The Keystone Alphas #1-2.5

The Keystone Alphas Bundle

Rate this book
A First-Time Harem Mpreg Romance Series. This three book collection contains the complete Keystone Alphas series.

Meet the seniors of Keystone Academy’s Death March Study Squad: Viggo, Dane and Red. Best friends since childhood and as close as brothers, they’re three alphas who share everything in life.

Omega freshman Brendan Prince has no friends and no clue how to manage the brutal rigors of his new university. When Brendan stumbles upon the DMSS, the trio take him under their wing to show him what it takes to survive. It’s quickly obvious that he was meant to be their friend, but he definitely didn’t expect to be the subject of not just one, but all three of the trio’s desires!

What in the world could an awkward omega like him provide to three perfect alphas like them?

The Keystone Alphas is a fun and fluffy omegaverse mpreg series that follows Brendan's journey through the joys and complexities of a polyamorous relationship—and how his love changes, heals and inspires Viggo, Dane and Red in each episode of the story.

This is a fascinating MMMM polyamorous romance that is written over a 3-book series & I enjoyed reading it. The plots are intriguing with some unusual situations & covers the emotional journey of one omega (Brendon) & three alphas (Viggo, Dane & Red). The characters are quite well-developed & interesting with some mild confrontations & emotional turmoil.
**Reunited**
There is: a omega (Brendon) & his two alphas (Viggo & Dane) travel to Tokyo to meet up with their fourth (Red) but he has something to tell them, drama, some humor, longings, playfulness, unease, doubts, commitments, some discipline, spankings, admittance, disbelief, disagreements, heartache, declarations, some steam, hope & a satisfying conclusion.

False advertising

False advertising as there is no mpreg in this series. Also, the only one who had a first time was Red, one of the Alphas. The entire series is written from Brendan's point of view. He is the omega to the three alpha males: Dane, Viggo, and Red. There was a significant lost opportunity by the author where it was mentioned several times that both Dane and Red have been intimate with each other, and yet once they start their relationship those two never touch intimately. I kept waiting for it and it never happened.

I feel the best I can give this series overall is a three-star rating because there were just too many errors, and the continuity issues bothered me incredibly. I still can't figure out the overall setting of The Keystone Academy, in which I mean I have no idea which country they are in. It seems to be the United States with the mention of the football team, but the school system just doesn't make sense with football being in the spring followed by graduation. There should have been some explanation if Brendan was actually starting school late. Or maybe the alphas were graduating late or a semester early. As you can see I was quite confused.

Overall, however, I enjoyed reading about these four men and their relationship, I just wish there was a lot more substance to them than the surface picture and sexy scenes of man-on-man action I was shown.

Meh.

First, let me say if you’re here for the kind of omegaverse with scenting, heat cycles, nesting, etc, this ain’t it. The only omegaverse tropes present are the three designations existing (though it never does say how they can tell) and the possibility of MPREG. No actual MPREG happens in this story.

I gave this 3.5 stars because it was all very middle of the road.

The spice was alright, but it got repetitive quickly. The relationships were very good, the banter between the Alphas hilarious, but it couldn’t save the plot. Also I was confused about the whole ‘no homo’ attitude of one, and occasionally two, of the Alphas, considering there didn’t seem to be any physical differences between the designations. They didn’t even smell different. This read more like an FMMM where the F was just a different type of M, lol.

It wasn’t bad, just boring. Nothing happened. There was some minor OWD in the second half, but overall the whole story was very bland.

I didn’t DNF it, but I don’t think I’ll be reading this author again.

Freshman, Brendan is a little overwhelmed by the curriculum of Keystone Academy. He feels a bit intellectually unworthy. His Dad and Grandpa were gone and he felt alone. Maybe, he hasn't found his balance. Viggo, Dane and Red, best friends forever are all Alphas. They initially turned Brenden away, but reconsidered after running into him at his job and talking to him. They realized their support group helped them get to their senior year. They take Brendan under their wing to help him through school. They call themselves, DMSS, death march study squad. They all feel attracted to each other and reform to make a foursome. Surprisingly, they all fit! The author chronicles how they make it through their last semester of school, their summer and new beginnings. The men grow into their relationship. Nice story, has more of a HFN than an HEA. The characters are a little superficial and don't really go into much depth. No real great surprises.

This is such a great bundle of this series.

The Keystone Alphas

This is a great beginning to this series. Viggo, Dane, Red and Brendan all work together. This is such a sweet and HOT story. This is such an entertaining read.

Summer Omega

So we are back with Brendan, Viggo, Red and Dane. This time they are all enjoy their summer break. This is a great continuation of their story. It is great to see how their relationship develops.

Reunited

This is a great addition to this series. I love that we are back with the guys in this short story. This is such a sweet and angst story. Ashe Moon definitely shows that even in the hard times that if you know it is special that it is worth it.

I just love this whole series and to have them all in one book makes it even better.

I really enjoyed this harem, because for once everyone felt believable and human. There was a honeymoon period, followed by having to face thoughts of the future and how the relationship would work long term. All the characters were believable and like able, even when they were kinda jerks. The reasoning behind all their actions and motives made sense and worked well.

I hope there is an epilogue for this quartet at some point as I adore their dynamic and would love to see more of them.

If you enjoy a spicy ménage that is filled with believable, like able characters then this is a story you will enjoy!

The Keystone Alphas Bundle by Ashe Moon is the collection of the three books that make up the Keystone Alphas series. It delivers fun and sweet story with enough angst and steam to tantalize. It explores the complex journey of a polygamous love, the power of true love and the support that it can provide. Viggo, Dane, Red and Brendan are fantastic characters and their story is definitely a recommendation for me. Love it!

This whole collection of books is wonderful! I really enjoyed this story that Ashe Moon weaves of three alphas and one omega. I love how Brendan forms a bond with each alpha, Viggo, Dane, and Red separately. Their relationship together is a great one and I love the changes that they face as their feelings grow. Highly recommend this book because the characters and story line are wonderful.

First two books were good, light-hearted with equal parts steamy scenes and get-to-know-you tenderness and some external conflict and jealousy resolved quickly and maturely (maybe a little too mature for an introverted, perpetually buzzed on alcohol college freshman)

Third book was a little too much American Douchebags Abroad for me to get into, gave up when they started drinking in the hotel.

**********May Contain Spoilers**********

really enjoyed these books. I loved the connection between Viggo, Dane, Red and Brendan, they formed such a tight friendship/family bond that not even distance could break. Yes, they have their disagreements but when they talk about it, things are usually cleared up pretty quickly. Man, there were a few instances where I thought the alphas would’ve loved on each other but they were all focused on Brendan. Viggo, Dane and Red love each other but it’s not the same as they love Brendan, I wasn’t disappointed that none of those lines were crossed.
