You know that feeling when the famous musician you're totally crushing on shows up at your brother’s wedding dressed as Elvis?

Really? Huh. Guess it’s just me, then...

Collin West isn't just hot. And he's not just 'the next big thing,' either. He's the biggest thing to happen to music since...music. He's got heart. And soul. And the most adorable ginger hair that’s somehow always a little mussed. Add in his bangin' body and bedroom eyes and it's easy to see why the whole world loves him.

And he wants me.

Harlow Hutton. Not-so-secret lover of all things Collin West. Dreamer of big dreams. Thinker of deep thoughts.

He falls into my life like a fairy tale, whisking me away on a champagne and glitter adventure around the world. London. Paris. Rome. It's a dream come true...

But every princess has a villain. When ours raises its ugly head, I roll up my shirtsleeves, kiss my biceps, and put up my dukes. Throw in some demons from Collin's past and our dream might actually be a nightmare...

One thing's for sure, hiding in the swirl of music and passion, is the glimmer of a happily-ever-after bigger than I ever imagined possible.

I only hope we don't get burned in the process...

This standalone contemporary romance is chock full of heart, soul, and all the feels you're looking for!

If you love strong characters who fight for what they believe in, hot musicians in cheap disguises, and four, scowlingly sexy, protective older brothers in tuxedos, one-click now!

Absolute magic! Amazing ending that made me cry happy tears. Leaving me knowing that the life of this family will be full of love thru good times and bad. The happily ever after they all dreamed forever. In a world full of chaos, this book was there to help me escape.

Harlow Hutton has had her fair share of pain in her life. But she is the sweetest Hutton. Somewhat delicate, somewhat fragile but she loves fiercely.

Collin West is a superstar. A painful past he is fighting to overcome. Then he finds beautiful Harlow and is flabbergasted. She fills the emptiness in his heart. But being part of his life is difficult.

These characters are just meant to be together but that doesn’t mean life is easy. Harlow joins Collin on tour and the have good times and bad times. People around them try to pull them apart. Together they learn that love is strong, beautiful and precious.

Beyond Dreams, the final book about the Hutton Family, was everything I hoped for and more. The author’s writing is pure poetry as she writes page after page of richly detailed scenery set around their home base in Key West, Florida, as well as when our two lead characters, Harlow Hutton and Collin West, travel the world.

Although Beyond Dreams can be read as a standalone, I strongly encourage you to start at the beginning to learn of this wonderful family’s backstory. They own and operate a resort open to the public affectionately known as the Hut. They have not always had it easy and their pain and triumphs, as well their unwavering support of one another, is evident in every book.

Harlow is the youngest sibling with four older brothers who were raised by a single mom after their alcoholic father left them, then later passed away. Each sibling finds love one at a time and it’s hard to pick a favorite because with no exaggeration, I loved them all!

This is not a cookie cutter series in any way. Each book is so unique, real and honest, and had me laughing, crying, and sighing, as each chapter progressed. Book 1, Beyond Words, featured big brother Lucas, an injured war hero, and Cat. In book 2, Wyatt, who harbored deep secrets, meets his match with Kara in Beyond Love. Book 3 is Caleb and Maisie’s story and when we are first introduced to Collin as she was his manager before resigning to move to Florida to be with her husband. Book 4, Beyond Us, features friends-to-lovers Eli and Hope. Now in book 5, Harlow gets her chance at happiness and I devoured every word, starting from the opening paragraph.

Harlow is a gifted young woman. She loves and appreciates the simple things, and is a talented artist, writer, and musician. But she harbors deep insecurities as she remembers the cruel words of her father growing up and never feels quite good enough to pursue her own dreams. This storyline was personally very moving for me, because I can relate so well. My husband became an alcoholic at the same time he got addicted to pain pills prescribed after a car accident. I am only including this personal note because I truly feel Abby did a wonderful job describing Harlow’s deep-routed pain and how it affected not only her self-esteem but the entire family dynamic. I have three children, and trust me, everything in this story really hit home for me and made me cry more than once.

