Evolution Cradle: The Aryan Origin

Rate this book
When two Genetics scientists, Chad and Friedrich reach a dead-end in their cross-species experiment at a premier Molecular Genetics Institute in Berlin, they look to the mystical East for answers. Here, in the lap of a timeless civilization, they find a fellow seeker in historian Geeta. Together, the trio begin a thrilling odyssey of discovery, which spans continents and cultures, challenges life-long religious and scientific truths and puts their lives in grave danger. They are horrified to learn that they are mere puppets, their fate controlled by an all-seeing sinister villain, who yearns to "cleanse" the world and create a new order. As they connect the dots, they join forces with an Afghan professor, a British archaeologist and an American General. Finally, a mind-bending, unpredictable climax which stuns the world's brightest minds... Even as it answers many questions, it throws up new ones.Based on two years of research, The Evolution Cradle is an unputdownable book, which blurs the lines between reality and imagination, ancient and modern, fact and faith. Breathless in its pace, the rollercoaster narrative is packed with non-stop action, escapes and chases, thrills and chills, and edge-of-the-seat twists and turns. It continues to haunt the reader long after the last page is turned.

Trust me! I haven't read many books that have the impact that this book by Charith has. It has all the things that one would fancy in a contemporary science fiction book. However, the twists appear frequently as the author sets his eyes on discerning the ancient Indian heritage and bringing it to the readers. The team of scientists work relentlessly to find out the references and also to discover and possibly reverse engineer the technologies mentioned in ancient Indian texts. The mention of Vasatiwara and test-tube children, Vasistha and Agastya, and then the discovery leading to Dwarka... the novelist has made sure that the readers will be involved to the core in reading his book. Other than the discovery of ancient Indian technologies, there are many other things in the book that will be so new, so wonderful and so enlightening as well as interesting to read. German conspiracy, international conspiracies, prophet and puppet... to cut short, if you are sitting home, just read this novel and get lost in the world of science and technology. You will enjoy it all the way!

Fusing Science, Religion, Mystery, Thriller, gives you the action-packed page-turner novel Evolution Cradle. The instant I read the blurb, I couldn't help but dive into the adventures with The Trio. The way the author portrays the tale goes on to show that he has done a colossal investigation on the sagas incorporated. Kudos to him for the outstanding job. The book is so addictive that I didn't want to keep it away.

The book has the reader involved as well as entertained. The twists and turns in the plot are incredible and make you doubt your judgment when reading. I have never come over such works where there is a rich amalgamation of science and mythology; the former appears to have been used by people thousands of years ago. The novel is a mystical and compelling must-read. The time spent reading is very deserving of it.

Just let me begin by saying that it is a long book but the novel is worth it... three different storylines, that are part of one big idea, are running together and the readers will be completely absorbed with what they read. Charith has written beautifully and he has taken the amalgam of science fiction, crime thriller and Indology to a whole new level. I would recommend this book for a fine beginning, a very suitable movement throughout and a perfect ending... be ready to enjoy the ancient Indian wonders that you might never have thought of and some science that will blow your mind... fully worth it!

By giving a list of characters in the very beginning, Charith has done a wonderful job because keeping track of all the persons involved in the storyline of this wonderful novel becomes a little difficult as you move ahead. Otherwise, this is a very engaging novel with many wonderful things that come the readers' way in the course of the novel. The zenith is when the scientists (real ones and the ones with sinister agendas) discover almost conclusively that ancient India had many scientific tools 27,000 years ago... a novel that you cannot miss!
Yes, it is a little longer than expected and it could have been cut short by expediting some events...

It is hell of a read! I did not read anything like this in recent times by any author. Charith's narrative is spell bounding and it does not let the readers divert their attention from the novel to somewhere else. I liked the way it opens and then it moves from one place to another and the sequence in which many characters appear time to time in the novel. Everything is well-planned and the theme is equally grand to support the length and conclusion of this novel. A mixture of ancient science and modern quest... a must-read thriller novel by a contemporary novelist after so many ordinary pieces I have read.

