I have mixed feelings about this book.

Some things I didn’t like - the way it starts so suddenly, how it’s hard to keep track of all the characters and how the one big issue is rehashed over and over.

In saying that, there were also things I loved - Lane’s unwavering feelings and all the kissing scenes!! They were so fantastic and there were so many of them. It warmed my heart 🥰

I just love this series!! I have suggested young ladies at church to read this and enjoy Kiss Me Already!! It is a continuing story of Regan and Lane. Two young Christian adults who go from best friends to Dating...That can be a tricky thing especially for parents, who have to one day realize their children are growing up. Both "moms" think Lane and Regan would make a cute couple but Regan's dad isn't so sure. That doubt makes for a difficult journey! They hide their relationship from everyone and it starts to take it's toll on both Lane and Regan. Hiding things is the same as lying and when lying is in a relationship it doesn't bode well. When trials start to make appearances self doubt hits both of them hard. As they work through these trials they both learn something about each other and realize that together they are both strong! Stronger for being honest and for being true to themselves...This is a continuing story so it does end with a cliff-hanger...ugh can't wait for the third one!!! Great Young Adult read...I highly recommend!!

I enjoyed continuing Regan's story. It brought a good light to Regan and Lane's relationship while they are away. Long distance relationships are hard and this books helps see both point of views. The girlfriend that stays in her hometown and the boyfriend experiencing a new world. It gives us both perspectives on their obstacles. I cried, smiled, and laughed along with Regan and I can't wait to continue their story. I am rooting for them!

Sweet!!!

The relationship between Regan and Lane is one to fantasize in high school. I know I did, seeing how hard they had to work at their relationship was a bit sad for me because of how they showed their love for each other made it seem like they were miserable because it had to be a secret and they also had to over come the long distance.

This contemporary is sweet and keeps you on the edge of whether they will be found out and whether regan will let others opinion dictate what she wants for herself. In the book Regans cousin tells her she doesn’t want her to make a mistake like she did. And I get that but not every relationship is the same nor is regan the same as her. And not every guy would leave you pregnant and alone. And in no way is a child ever a mistake. That’s just me being passionate since I can relate to this character in a way. I got pregnant in high school and my boyfriend at the time his parents made it difficult for us to be together. But we overcame all that and have been married for 7 year this Sunday, with 3 kids to boot! Sorry back to the review.

This book was great I’m ready to find out if their love is strong enough to survive regans father and the two years they still have left till she can leave home and start her life with lane with nothing standing in the way.

I received a complementary copy of this book in exchange for an honest review... but I would gladly pay full price for this book and so should you. "More Than A Kiss" by Sally Henson is the 2 book in a serial series - this one picks up right where the last one left off, so if you haven't read the first one... pick up a copy of that one as well. This is a well written clean YA romance about a group of high school friends trying to find their way... dealing with life and the ups and downs of falling in love with your best friend. It's such a sweet heartwarming story with some twists and turns but overall, left me on the edge of my seat waiting for the next book to come out. Can't wait to see how the story continues on and I would recommend this book and this author to any fans of YA and clean romance.
Happy Reading...enjoy!

I didn't actually finish this book. The first chapter was SUPER slow and hard to get through for me, but I chugged along anyway, hoping to get sucked in. Then midway through the second chapter, I gave up on the book. That's really rare for me to do because I love reading and know how hard it is to write a book and put yourself out there, but I was no longer interested in the story. At. All. The pace was too slow, and I had more questions about what I'd already read and wasn't invested enough to slough through even more. It's sad because I've read and enjoyed other books by this author and was really drawn in by the book's blurb.

I loved this book. I devoured it. A sweet romance between best friends who try to navigate a relationship with one in high school and the other in college. I loved getting to know their group of friends and watch as they worked to figure everything out. It definitely brought me back to those "first love" feelings as I read. I can't wait to read more!

I received a complimentary copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

This was a sweet story of young love, which is often messy and confusing. I love the characters of Lane and Regan, but I get irritated with all of Regan's doubt. I want to yell at her to just stop worrying and accept Lane's love already. I enjoyed the story, but it's not quite as polished as the first book in the series.

Incomplete

It's one thing to write a series, but each book should be a complete story. This one is not. It has a number of grammatical errors, misspellings, and missing words. A simple read through would have caught dozens.

I enjoyed this book but feel like the story has been drug out longer than necessary. I honestly feel like this story could have been told in 1 standalone novel.

Typical teenage drama.

This is exactly how young girls think. I would like to have a little more closure on the ending though.
