk on the dark side I never thought she’d enjoy it but boy does she! And that dark side...holy hotness. Definitely a must read! Not just this book but this whole entire series.
Not So Goode by Jasinda Wilder is book two in her series of stand alones, Goode Girls. I loved the previous story, Cassie and Ink, and after reading their book,I couldn't wait for Charlie's story. And this is it. Charlie is on her way to help her sister Lexie and on their troadtrip she meets Mr. Tall, Dark and Handsome, Crow. While Charlie had her life all planned out, Crow doesn't think much about his future. He's happily single, a loner with only a few friends. His past is a rough one and he and C are from different worlds. Both are in for the journey of their lives. NSG is a well written, beautiful story, I liked everything about the book and fell in insta love with the characters.

Definitely a must read! Not just this book but this whole entire series.
I was SO excited when I saw this book was coming out so soon after the last one. Thanks to Jack and Jasinda for making it happen quickly. Definitely a book you can read as a stand-alone if you haven’t read any of the others in the series. Loved getting to know two more of the Goode sisters. Charlie and Crow were an interesting couple from the start, but loved how their differences made them compliment each other. Crow has a wild past and when Charlie finds out about it she isn’t sure she can handle it. The ending was great and we get a glimpse of the Alaska crew. Can’t wait for Lexie’s book!!
The second book in the Goode Girls series and I'm really loving these!! It's a cracking story, very entertaining, with flaming hot sexy scenes that will melt your panties right off!! A hot male with a dark and violent past, and a straight laced, no swearing, 'good' girl.... these two couldn't be any more different, yet put them together and watch the sparks fly!!!
Charlie is the eldest of the Goode sisters, brought up by mum to be her best, work hard, no funny business, no swearing. She hard working and intelligent and had her life planned out, until her fiance cheated on her. She's had a phone call from her younger and much wilder sister Lexie who is in some kind of trouble as she never rings for help. They decide a road trip would do them both a world of good, taking their time to travel across the states until the got to Mum's in Alaska, well that was the plan....
On route they end up at a music festival where Charlie meets Crow (Lexie meets Myles, which is the next book), who ends up saving her from an unsavoury situation. They have a wonderful connection with each other, talking like they have known each other for a lifetime, and the sexual chemistry is off the charts, and he ends up showing just how fun a sexual relationship should be!
But Crow has a dark and violent past, that rears its ugly head yet again, one that Charlie witnesses, one she has never been a part of and doesn't fit in her life.
This was an explosive read, I loved the music side of the book with Myles of Lexie, can't wait to read that one next..... but Crow and Charlie, just phew!!! So goddamn hot!!! These two were just made for each other, but so very different, and they have a world of learning to do together. I loved the Goode girls, so sassy and fiery, more than able to take care of themselves, yet Charlie is sweet and innocent and pure in many ways, and Crow was absolutely taken with her, but he knew his dark and violent past, and couldn't see a way that they could be together, he didn't deserve a good girl like her.
I loved these characters and their stories, such a hot entertaining read, loving this series!!
I voluntarily reviewed a copy of "NOT SO GOODE" This was a well written story by Jasinda Wilde about Charlie and her sister Lex going on a road trip after she found our her fiancee cheated on her with her boss she quit her job. Both Charlie and Lexi go to a music festival where she gets a little out of control and us harrassed by some jerks she is saved by hot as sin gorgeous dark dangerous looking Crow. Crow and Charlie have terrific chemistry he shows her what real pleasure is he's dark, mysterious, a fighter with a bloodstained past he the complete opposite of her she's a good girl and he wants her bad loves her quick whit, sharp sassy ways, and a body to die for. What will happen when Charlie finds out about his dark violent past will turn and run or can they get their HEA you must get this amazing read so well worth the time with very interesting and entertaing characters even the secondary characters such as her sister Lexi and Myles I hope their story is next. AWESOME READ!!!!!!
The Goode sisters book's are a great after the Badd brothers series. Charlie is the good and responsible child of the family. She is the eldest and she feels the need to be rather perfect, to set a good example for the younger sisters. When her sister Lexie calls her in panic in the middle of the night to go and get her, she doesn't it without question.
Fast forward Charlie is a bit drank at a music festival and a bit lost... After an unfortunate incident, she is saved by him.... Crow is a hot, tall, dark, rough, out of prison guy who now works at the backstage for his best friend and famous country singer. He is an easy going guy and overprotective. Two very different people, with incompatible pasts, unlike education and growing up are trying to find if they can be together in this story... Hot and cold, ice and fire, black and white, criminal and innocent, she has planned her whole life out and he has no plans for the future. Their chemistry is at the top and the sexy scenes are steamy...
