- When giving, or receiving a lesson or feedback, always ensure that you are clear on the application immediately - Must have a system in writing, as well as 100% adherence for follow up. FOLLOW UP STEPS TO ALL - Look to automate the systems so that way you can enter the data and then everybody is put into the same system for what you are wanting so an example would be day one day three day seven and 14 you have follow up contacts - Stop wasting opportunities to upsell, turn into repeat customers, turn into fans, who talk about you, collect referrals, look to enroll into monthly services. - Always build an ascension ladder so current clients and customers can continually move up for more services and more return on their investment. - Example is selling things à la carte, and then the next ascension is combining those things at a cheaper price point
