I have been dreaming about fictional worlds since I was a kid. I devoured anything related to fantasy and science fiction. I developed a setting over the last twenty years and struggled to find a medium I could express it in. Several years ago, I discovered I enjoyed writing. It is a passion of mine now, and exploring my setting with it has been an awesome journey.

I work in the information technology field and have my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in it. It has helped me to shape some of the concepts I write about. I also enjoy keeping up on futurology and science in general.

I live in central Ohio and enjoy walking, reading, gaming, learning, listening to music, and trying to keep up on my never-ending list of TV shows and movies to watch. If you want to contact me, you can do so on my website at

“The best leaders are those who don’t want to be leaders.”
Based in the same universe of The Evaran Chronicles, Earthborn series is a great read in its own unique storyline. This has been an intense, edge of seat read from the beginning! Nerve wrecking rescue missions, tense situations, tortuous designations, rebel AIs, deadly aliens, infiltrated government, the Earthborn guards and Blake once again are confronted with near death experiences. Trust is a difficult commodity they cannot afford, with the threat looming ahead. Excellent striking military precision strategies, a gratifying description of augments and high tech, to fight off the devious and mysterious intentions of the Saskarins. What a tension filled battle! Hardcore and gritty, it’s fantastic to be back with Blake’s team again. A dizzy rollercoaster ride!

Total Score: 5/5

Summary:
Blake and his crew are about to take on a new set of missions that will challenge each of their abilities and their connection to each other.

Blake met with two of his friends in a dicey bar that ended up with him captive of bounty huners and his friends dead. All of the Earthborn group have bounties on their heads, but none more than Blake. No one knows where he is and Sam the second in command will move heaven and Earth to find his friend. A new mission forces to team to split up; one to find Blake and the other to search for Bothan and learn what happened to him and his crew. One mission will take Sam, Ada, and Daz, a member of the Android Resistance or AR, on a dangerous journey to the prison Tokara and the other To hopefully find any of Bothan’s crew alive. Both groups find a new level of danger where their biggest asset is their trust and belief in each other.

This was a fast paced and intricate story that takes The Earthian series to a new level. I can’t wait to find out what happens next.

Review of : Rogue; Book 4 of the Earthborn series

As always, I was not disappointed in reading Rogue. The characters were as interesting as the past 3 books prior to this one. Mr. Hart has a talent that humanize his characters so that you relate to their personality. His tales will peak your imagination and make you want to not put the book down.