I don't know how the Wilders do it, but I find myself hooked and addicted to this series.
Charlie and Crow are absolutely chemical. This a "Miss Goody Two Shoes" meets "Sexy Bad Boy" with a twist. A very wicked, but sexy twist.
Charlie being the oldest of the Goode girls had her whole life planned down to the names of the kids and pets she was supposed to have. Then her boyfriend cheats on her and suddenly nothing is like she planned. When her sister calls her one night, frantically, they embark on a road trip in search of answers and adventure. That road trip.. is just the beginning.
As a reader who has read and followed this series intensely, I highly recommend this series. You get just about a little bit of everything with both the Badd Brothers and Goode Sisters. The family clan is growing in Alaska and I'm loving it.
This one was interesting, because as much as it was about Charlie and Crow it was also about Charlie and Lexi and their relationship as sisters. I liked the start we had with the sisters and how Lexi got Charlie to loosen up, which brought them to the point they ran into Crow and Myles. I liked the connection that Crow and Charlie had from the start and that Charlie took a chance with Crow. Sure things got a bit ugly in the middle, but I think that needed to happen. Crow's past wasn't pretty and he was at a crossroads in his life where with Charlie there was the potential to go a different way, a way that he could be happier than ever. It made the ending all the sweeter! I do find I'm looking forward to the next book, it will be interesting to see what Lexi and Myles are up to.
Omg I’ve absolutely loved this book. I love the sassy talking girls and the hard as nails guys who turn into big softies. I’m a massive fan of the Goode/Badd books and just can’t get enough of them. This is about Charlie and Crow but also as a side line her sister Lexi and Myles (which will be the next book). Charlie is straight laced and ends up living on the wild side and discovering herself, enter Crow as the bad ass from the wrong side of the tracks. Hot and steamy, what more do you want. Definitely recommend this book
The oldest Goode daughter collects sister Lexie and starts on a long cross-country trip from New York to Alaska. Somewhere around Chicago they go to a country music festival in a field and meet one of the stars and his best friend, who is also the guitar tech for the performer. The friend, an ex-biker, sort of, is the hero to the everything-in-order oldest sister. She's trying to find herself after the collapse of the life she thought she was supposed to have, supposed to want. He's been pretty much drifting. And then they collide. It's a good read. I liked it a lot.
Holy wow! What a story! I didn't expect it and I loved it so much! Charlie, the always good girl, let go and gets wild thanks to her sister Lexie's nudge..and that's how she meets Crow. Crow is def on a league of his own. He is such a great guy, no matter what he has been through and how he lived up until then. There are always two sides to a story, and we get to see and understand the why. I loved these two. Certainly a wild ride! Can't wait for Lexie's story!
Wow... Ok so not even sure where to start with this review. Such a hard book to put down. Even when I did, I couldn't stop thinking about the characters. Wow, such a gut wrenching story of a not so normal way to grow up, but not even knowing you are trying to find a better life. Then she pops into your life in the most unusual way. Hard life altering decisions need to be made and when they are, is it worth it? Read this book, I promise it's a "Goode" one.

I swear that every time I read a new release from Jasinda, those characters are my favorite. How she and Jack make you fall in love and wrap you up in the love story for each book makes them my favorite authors! I adored Charlie & Crow, their insta-love and soulmate love story makes you believe that there is a right one out there for everyone.

Loved watching Charlie find herself as not the best Goode girl. Loved Crow as a leading man. Hope we get to see him interact with the Badd boys in future books. Great lead in/set up for Lexi’s book coming next.
LOVED IT!!!! This was such a GOOD story! I absolutely adore this entire series! Crow and Charlie, Phew!! So much to unpack and I could have read about them forever! Absolute 100% 5 star recommendation!!
This is the second book in this series by this author. This book can be read as a stand alone read. This story follows the characters Charlie and Crow. These characters have instant chemistry between them. All the characters in this book are fab and make you smile. I really enjoyed everything about this book, I was hooked from the start to the finish.
