This is my fault.
This author knows the secret to getting people to buy her books, she has the most beautiful covers. Unfortunately they don't help the content of the book.
I had read the first book in this series, I didn't like it. I was determined to avoid the author as this was the second series where I am having issues with the characters. When I saw this beautiful cover I decided to get it, I started at book one because I didn't remember reading it. When I got it from KU and saw that I had read it 100%, I just jumped into the second book. Silly me, I spend time writing reviews but I didn't take the time to read what I had written about the first book, had I done that I would have known to avoid this and not waste my time.
Now here I am, vowing to myself to always come back and read reviews I had written about a previous series knowing that I will not keep that vow.
The book sucked, her guys are in jail and she wants to free them, she wants to kill her father as usual one of the guys in her harem hates her. I do not have the energy. DNF @49%.

I love Aries
Such a good read! Sometimes book 2 in a series feels like a filler, but this one carries so much it never does.
Aries finds a way to get her demons (and a certain pink winged Angel) back by her side and I have all the feels!
I especially like Aries vulnerability in this book. She’s a badass for sure, but she opens up to some revelations that made me feel for her on another level.
Also, shouldn’t we know by now... you can’t always trust the people you think you can!
Finally that ending!!!! I need the next book like I need air in my lungs!

My actual rating is 4.5 for this book but I round up. Great second book of the series! I crave Krave and don’t get me started on the sexiness that is Zaviar. We dive deeper into Aries world and we find out about her family history. She learns the hard way not to trust anybody and it costs her a lot. I need book 3 because I refuse to accept the ending of this one!

Sinless Demons was a fantastic second book! It picked up right where the first one left off, so there was no slow build—just straight back into the action. The romance is still strong, but this time the story dives a little deeper into the emotions of the characters, which gave me even more reason to be invested in them.

This book was everything! Aries is messed up in the best ways. She is broken but puts on such a brave front. I loved all the twists and turns in this book but as usual that cliffhanger was a killer. I can’t wait to see how A.K. Koonce finishes off this series.

Ok this book was amazing. Aries is conniving, smart and finally, finally opens up to her emotions. The guys are...well her guys, who adore her and protect her. That ending though...that was just cruel! Ugh! Book 3 cannot come fast enough.

I thought I was left needing book 2 after I finished the first but that’s nothing compared to how I feel about there next one. I’m so excited to see what happens next, ESPECIALLY after that ending!!! I seriously love Aries so dang much.

OMG !!! That cliffhanger?! Aaaaaaaaaaah I’ll just say I’m loving this series seriously!!! Aries is the best , really guys hahahaha she’s so reckless and crazy !!! And I finally in the next book will know what the fu*k is Zaviar Thank gods for that .

Low 3 stars
This was a bit of a whimpering fizzle for me; so much potential utterly wasted. The series started out well enough but then seemed to start spinning its wheels and repeating itself. It felt very unfocused. Whole elements of the plot disappeared and then reappeared with no explanation; the characters were caricatures rather than characters; the editing needs another pass; the ending was a cop-out, and all the "fuckings" drove me nuts.
Let me address this last one first, before anyone mistakes me for a pearl-clutcher. I curse like a sailor. I have no problem with foul language in books. But the use of fucking in this book is overwhelming. It barrelled right the fuck into redundant territory and kept fucking going. I got so fucking tired of reading it. It just became a stutter in the narrative. But worse, every fucking character used it in exactly the same fucking way, which meant it did nothing to differentiate characters. They all sounded exactly the fucking same.
Lastly, and most importantly, there isn't enough story here to carry 500+ pages and nowhere near enough sex to be called porn-without-plot. So, I was bored. Others' experiences may vary.

I debated on whether or not I should start this book specifically because I had people telling me about the cliffhanger and I thought I could wait till you finished the series and then I will read book 2 and book 3...... I didn't...... I read it all today.... the whole thing, I never got up! I'm so... I can't even describe what I am, there is no way, I can't words right now, I'm gobsmacked. That ending!
Y'all need to read this series and be prepared, be very prepared. It is dirty. Dirty and raw with so many emotions and so much heart and soul.