The beauty of this series is how broken and separated they all were in the beginning and how they all came together in the end. In Harlow’s situation, as soon as she was old enough she moved far away to pursue her passion for the arts, but missed her mom and brothers, and dreamed of what could be. She had maturity and wisdom beyond her years, and such a kind and giving heart that longed to be loved and accepted for who she was.

Harlow first meets Collin and is a bit star-struck at her brother Caleb’s wedding in book 3. Collin recently gained international stardom as a musician, songwriter, and singer, and when he heard Harlow play the guitar and sing, he felt instantly drawn to her. As readers, we knew Abby could never leave our sweet Harlow single, and in Beyond Dreams, she finds true happiness with a man who not only adores her, but one whom she shares a deep emotional and physical connection with, someone who encourages and believes in her.

I so admired and respected both Collin and Harlow. Since Harlow was the youngest of the siblings, her brothers were naturally protective, but when she decided to accept his invitation and go on tour with him, they supported her and respected her judgment. They would all be there for her should she ever need them, and with a last goodbye, she left Florida to tour London, Italy, Greece and other fabulous destinations with Collin whom she was so excited to get to know.

Collin had his own baggage from being raised in foster care, but did have one true friend whom he knew since childhood, Joe, working for him. I loved their dynamic and how they always had each other’s backs, and it showed what a naturally caring and giving person Collin was. It wasn’t easy for Collin and Harper on many occasions, as the world of a famous recording artist had its challenges, namely his current manager who was vindictive, self-centered, and mean. Collin always tried to see the best in people, but when it came to liars and malicious behavior, he let them know in no uncertain terms who was the boss!

They took their time getting to know one another, and I loved their character development, friendship, courage, and devotion. He helped build her confidence and by the end, she was a changed woman. She was pure and genuine, and only had his best interest at heart. She helped him come to terms with his own insecurities, and to slow down and enjoy life. These two complimented each other so well and it was beautiful to read.

My favorite chapters were the last few when all of the Huttons and Collin were reminiscing about the past and celebrating at their outdoor family table. Even their mom finds love, and I had a big smile on my face the entire time. Beyond Dreams once more solidified my passion for Abby’s specific style of storytelling. Her books are always filled with deep emotion, intensity, great chemistry and character development, and of course, sexy times!

Collin, a famous rock star, accidentally hears Harlow playing her guitar, and it's insta-like if not insta-love. They text while he's on tour, and then he invites her to tour with him. There's an evil manager, a protective foster brother, and two Brutes in Suits.

What a family the Huttons are! It warms my heart just to read about them although I know it’s fiction. It still gives me hope. This is a good read.

I liked this book more than Book 4... but there were parts that had me scratching my head.
Harlow Hutton agrees to go on tour with Collin West to "test the waters" of their possible relationship. For some reason I felt like it was intimated often throughout the first half - 3/4 of the book that Harlow and Joe (Collin's best friend) were going to end up together. Just a weird vibe between the two of them.... was he flirting? being kind? Why did she keep noticing how handsome he was? I don't know. I thought it was odd.

Also - I didn't love that Collin's excessive drinking seemed to be glossed over - especially given the Hutton's past experience with alcoholism. It seemed like Harlow was all too willing to accept Collin's excuses and even participate in the debauchery when there were real issues that needed to be addressed.

I like being able to catch up with the Hutton's and their growing families, so I'm glad I read this final book (minus Joe's bonus installment) but it wasn't my favorite in the series.

