So, I'll start by saying that 4 weeks ago, I passed Core 1, and tonight, I passed Core 2.

I spent 4 weeks per test preparing for each one. This book was such a huge part of my success. For background, I'm a computer hobbyist, and I worked in an electronics repair shop for about 8 months previously. We mostly worked on phones and laptops. My study plan was about half this book and half Test Out LabSim PC Pro. I definitely feel like this book did the vast majority of the work, though.

If you are looking to get A+ certified, I certainly recommend this book. If you're experienced, this can serve as a standalone refresher course. If you're just joining the IT world with little to no experience, maybe pair this book up with another resource. But definitely add this book to your repertoire!

Great exam prep for A+. Used it with Messer's on youtube + some practice questions on udemy. Looked at other prep books but this seems to stick to the exam syllabus without any boring prose/commentary.