Aries is a flawed but compelling character and she's starting to realize that the four men in her life are all her fated mates. Aries' relationships with Corva, her sister, and her father, the King, are complicated but her mother is added to list after she kills her brother. Court entrigue takes center stage as Aries positions herself to be Queen and more of the King's secrets are revealed. I liked this book. I was never bored while reading this book. It has some erotic surprises between her men but that didn't detract from the story. Good read. I am ready to see what happens in the next book.

It's a series, be prepared for a cliffhanger. I have a love hate relationship with the Mc Aries. On the one hand she's awesome, successful at general bad-sassery, and navigating the place she hates the most, but she does not deserve Krave. Give that demon to me. Or is it just that I want the demon to myself. Js. Love how this author is able to weave an exciting story and then drop you on your face. Lol, wow. Next book plz. Hehe

Omg this book is so good. The characters completely rock especially Ari. She is vengeful, with snappy comebacks that are hysterically funny. The book is amazing it's so detailed and unexpected but so smooth and easy to read. I was sucked in from the beginning. The ending was very unexpected, made me cry a bit. In my opinion if you are looking for a book that can have you laughing, panting, swooning, and falling in love then this is the book for you. I highly recommend this book.

She has to find a way to dethrone her father but the revolution wants him dead instead. Can Aries take over the throne without killing her Father? Guess you will have to read to find out!

I felt like I’d dropped into a calm chaos in the first chapter. So much underlying lust and drama. I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough and then you give me Zavier, the angel with pink wings (trust me there is a great story behind it) and I’m in love. I need more of this book like I usually do from A.K. Koonce. She is deadly alluring with her words. You’ll fall head first in love with every single character.

Sinless Demons, the second book of the Monsters and Miseries series, is a book I picked up through Kindle Unlimited. Well, this certainly had a few plot twists and a tense cliffhanger ending, but this thrill ride was paced perfectly to hold the reader captive. I loved the relationship developments between Aries and her harem mates. I'm excited to read the next installment of the series to see where the author takes this storyline.

After the first in this series, I was hoping this book would dive in and give a lot more world building. Although the other expanded on the barely there world of the first book, I felt as though a lot of it was cut short from where it could’ve gone. Although, I guess that’s not surprising considering this is a RH. As usual, all the large exciting parts happen at the end of the book. Which I didn’t mind, and it did do a good job of enticing me to get the third book.

They hatch a plan to convince her father's advisors that his mind is failing like his mothers. But best laid plans and all that. Hot read.

Once again, a wild and fun ride. You have to suspend your disbelief a little more than usual because it's hard to understand what's going on with her dad while she's plotting behind his back. Like, how does he not know? or suspect what she's doing? He's just missing until he's not. But honestly, this isn't really a story you read for deep, meaningful plot. It's popcorn and it's entertaining and what more do you need?

How could you end it there??? Oh my how am I going to wait?? I didn’t stay up all night reading it like I thought I would, but man what an ending!! NO NO NO in a good way
You just can’t leave it hanging like that! We have come so far to have it explode out to all the corners of the world and now we have to wait. A great story with lots of twists and sub plots all strung together tightly with lots of HOT moments adding the final layer of gloss. I look forward to finishing this series

Sinless Demons
I loved how the main characters developed their relationship and discovered secrets about their king. The story kept me hooked and really couldn't put it down. The one thing I didn't liked was the cliffhanger because I hate them, lol. But overall, the story was fantastic. I can not wait for the last book to come out and see what happens to Aries and Zaviar.

So fun
I love the mashup of angels and demons existing together with Fae, Valkyrie, and gods. Where the line between what is good and evil is skewed and the definition of monster is undefinable. Loyalty and love remain pure, so for Aries and her men she will continue to fight to till everyone is able to freely love and live.

This book started out really strong. I was loving everything that happened and I couldn’t put it down. But after like the 50% mark, things changed. The plot started going in a direction that I didn’t really like and I felt like the pacing slowed down a lot. The cliffhanger was intriguing but not enough to make me read the next book. I kind of just lost interest by the end.

Hot!
In the second book of this series the reader is drawn farther into the world of the fae and the demons. We learn more about the royal family, with a nice twist at the end, and a little bit of a cliffhanger. Can't wait for book 3!
