Mike's Point of view
It isn't usual to have the story completely from a teenage boy's point of view. It is a nice change. As we follow Mike through his fantasy and obsession with the hot blond neighbor he's crushed on for three years, he goes through some very out of his box zones. From facing his fear and talking to his dream girl to the chaotic birthday dinner and all the other outrageous happenings that landed Mike with his girl Brooke in the here and now. I am merely curious to see if 'optional epilogue' will enhance the story. What I am most interested in what Mike is going to do next.

The premise of this book was good and it had great potential but it just feel short. The author would take page after page to get a small point across which really didn't have anything to do with character development or the plot. I skipped a lot of this book. What I did like was the kink scenes, they were pretty good. The ending was ridiculous.
I feel I need to try another book from this author but not too sure.

This was a really good book. Instead of the girl being the shy virgin this time it's the boy! Its entirely from his POV and we see that sometimes we dont always know what's going on in someones own home. I loved that he was so shy and sweet. I loved and that epilogue had me like😲😲😲. I really hope we get the next 2 books.

So this is definitely different than I would normally read and it was good. I love humor in my sexy books lol. It was a really nice change of pace to read from the males POV. Also, finally a virgin dude! I'd like to know more about that a$$hole dad and Mrs H tho.

Best freaking book ever! Devon came all the way through with this story which was a great Big Surprised! Yes we want a duet of Mike and Brooke story! We want it now Devon! If you haven't Devon Hartford books yet start with this one! Great freaking work Again Devon Hartford 😘😘😘
