“Empty Quiver”, two words that will make the world shudder.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading Empty Quiver and have to admit that it's the best so far in the series. I've read all of them to date and feel that this one was much easier to read with just a single task from start to finish - find the missing nukes.

Three suitcase nukes are being set up to explode in three different countries to start WWIII. The author does a good job at making readers guess who was behind the theft and why; taking us almost to the end before finding out. I was also distraught that two of the main characters from all eight books were lost in one of the battles and the ending sure led me to believe that the entire cast would cease to exist when the final bomb timed out.

There are still typos within the work - like all the books in this series - but not quite as many as its predecessors. These are usually incomplete words or missed completely (i.e. the vs they) - errors that spell check will not catch.

Highly recommended for anyone enjoying an action-packed story that will keep readers on the edge of their seats.

This is the most explosive Team Reaper story yet!

The book begins with Team Reaper on a mission in Afghanistan. Then we find out that Pakistan discovers two missing nuclear weapons (aka, empty quiver), unaware that they were taken by rogue Pakastani forces.

Team Reaper is then split into two teams: Cara leads one off to Pakistan to stop a shipment of opium. General Thurston heads the other team with Kane to a hotel in Jaipur, India, to brief high ranking Indian officers.

Then all hell breaks loose.

Follow Team Reaper as they and other government forces are looking for the missing nukes and discover the unbelievable reasons behind their theft.

Author Brent Towns spins a story that will definitely keep yourself on the edge of your seat.

Most Enjoyable Espionage Thriller

Though all of this is written with certain knowledge in mind and the plot seems a bit contrived there are things much like what this book describes that happen every day across the world. Even in our thrillers we need to know there are those who will stand in the gap to fight for us and our freedoms and way of life. That someone can write such a thriller and keep it interesting and great to real is to me a righteous thing. Thank you, Mr. Brent Towns, for an enjoyable read and suspense at every turn and twist.

Best one yet!

Loved the ending!!! I'm still chuckling. The intense beginning, middle and end kept me on the edge of my chair. Had to buy another Kindle so another family member read. We were going back and forth but she's a slower reader than me, besides it and your entire series made a great present. So keep on keeping on!

Keep the coming

REAPER books are always a good read. Would like to "see" more story lines involving secondary characters, and a progressive relationship.

Wow. Terrorist attacks, nuclear weapons. This is enough to have you hiding under the bed. Had me intrigued from the first page. Didn’t want it to end, even though I wanted to know what happened.

Another Team Reaper Finished. One More to Go!

I’ve been sequentially reading this series for the last 3 weeks or so. I’ve also read several other authors works during that period as well in an effort to put off completing the series. I simply didn’t want it to end.

“Empty Quiver” is a departure from the previous books in that it is more about “terror” than it is about “drugs” and “drug trafficking”. That’s as much as I’ll say.

Well plotted, well told, and excellent editing makes it a 5-Star read imo. Try it. I believe you’ll like it.