I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book
Charlie is one of Olivia’s daughters. Lexie calls her in a panic from New York and begs her to come get her in the middle of the night. So she does and they decide to go on a road trip from New York to moms house in Alaska. One night they’re somewhere and this country star Myles is playing and Lexie thinks he’s super hot so they go to the festival that he’s playing at. But Charlie gets way too drunk and some dudes start some shit with her and crow sees it. Crow is Myles’s bff and guitar guy and he beats up those dudes messing with Charlie and rescues her and brings her to the bus. He gets her to call her sister to let her know she’s ok and Lexie meets Myles and then they end up on the tour bus headed to Denver. The tour bus blows a tire so crow and Charlie leave on his motorcycle. They get hungry and get off the highway and go to a dive bar for food. Some guy messes with Charlie but shes not drunk this time and she slaps him and kicks him in the balls. This pisses him off and the guy and ten of his friends attack crow. Crow kills the guy and beats the shit out of all of his friends. Then he has to confess to being part of an outlaw Mc and calls the president to clean up his mess. Confession time happens back with Myles and Lexie where Myles has to tell them that crow went to jail for two years for manslaughter. His parents were shot and killed in a fight between their club and a rival gang. Then the gang came to finish the job and shot and killed crows fiancé and their unborn baby. Crow went bananas looking for the president of the rival gang. It he got so very drunk that he didn’t remember killing anyone. But he did and he went to jail. Meanwhile Charlie’s fiancé was a dud and cheated on her with her big fat boss. Lexie slept with her professor, got pregnant and got caught by his wife and kids. The wife’s uncle was the dean. She got kicked out of school and blackballed from a bunch of other schools the had an abortion by herself and called Charlie for help. Charlie can’t handle the shit so she gets in her car and drives to Alaska. Lexie stays with Myles. After a month Myles fires crow and tells him to go get his truck and his trailer that belonged to his grandparents, got back to making guitars like he learned with his grandpa and go get his girl. He goes to Alaska and gets his girl. Meanwhile Olivia’s boyfriend Lucas remembered the story about crow and knew crowd dad. He told Charlie how crow was set up. That he was so drunk he should’ve been dead and was badly Injured besides just losing everyone he ever loved. Charlie has guilt. When crow shows up they basically get married.

Charlie Goode has left Boston to pick up her sister Lexie from New York and then drive to Ketchikan, Alaska. On the road, the sisters open up to each other and try to make their trip as fun as possible. Stopping in Chicago, they decide to go to a music festival where they get drunk and Charlie gets harassed by some assholes but a man named Crow saves her. The minute Crow saves Charlie, he knows she's a special woman and he's immediately attracted to her but he takes her backstage to help her out and call Lexie to come find her sister. Charlie is tipsy and she sees how attractive Crow is, and when Lexie comes backstage, they learn that Crow is the tech for Myles North, country singer extraordinaire. Lexie immediately wants to sleep with Myles and Charlie wants to see what happens between her and Crow. I liked Crow, he was a good man who had a hard life but he's always had people around him who loved him unconditionally, one on which was Myles North. Those two men grew up together and have done everything together their whole lives, while Myles loves the spotlight, Crow loves being in the background and taking care of everything else. Charlie grew a sheltered girl in Connecticut, so when Crow talks to her dirty and tells her all the thing he wants to do to her, Charlie can't help it and want all of that and more. I loved how patient Crow was with Charlie and let her explore hi just like he explored her and made her see stars. Some stuff happens on the road but eventually, Charlie had to continue on to Alaska but Lexie stayed with Myles. The minute Charlie got to Ketchikan, she was welcomed with open arms into the clan and Crow followed her some time later. I loved that Charlie and Crow fell in love, they made each other happy and they loved each other's company. I was so happy that Crow was able to set up his business in Ketchikan and be happy doing what he loved but what will Charlie be doing for work? I hope we know in the next book. I love this series and the Badd series and the town of Ketchikan. I can't wait to see what happens in Lexie and Myles' book.
Charlotte aka( Charlie) has just gotten a call from her sister needing help Alexandra aka ( Lexie) so around 4 in the morning Charlie is driving to get to her sister. Once there she just wants to get out of town so soon they are on a road trip to Alaska. They stop in Chicago that where they see a flyer for a music festival and decide to go and cut loose. Crow works for a rocker named Myles North and Lexie has a crush on him. But before she meets him Charlie gets into trouble and Crow rescues her and that how Lexie will get to meet Myles. But this story is about Crow and Charlie. She so drunk after being rescued by Crow he has placed her backstage while he works the concert and is very attracted to her and she is attracted to him. But nothing will happen till she sobers up. So enjoy another good read and see what happens with these two!!
After Olivia Goode and Lucas Badd found each other, Liv started hearing from her daughters one by one. None of their news is good or even Goode, in fact there’s a whole lot of bad (just not Badd - not sorry) hitting her girls right now.
The last book saw Cassie come to Alaska after a brutal car accident, losing her career as a professional dancer and her fiancée in one go. After almost falling into Ketchikan harbour (maybe the need a railing on the dockside?) she meets native Alaskan Ink Isaac. The rest was epic. Now it’s time to meet Charlie and Lexie Goode both have seen intense personal trauma so they’re going to drive north to see their Mum. Whilst the sisters stories do interact this book focuses on Good Girl Charlie Goode and Crow a complicated Native American working with his best friend musician Myles North.
