In each yard a jack-o-lantern was lit/glowing in the dark. Emma (8) was dressed & ready to go trick or treating. She was a witch & John her brother was a pumpkin. Unfortunately, he was still to young to go. Emma could hear the other kids saying trick or treat. What had happened all the pumpkins had disappeared. The old woman who lived next door in a scary run-down house didn’t like kids.
What did the witch & Emma agree on?
I did not receive any type of compensation for reading & reviewing this book. While I receive free books from publishers & authors, I am under no obligation to write a positive review. Only an honest one.
A very awesome book cover, great colored pictures & proper font & writing style. A very well written children’s Halloween adventure story book. It was very easy for me to read/follow from start/finish & never a dull moment. There were no grammar/typo errors, nor any repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. Lots of exciting scenarios, with several twists/turns & a great set of unique characters to keep track of. This could also make another great children’s educational Halloween adventure movie, an animated cartoon, classroom PP presentation, or better yet a mini TV series. There is no doubt in my mind this is a very easy rating of 5 stars.
