The gorgeous cover is what drew me in. The story is what has me hooked. I can’t wait for more. This is a new series based around our main character Cannon. After one of the club associates is sent to prison, he makes a promise to watch over his sister.
Leah is too young for Cannon but he’s drawn to her. He offers her protection wherever he can. Leah doesn’t know about his promise. The pair form an unlikely bond and Unlawful is just the beginning.

Ever had the feeling when you pick up the first book of a new series, that is going to be epic? Well I experienced just that and I was certainly not left disappointed.
Ms Wainwright expertly draws the reader in from the very first page. The world building and past history of the two main characters was skillfully handled. Both characters got under my skin and my emotions matched theirs throughout. Sexy as sin, Colt has definitely met his match in sassy and bright, Leah; their chemistry pulsates throughout the story. A pressure cooker of responsibilities and his disabling attraction to a girl that he knows he should stay clear of, Colt's story makes for a high paced plot that had me glued to my kindle.
Tantalising bread crumbs have been sprinkled leaving me excited and intrigued as to what will happen next in this series.

I loved this book. I was invested in Colt and Leah's story from the first page. They balance each other out perfectly and I can't wait to see where it goes. My mind was blown by the ending, full plot twist I was not expecting and I can't wait to see what happens with it in book 2. Very much looking forward to more of these characters

What a fabulous start to this new series from T.L. Wainwright. I absolutely loved getting to know Colt and Leah plus the other characters that feature in this story and I cannot wait for more!
Colt intrigues me. He didn’t have a great start in life, but he has certainly shown just what kind of a man he is as VP of the Young Outlaws MC. Leah is a popular girl at school but she kind of keeps herself to herself. She’s young, pretty and I love how feisty she is. When Colt and Leah are together their interactions are brilliant and the connection between them is undeniable. Unfortunately for the couple, Colt has taken on the role of protecting Leah and knows that he shouldn’t be crossing that line. That’s not quite as easy as it seems though and I know you will love witnessing the pair struggle with their emotions.
Unlawful gets a huge recommendation for you to read this and I award this first book in the series 4.5 fabulous stars. There are many of the characters that I have grown very fond of already, and I am desperate to see what happens next.

Brand new form this author and her first foray into the MC genre and boy what a book it is. It is a hard hitting start, the king pin of this particular mc is not a nice person. But his boys despite his best efforts are great guys. This book is focussed on Colt the youngest, after a helper gets in trouble he is tasked with keeping someone safe for the duration, trouble is she is a bit of a minx. Determined to get into mischief which could endanger her, for Colt though she is also temptation personified. I found it gripping and easy to read, it drew me in and had me wanting more, needing more! Exciting bit of escapism and I cant wait for the next part.

What do you get if you have hot men in leather cuts, a sexy as sin alpha male, age gap romance and a sassy female who keeps getting into trouble.... That’s right.. A hell of an MC romances thats what. This book is engaging from the very start. I loved the plot, its full of drama, I’m loving the characters and their names (very clever) it made me chuckle. I’m loving Leah and Cannon. She really gives him a run for his money. I’m so looking forward to mammoths story. OMG you cant just leave it there...Who was mammoth with... I need answers, What a cracking cliffhanger..It will definitely leave people wanting more.....It has me....

A brilliant new series from TL Wainwright. When Colt has to look after Leah we see sparks fly. He shouldn't have feelings for this young lady but he can't help it. He will do anything to keep her safe.

Unlawful is the first in a 3 part series. Colt and Leah’s story is fantastic. The menacing biker watching over the student to protect his MC. Saves her but at the same time is fighting feelings for her. Can’t wait for the rest of the series now

I was absolutely hooked into this story by the first few pages.. eager to find out more about Colt and his Young Outlaw Family.
We briefly met Colt and Leah in TLs book Jordan but this book delves deeper into their story when protection is given to keep Leah safe in Jordans absence... and what a story it is!
This pair just have amazing chemistry together and despite Colt doing his best to stay away he just keeps being drawn back to her time and time again.
Intense.. face paced.. interesting.. fantastic characters.. humour.. hotness and more all jammed into one fab read what else could you ask for?
Oh yeh one huge question to ask... when do we get book 2??