I was never a fan of history, but after reading this book EVOLUTION CRADLE, I went crazy. Because the things I am discovering about my own heritage and how advanced we were both scientifically and culturally amazed me. Yes, I already knew all that but this book helped it all to sink in me.
I just had so many thoughts to jot down while going through each page and it was new.

It's so sad to see that Germans study our scriptures more than us. Do you think this could be one of the reasons that they have the most modern technologies? All of the world is going crazy about our heritage because it has answers. It has answers to explore our mind and create new ideas.
But we got robbed off that knowledge and stayed that way. We focused on tackling our struggles, getting freedom and growing that we forgot to stay in touch with the past. Its sad. Definitely sad. But I am keen on exploring it now. Better late than never.

Every book that makes me jot down notes on every page is definitely a good book.
Only till 20% of the book I had so much knowledge about our history that I was lacking and which was all very important.

On the up side:
It won't let your feel down.
It won't let you put the book aside unless you are done.
It is grippy, nicely narrated and beautifully written novel.

On the down side:
There are many lines of events happening at the same time. That may create a little confusion in your mind but that's equalised by the wonderful discoveries those characters make... who is using whom? You may baffle about that too unless you reach the conclusion. The author has done very well. He could have offered the readers a little ease by going slow and easy at times.

I recommend this book to all the SciFi and thriller readers.

This is what I call a science fiction in its full bloom! Charith's imagination, his research on ancient Indian wisdom, his expertise in Biology, his art of narrating a story... all these things together create an impact upon the readers that they will never forget. I am sure the readers will love reading this amalgam of modern and the old. I am impressed with the plot because it completely captures the readers' attention.

Indeed, this is a roller-coaster ride... Charith has rejuvenated some ancient Indian wisdom and linked it beautifully with modern science and added a conspiracy theory to it with a plot that is full of twists at frequent intervals... the places of action are various and readers will find the novel's storyline going from one place to another in quick successions. It is a happening novel by all means that uncovers the truth and dusts off the hidden secrets. A very much recommended novel!

It is a thrilling novel with shocking revelations and wonderful plot that takes the readers by surprise many times. From the labs of Germany to the lost city of Dwarka... test-tube babies to the theory of Vimanas in ancient Indian texts. The novelist has shown the readers his expertise in these subjects. You should not miss this wonderful science fiction of a very different kind.

𝑹𝒆𝒗𝒊𝒆𝒘: Evolution Cradle is an outstanding book that manages to capture your attention right from the start, especially since it starts in the genetic department of the Max Planck Institute. (𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘐 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘪𝘯 𝘢 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘤𝘩 𝘧𝘢𝘤𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘰𝘯𝘦!) The title and cover were so intriguing that I had to pick up the book. To read about one's own subject matter in a fiction thriller is another kind of joy.
Anyhow, the graph of the plot is exactly what I would want in a thriller. The exposition is thoroughly set and it thrusts the reader into the main action of the story. A thriller where there is a journey filled with dangers is one of the difficult ones to write, because the percentage of obstacles and amount of success of the protagonists, matters. There is a fine line between too much and too little and the author must know when to throw in a curve or lead them to victory. I believe the author of this book has fairly achieved it in the book.
The main plot point of combining science, religion and history is again another difficult thing to write about, not because it is a difficult topic but because there are literally hundreds of books on the same. But the author has tried his best to make a diamond with an unique cut of its own. The book satisfies the adrenaline rush of thrill seeking readers while quietly forcing them to contemplate on things that are usually just a fantasy left aside. A brilliant book I am definitely inclined to recommend.

