The wintry month of December brings wicked tidings to the shores of New York. Leader of the secret organization of the Slayer Tsincaat, Genesis has been hired by the evil magician, Charon, to bring before him The Boy Who Hears the Cries of Heaven. Accompanying Genesis is Leviathan, one of the Four Crowned Princes of Hell, and together they wreathe a trail of blood and darkness through the streets of the Big Apple.

For Jordan and his friends, it's a realization that what began on Thanksgiving night was just the first of many horrors. Powerful spirits of the Titans who created the Calculi now walk the Earth. Driven mad by the Schism, these beings have every intention to end the world of man through demonic conquest.

Most fearsome of all is The Horcus: a thing of such power that only a weapon from outside this universe stands a chance to defeat it.

Jordan must find Caledfwlch if he wants to protect his friends; he must find the sword to save the world.

There's only one problem...

Caledfwlch has been missing for almost two thousand years.