A good introduction to the motorcycle club. It's what you expect from an MC, it's dark and gritty. Leah is under the protection of the club, but when sparks fly between her and the VP you never know what's going to happen next. I look forward to reading book 2.

I came across the second book, Justice on Facebook. It caught my attention because I had read one of T. L. Wainwright's books before. That one was called My Sweet Gi, and I read and reviewed some time ago. It was one of those that stay in your mind, so I remembered it well. When I saw justice by the same author and read the description, it piqued my interest.
I much prefer to read books in order, and the description mentioned they should be. So I downloaded Unlawful first. I really enjoyed it. The story was well written and the main character, Cannon was rough, tough, and downright dirty! It was on Kindle Unlimited, so I could download it for free. The other thing I liked is that it is a quick and satisfying read at just 122 pages.
Immediately, I wanted the second book, which is another quick read at 133 pages, but it isn't out until 30th September, and as I am not buying any more books, I didn't pre-order it. I hope that it is realised on KU as well. I also joined her Facebook page as it is always interesting to follow an author you like.

Amazing MC telling.
Cannon is the VP for the Young Outlaws MC. His grandfather was a member, and now his father is the President. Cannon has two blood brothers; Mammoth and Smith. Mammoth is in the club, but Smith is not. Money was tight within the club until they threatened a hacker named Jordan. He was able to make stuff at the docks disappear, but eventually he got caught. In order for him to take the fall for the club, they had to protect his sister. The problem with this is the older she gets, the more her beautiful she is. Not only does Cannon have to worry about her, he has to be a VP. Readers: I recommend this book. I love the brashness, brawn, and foul-mouthed men in the MC. I thought Leah was you typical 16 to 18 year old girl. Her brother was the only family she had left and he was in prison. Luckily, she had someone who raised her and cared for her. The only this I didn't like was the abrupt ending.

I loved cannon n mammoth but God save me from yet another teenage girl acting like the child she is.
Why can't these authors write a biker book with a female lead who is an adult, not a waitress, maybe has a career, pays her own bills n isn't desperate?
Ruined the book for me.
So much potential, great writing, great characters on the male front. Maybe would have liked more biker life and whats with calling the prospects prospectors? Bizarre
Why do these authors think we want to read about little girls?
As for dark elements? Etc? Where its so vanilla its got the cherry on top literally. Nothing dark or angsty about it at all. Tame!!!!

I purchased this book because of the amazing reviews on Amazon and oh boy, they were all right. Such a good book with great characters that keeps you obsessed with every page since the first one. The author describes it all in a way that made my feel like I was on the story! I really loved Colt and Leah plus the other characters that feature in this story. Such a good book with great characters that keeps you obsessed with every page since the first one. Can't wait for book two!. Keep writting please!!

I haven’t read many MC books, but this one grabbed my attention right from the start. Colt is watching over Leah to keep her safe, but is she safe from him? The chemistry between these two is off the charts. Will they? Won’t they? It certainly had me on the edge of my seat until the last page. I can’t wait for book two when I’m hoping we see more from these two, and the rest of the guys in the MC. Well done TL, a fab edition to your other books!

It's quick read, and yes, it does end in a cliff hanger, you meet leah and Cannon and get to know their back storys / how they cross paths can't wait to devour the next in the series. Even though it's a fast read you don't feel like you miss any detail in the story. If you like MC romance with a sassy FMC, definitely give this a go!

Absolutely loved the first book in this series! MC is one of my faves! I loved Colt and Leah together ♥️♥️. Colt is hot and brooding and Leah has sass and attitude which I love! Anyone know where I can get my own version of Colt? Fab start to a series

This book was a good read with an interesting cliffhanger at the end which has me curious as to how the next book is going to go. The story between Leah and Cannon felt unfinished so I’m excited to see what happens next.

the 1 star rating I'm leaving is generous .. this book was so boring that it took me 3 days to read such a short book absoloutly nothing happens in this book the storyline is so slow that i can't even bring myself to read the next in the series definitely not for me
