Worth it for the appendix alone! There were many useful tools for school leaders described in this book, many of which I've learned and used over the years or in grad school (an Ed.D. in Leadership & Learning in Organizations). A very useful resource for a school leader who is looking to set vision and bring people along toward that vision. It's full of actual tools.

While I loved the book study discussion across area school districts immensely, I didn't love the book. Though the idea of making a school irresistible will stay with me for sure.
