About the Author Srinivas Venkatram is the CEO & Lead Researcher of Illumine Labs - an organization that works on knowledge enablement - i.e. how to help individuals, organizations and communities build radically new futures by leveraging the benefits of a wider view of knowledge (involving the fruitful interaction between objective knowledge of the world outside, and subjective knowledge in each human being). Since 1996, he has been engaged in the deep study and application of Swami Vivekananda's ideas into the practical world. In 2019, Vivekananda University, Belur, bestowed him with a D.Litt (honoris causa) for his original contribution to the field of Vivekananda studies.

Prior to Illumine he co-founded and co-led INFAC – a company that pioneered the production of industry reports (1989-96).

Srinivas is an alumnus of IIT Bombay (1987), and IIM Ahmedabad (1989).