This book is a combination of science with ancient history and plot is really interesting which keep you hooked through out, I enjoyed reading this book because story is fast paced and gripping. The narration part of the book is main highlight because at no point of time i feel like bored or story is stretching or something. Story is about Chad and Friedrich reach a dead-end in their cross-species experiment at a premier Molecular Genetics Institute in Berlin, and their research lead them to India because how 100 kauravs produced from a loaf in our ancient times and some other stories related to how we worships our animals etc. They met Geeta and their research goes towards Himalayas where some vessels were hidden by our saints where a whole new mystery awaiting for them. There is also one more story running simultaneously of Dr hamad in kabul where some terrorist hostage his family.so there are lot of mystery and secrets which revealed in the end.book is a wonderful read through out and characters are also well developed too. Overall a history part related to India is the highlight of the book and makes it a perfect read.

Evolution cradle is a unique book with a very gripping plot. The story revolves moves in parallel, the first is of a scientific lab where some biologists are performing an experiment of curing the lost arm of a human. On the other hand, a man in India received a strange parcel and was kidnapped by some unknown people. These two stories are somewhere related to each other. How? That's in the book. Book is well-researched and is plotted very creatively. The stories shows how the development in science can mend and at the same time, ruin the nature. The title is thoughtful. Cover is nice.

Evolution Cradle by Dr Charith starts like a scientific asset and it keeps the narrative pace with proper sequence till the end of the book. It would not be hypothetical if we consider it of the genre of William Huxley & H G Wells’s generation of writing with contemporary approach. It makes us realize that how the beautiful scriptures like Geeta that we generally consider myth can be a source of getting answers of so many unresolved questions. We can find a well balanced approach of the writer towards interpretation of religion, cultures, and science; and how they all are integral part of each other. It is not easy task for any writer to craft scientific, historical and mythology at the same time, but here in this book we can experience a true craftsmanship of writing if you read it bit by bit. The plot of the story is constructed in the form of thrill and many twists with obstacle on the way of discoveries. It maintains the theories of suspense and how to resolve suspense to create another.
The cover page with one side “evolution of swastika” and another side “human evolution” is very much symbolical and you come to realize its relevance after the reading of the book. Once you finish the story, you come to realize that the story is not a scientific fiction but a scientific justification of relationship between human history, mythology, culture, and human existence. One may have feeling to get new direction for the thought process after reading it.

This book was a journey. With so many things happening at the same time, so many storylines, so many characters, so much information thrown at you, it is kind of hard to keep your head straight and not get confused. I usually cannot keep myself from mixing up the information and end up uncertain. When it came to this book however, I dabbled with dubiety, I would finally understand what was happening and then get confused again. That fact will not stop me from appreciating this book. The writing style was so so interesting and unlike anything I have read previously. The characters are well built and have intensity. The entire book for that matter is written in detail and beautifully so; every situation, character, mission has enough information to keep you in the loop. The ending blew my mind as promised. I liked this book apart from the fact that I am not good with toooo many details at the same point. It is the perfect amalgamation of modern ideas and ancient theories.

Being a non-reader of science fiction, i was a bit hesitant at first. I was wondering whether i would be able to finish this thick book on time. But as soon as i started flipping the pages, i realised that this is actually a blend of science and contemporary fiction. Chad and Friedrich, two scientists are working on genetics and reach a dead end in their cross species experiment which is destructive. A historian from India,Geeta helps them to find the secret behind this. Read this book to find what out their discoveries.
I like how with every incident, the author put some interesting contents too. Apart from this, the plot turned out to be a an adventure unfolding the different facets of the story. The characters are very well developed and described by the author. The character of the protagonist is very inspiring. The best thing I liked about this book is how crisp and deeply the author has described all the complexities of the subject. I suggest this book to all the science-fiction lover as well as the historical/contemporary fiction readers.

Evolution cradle is a masterpiece, a little long but the author is able to bring out three different storylines running together towards making an epic story. It is a perfect blend of science fiction and ancient history. The story is about two scientist who reach dead end in their cross species experiment in an Institute in Berlin, this make them to explore other studies and they find their way to indian history. So, then they meet geeta, who helps them find some clues.

The book also takes a different turn when it introduces dr. Hamad, it makes it really difficult to put the book down. The journey from a lab in Berlin, to lost city of dwarka then to himalayas is an intriguing one.