ALL THE STARS IN THE GALAXY ARE MY EQUIVALENT TO THOSE 5 STARS
I don't think I can adequately describe all the feelings I had while reading this book. Harlow went through such an emotional roller coaster, not only in her life with bad memories of her father she couldn't push away, but while touring with Collin. Everytime Collins words warmed her heart and made her feel special, His witch manager would obliterate them.
This story was and will always remain close to my heart, not only because Harlow is the last Hutton child, but because I saw her tragedies, saw her overcome them and despite them finally gets a happily ever after this woman truly deserves.
BEAUTIFULLY WRITTEN ABBY BROOKS
HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Amazing! This book put me in such a frame of mind that when I finished I thought I had just been there with all the characters. This series couldn’t have ended better. I thought that Eli and Hope were my favorite but now I need to reconsider my choice and definitely say that Harlow and Collin Freaking West are my one and only couple. Another touching story. An intense romance that left me with a range of emotions that sometimes I forget to have. I loved it and if you are looking for a revival of pure feelings, this is the book for you.

This book was every bit as good as the rest of the series! I started it when I went to bed and I couldn't put it down until it was finished. Collin was so in love with her before even he knew it. Seeing Harlowe come into herself and shake off her Dad's lingering affects was so uplifting. I loved it!

#2 Oltre l’amore (13 maggio 2021)
#3 Oltre il tempo (03 agosto 2022)
#4 Oltre il desiderio (20 ottobre 2023)
#5 Oltre i sogni (19 gennaio 2024)

Harlow in Collin vede Collin.

If you’ve read Beyond Now and Beyond Us it’s no secret that the couple for Beyond Dreams is Harlowe Hutton and pop superstar Collin West. At the end of Beyond Us at Eli’s and Hope’s wedding its pretty clear they have a thing for each other. Even though this technically isn’t the last book in The Hutton Family series it is the last book where a member of the Hutton family is involved in a romance. And it’s a really sweet fairly low angst story with a great goodbye to the family with an epilogue that takes place five years down the road.
Maybe it’s just because I’m a man but I really loved the Harlowe character. I loved how she rose above the verbal abuse she received from her father for all the time she was growing up because unbeknownst to her, he thought she was not his daughter but the product of a non-existent affair between her mother and another man. While Burke Hutton verbally abused all of his children, Harlowe the youngest and perhaps the most sensitive received more than her share. The Harlowe we met in the earlier stories is obviously very sensitive but at the same time she’s very wise for her age. Someone who has spent a lot of time observing others and thinking deep thoughts about life. She’s struggling mightily to overcome years of her father making her feel like less than. She’s a talented painter, guitrarist and writer although she’s yet to finish any of the books she’s started to write.
At the end of Beyond Now Collin West stops at The Hut in Key West to visit his former agent Maisie Brown who helped to launch his career and keep his ego in check. While there he hears a guitar playing and is struck by the melody. He meets Harlowe and discovers she’s the guitarist. Harlowe is a big admirer of Collin’s talent. While Collin is on tour he and Harlowe text and talk and Collin invites Harlowe to go on tour with him as his guest. This all culminates with Collin surprising Harlowe at the end of Beyond Us by showing up at Eli and Hope’s wedding mostly to see Harlowe and convince her to join him on tour so they can get to know one another. It’s an offer Harlowe can’t refuse. But before she even boards Collin’s private jet she’s introduced to Collin’s agent Athena who is an absolute bitch and resents her presence and Joe, Collins best friend since childhood who is suspicious of anyone who tries to get close to Collin thinking they’re trying to take advantage of him.
Something I like about Abby Brooks books is her characters rarely get naked and jump into bed right away like many CR authors characters do. In this story Collin and Harlowe take some time to really get to know one another before they have sex. During that time Collin learns about Harlowe’s demons from being raised by a drunk abusive father and Harlowe learns about Collin’s demons being raised by uncaring if not abusive foster parents and being bullied by kids because of his bright red hair and taste in music. Harlowe learns to deal with the scheming and manipulative Athena who reminds her of her late father and Joe whom she eventually like Collin’s two giant body guards wins over with her obvious love for Collin and kindness to everyone.
I won’t give away the ending. I’ll just say that everyone but Joe (who gets the last book in the series even though he’s not a Hutton and not involved with a Hutton) gets a very happy beyond dreams fairytale happily ever after.

