WAAA.. este fue todo un viaje... la verdad es que no tenía casi nada de fé de terminarlo porque andaba en una racha larga de abandonos de lecturas y mucho MUCHO bloqueo, por lo que entré sin casi expectativas y creo que fue la mayor razón por la cual me sorprendió tanto lo buena que fue.

me cautivó demasiado por todos los temas que trata y la pesadez que la autora pone en éstos. de verdad NO LA LEAN SI SON MUY SENSIBLES porque la autora no tiene piedad!!! y fue lo mejor.

ahora sí, el romance.... FUE PEAK. gente fue tremendo slow burn, pero slow burn de los buenos de verdad yo pensé que la autora había saboteado en algún punto a la pareja pero para MI, la mejoró e hizo que se desarrollara aún mejor, no decepciona!

mención honorífica para decir q amo a minkov jr, fue mi personaje secundario favorito 😭 en serio lo amé demasiado representa totalmente mi tipo JAJAJAJ

recomiendo muchísimo esta novela si quieren mucha acción, romance super hermoso y gran world building, me encantó!!!

Killing Show, un show grotesco, sádico y que realmente te replantea hasta dónde es capaz de llegar la masa lider de seres humanos. La temida «diversión» de escenarios es solo un red de muerte y sacrificios que es transmitida las 24 horas por la televisión, creando productos y comercializando todo. PERO, ante esa tempestad nace la "leyenda" Xia Tian, un hombre guapo de cabello largo y atado, que hace frente a todo sin piedad, frialdad y que hay veces que sonríe con "optimismo" junto a su compañero Bai Jingan, un hombre que sabe de hackeos y que pareciera que enfrenta todo con una aparente calma y tranquilidad, así como con frialdad absoluta. Sin saber, que debajo de él vive un demonio, un real DEMONIO. ¿Podrán estos dos derribar este GOBIERNO? ☝️

Lumping my review for 1-3 together because I read it as one and don't remember how its partitioned. Very dark (thematically) but very well written. Set in a very dystopian world where humans have nothing else to do so upper classes use lower classes as entertainment in the most depraved ways. The plot follows the MC and ML through their struggle to survive in this society. If you can make it through the dark themes, gory events, and protagonists that aren't the typical moral leaders (who would never survive this world), it's a beautifully written tale of survival. Plot pacing is fast, romantic relationship pacing is slow (nonexistent until late into the story), but at the end of the day, it is so satisfying/relieving.

出乎意料(?)的是個認真的"殺戮秀", 讓帶著耽美心情來閱讀的我遭受了精神攻擊(??)
作者很有誠意的絞盡了腦汁, 把各種殺法都搬出來了.(不禁讓我想起八百萬種死法) 非常令人佩服(?) 只是不知道後面兩集還能再怎麼殺, 看來一路獵奇走到底了吧......下一本我得再緩緩......
