Confusing!

Rebecca is continuing her chaotic traveling, as she fearfully wanders the roads trying to escape her ghosts.

Things get a bit confusing. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Plagued by revenants

The second part of the book was suspenseful. The young lady is in a quandary. Are the ghosts a figment of her imagination? She is not the only one who can see them. The ghost of the owner's wife keeps appearing and disappearing. She leaves the motel but the ghost does not leave her and causes her to have an accident. Fortunately she gets a lift to the nearest town and at the motel she is staying in, she discovers a shocking truth which shakes her to her very core. This story will have you on the edge of your seat.

Book Two of "EverGreen Motel" series,40 pages to read! Aly,she keeps getting herself into trouble! Now she's not only running, she's hiding! Still seeing a dead woman, sneaking around ,no where to go,one might it's her ex boyfriend is after her the next thing he's dead? What is going on? Very short story in this book but it so covers so much ground and things are starting to make sense to Aly and the reader,or really,do you think so? Off to book three, let's see what strange things are happening in this next drama ,mystery story of is there really a crime and is there really a dead woman following her? Guess what! Not telling, read!!

This book is so good you have no idea what is going to happen from one page to another. Sometimes I am not even sure who or what to believe. I just have to say since I believe in ghosts that Phil’d deceased wife turned ghost shows up again. Don’t want to give away any spoilers so I will just say this is a MUST READ after you read Sleepless at the Evergreen Motel. This one kept me on pins and needles for a while wondering what was coming next. I can’t wait until the next book comedy out to see where Marc Layton goes with it. He is a GREAT suthor

Like book 1, Haunted is short on pages but they are packed with ghostly craziness and that all consuming fear escalates to helplessness. I can feel her desperation, but I’m fearful for what she plans to do.
Book 3 is a must read! But, so are books 1 and 2. This short story series is that good, no, it’s better than good, it’s an excellent goodread.

Disturbing but I couldn't put it down!

The only thing wrong with this book is the length. It is very short. I still give it a 5 star rating because I couldn't put it down. You just get sucked in to the madness and can't let go. On to part three!

Excellent cliffhangers

Each part of this story leads to another part of the book. I like this short version because everthing has happened, has done so quickly. Both parts have been quick to get through. I’m on to part 3; Chased.

The Evergreen Motel: Haunted is part two in the series. This short story is a thrilling read as you follow Aly’s continued attempted escape from her ex. What we find out leads us to more questions then answers as the tale ends in another cliffhanger.

Part 2

This is part 2 of an interesting ghost story. It's well written and has the charms of an old ghost story told over camp fires.

This book was better than the last one, but would have been better if it had been written as a complete story.