Recensione

Buongiorno lettori,

No? Davvero? Ah.

E lui vuole me.

Thank you the opportunity to read Beyond Dreams. This is the first book that I have read in the series. I loved that you brought all family together to be a support for Harlow. Collin and Harlow bring out the best in each other, they understand what they have lived. Collin has felt that he was only in the foster parents homes only for a paycheck, Joe was his protector while they were growing up, he continued until he realized that Harlow was the one person who gave him the purpose and the love we all need. I hope that there will be a book for Joe, he needs to have the same chance at love that is forever as Harlow and Collin have. Harlow grew in confidence the more she was with Collin she was able to put the pain away that her Father caused. Collin grew as well he needed love that Harlow gave him the kind that is so strong, the kind of love that brings out the best in us. He helped Harlow to realize she was of worth they both did.

Harlow was mistreated by her father more than anyone in the family. He got it into his head that she wasn't his so he ignored her or belittled everything she did. Unbeknown to her he was giving his mistress's child all the love he should have been giving to his own child.
Collin was discovered and became an overnight success. The wrong people got into his head and he let the fame change who he was and wanted to be.
When he changed agents he went from one bad situation to another. She fed him pills to keep him always busy and never let him slow down and take in the success that he had. When she overstepped and told lies he finally got the balls to fire her.
That is one thing I didn't understand. He was the boss and he let his employee dictate how he lived his life. He never stood up and said what he wanted for his career. Even it hadn't been for Harlow looking out for him he wouldn't have realized he can decide what he wants and doesn't want.

Abby Brooks writes about love that could be. Not just some fictional off the wall story about two people in some dreamworld, but a man and a woman in a world that could be our own having ups and downs; and still succeeding in a loving relationship. Her words are not only eloquent, but draw you in and make you fall in love with the whole family. You want to be sitting around the Hutton family table having dinner.
In this final Hutton family series novel, we get to be a part of Harlow and Collin’s story. Harlow finally is able to embrace love, although she has spent her life feeling unworthy of a man’s adoration. We follow Collin on his flabbergasting ride of fame, in which he is able to see through more of the smoke because of Harlow reeling him in.
You want to read this series. You will adore this family and appreciate the author’s care in telling each of the stories.

Omg what an ending to a series!!!!

I have loved the Hutton family from the start. Jaded and Broken Lucas and Cat with their incredible love story that started with a journal entry. Strong and dependable Wyatt with truckloads of guilt and Kara, Laidback Caleb and his childhood best friend Maisie, and silly Eli and his roommate Hope. There is just so much to love about all these books so I knew I would love Harlow and Collin’s story. I knew it would be great, but I wasn't ready for this book. It was just everything I expected and so much more. Collin was so much more. Collin and Harlow together were just so much more. I do need Joe’s story though because I think he deserves an HEA too.

There isnt enough word in the world to describe how much i loved this book

Abby has again wrote from her heart.
Harlow and colin are. One of my top fiction coupples.

Some books feel forced. But this was such a joy to read. You flow through them and their challenges. Shout at the pages when drama is going down. And wish your family was as crazy and lovving as the huttons.

I want their table!! What a brilliant idea!!!
I dont want to get into the book too much as saying alot can spoil it. But i truley fell into this book. Would have loved to have explored the characters deeper. Im glad harlow found her back bone and her voice x

I honestly do t know which bit to praise more 🤣

What a lovley end to the Hutton family series x

Beyond Dreams is the final standalone in the Hutton Family series from Abby Brooks and it was definitely a bitter-sweet read for me. I adored Harlow and Collin, but was definitely sad to see this family's stories come to an end. Even if it was one I loved. Harlow has been one of those background characters I constantly itched to find out more about all throughout her brothers' books. Abby Brooks did not disappoint when it came to letting us dig deeper into who Harlow is. Beyond Dreams is romantic, exciting, and definitely gave me a bit of a travel bug. In true Abby fashion, she created background characters that helped fill out the story and left me wanting to see Joe and the Brutes get their own love stories. *fingers crossed*

Ultimo capitolo della saga The Hutton Family.