The cover of the book is very interesting , it will make you guess what will come up next.

This is a must recommend book if ancient history and Indian mytho interests you.

First of all, I love the cover! It gives dark, mysterious vibes!😍 This story is a perfect blend of history, mystery, science and mythology. This book deserves far more recognition that it currently has.

We follow two scientists~ Chad and Friedrich, who work on genetics. However upon reaching a dead end in their cross species experiment, which by the way is very dangerous and damaging, they decide to take help of a woman named Geeta. She's an Indian historian who shall help them in discovering the secret behind this.

The author maintains the element of suspense and thrill throughout the story. The thrilling aspect came mostly from the fact that the story itself is very unpredictable. You never know what's gonna happen next. The writing is simple and crisp. You can tell that the author has done an extensive research on this story. I really appreciate it.

Evolution Cradle is an interesting fiction that falls in three categories, science fiction, mysteries and adventurous. It starts with scientific work and turns to be a mysterious and adventures novel in the middle. Charith has narrated this story of facts so wonderfully. He has tried to give space to all characters.
Being an India, I was also unknown to some of the facts the book has revealed. And feels proud as well that we were so rich in science a long time ago even some of the countries can not imagine these things in persent. The author has done a wonderful job to present historical things in a contemporary way the readers will love it. It will provide information as well as reading pleasure.

One of the best thriller book I have read till now. The book consists of 2 main scientists who are performing experiments on genetics. They both found something more powerful than they have ever thought. These two scientific came to India and joined another scientist. While reading there will always a urge to know what will happen further. From the very first page till last it is all about finding mysteries and all those mysteries open up in an amazing manner. There are many characters introduced later in the story. And all these characters are very strong and well explained. All I can say is one of the best book I read in this quarantine. The cover page is a total black and attractive. Name is apt according to yhe story. Narration is amazing. Highly recommended

Evolution Cradle by Chaith Venkat Pidikiti is a gripping tale of past and present that has presented many finding before the readers. It develops as a usual fiction with some scientist working on genetics and that goes down to the glorious past of India. It has explored many things and left us many things for us to explore and learn. It has dig dip into the age-long tradition and civilisation of India that has done some tremendous work centuries ago, what modern technologies still fails to do so.
This is a wonderful book and a must-read for everyone who are interested in knowing the facts about our country. You must not miss this opportunity to pick this one!

MUST READ
Dr.Charith Venkat has put this plot in the best possible way, the attention to details and the way the story is narrated is top-notch. I’ve had a lot of unanswered questions regarding ancient history and little did I know I would find answers here. It took me two days to read this novel and now I wake up and sleep to the thought of what if’s and it instilled a new dimension in the way I think. For people out there who don’t know how to pass time during the lockdown, I couldn’t find something better than to read this novel packed with science, ancient history, action, mystery, and all the twists and turns each chapter begins with, and trust me it’s an eye opener. It begins with the German scientists and the way the novel takes us to ancient history is so smooth.
This book is highly recommended.

It is a wonderful story starts with two scientists, Chad and Friedrich doing an experiment and working on genetic sciences. In the quest of exploring these things, they came to know many interesting facts. They have to travel to India to find a conclusion on the genetic sciences. Some shocking facts they came to know when they start to explore thing on grounds and with the help of scriptures.
It is one of the finest work I have read in recent time I must say this. Despite being a long novel this is so interesting and griping in nature.
I was unsure and unknown to many facts that the author has raised and I am sure you will also feel the same when you finish it.

Sometimes our brain needs to be rearranged to see things that lie right in front of our eyes.

The story is driven by serendipity. How people who are no where connected meet up to solve the final puzzle, makes the story more engrossing. The details about history, Dashavataras, importance of number 7 and many other electrifying facts are well explained.
The climax is unpredictable and helps in finding the missing pieces of the story.
Evolution Cradle: The Aryan Origin by Dr.Charith Venkat Pidikiti published by Alpha-X is recommended to everyone especially to people who have keen interest in ancient Indian science.