Wow!! I’m just so blown away. This book was EVERYTHING I wanted it to be & so much more. Harlow Hutton is a firecracker who tries her hardest to go after what she wants, despite what haunts her from her past. Collin is a rockstar, trying to find balance between being famous & being himself. When the two of them come together SPARKS FLY!! I love that the angst level was on the lower side for this story because I enjoyed watching (reading) the two of them work through their challenges together. This book made me swoon, made me cry, made me laugh, & made me smile so much. I truly didn’t want it to end.

Abby, you NEVER disappoint in your books. This one was another major hit!!

4.5 stars rounded up

The beginning of this book and the end of Eli/Hope's (prior) book aren't quite aligned. The prior book said Colin would try his best to show up to the wedding. Actual book has him ghosting her without replying. And then after Elvis was revealed to be Colin, Eli/Hope took off in their book. In this book, they sat down and chatted with Harlow. So the inconsistencies are a no go for me.

This book is typical cute romance and then the manager lies to split them up. I didn't feel like it was an original plot. Hence the half star demotion. But overall, the story was cute and well written and enjoyable to read.

Heartwarming ending to the series

I loved this series, every single book, and was thrilled to see Harlow get her happily ever after. Collin is famous for his talent (something Harlow wishes she had), but his past and the resulting insecurities threaten to derail him while Harlow struggles to remind herself she does not have to hide who she truly is to be loved (while Collin just assumes she has felt it all along). They find what they need in each other in this heartwarming conclusion to the Hutton family series.

Fantastic end to a wonderful series

Harlow is the youngest sibling of clan Hutton and the one that has the most scars from their alcoholic father. After meeting superstar Caleb West and capturing his attention he wish her away on tour. There is so much growth for both of them along with a lot of trials and trials and tribulations. This is both a sweet story and one that will leave you with some tears. I hope Joe gets a standalone story as he deserves some happiness too. This wrapped the series up perfectly though.

Hutton family

I enjoyed reading this series of books. I cried and laughed. You could see this happening. The family had a father who did not care for his family. The kids could not wait to turn 18 to get as far away from their father. When he died the family got back together and each kid had things to get over from their childhood. I enjoyed the journey they went on to find their selves and to find happiness. Looking forward to reading other books by Abby Brooks. I hope she writes a series about this families children.

loooooved it. Lolo became a very dear character along with Collin and Joe (can't wait to read his story). Really liked the artsy air of the book and characters and that Lolo could get her fairy tale happy ending. I loved how the book ends, showing all the Hutton's happy ending and a few new kids. Not my favorite plot (Athena was a little predicable and, I don't know, I thought maybe his drinking would be a bigger problem then her). But really like that feeling that Lolo wrote all the Hutton Family books.

I didn't want to read this book. I'm not sure why. I've never liked the fast paced lifestyles and maybe the rock concert on tour was too busy for me. BUT, I read it instead. I'm glad I did. I loved the brokenness of their relationship start. They both were broken and needed each other more than they realized. I hated Athena from the get go. I thought that character was a bit wishy washy to begin with. Her actions didn't really match why she did everything. That could have been done differently. I liked the end where they all were together again. I will start Joe's book too. WHy not?

Amazing!

Can I leave 20 stars? Because that would only be a start to convey how I feel about this book.
Harlow and Collin’s path to love was so sweet and true. I just loved them both. 2 people who bring out the best in each other and believe so much in the other. A beautiful finale to this amazing family saga.
But....ummmm....we’re getting a book about Joe and the Brutes too right????
