Turns out, his eye-candy have a few magical secrets that will change Aries' life forevermore. Caught between evildoers who seek to enslave humanity and the heroes sent to protect mankind, Aries may not live to meet his next deadline.

With danger closing in on them, the five men must face their fates and defeat the odds, or risk losing what they desire most: each other.
SHARED BY FOUR picks up where BLACK MAGIC (SIRING AN HEIR, BOOK 3) left off.
Xya Olsen is a MM author who writes wholesome paranormal fantasy romance. Her stories are filled to the brim with love and magic and features fated mates, harem, mpreg, and of course, lots of strong heroes yearning for their happily ever afters.
this was really enjoyable.. .. if you enjoy several mm's not just two i would def recommend it to you.. it was a lot of fun to read.. good characters.. paranormal aspects thrown into it as well and i enjoyed the mates and their insta love. very good and im excited for the next one
Stop! To understand what is happening in this series, especially this book, I believe that you must have read the Siring an Heir series, or you won’t have a clue what’s going on. I did and still felt a little confused for the first couple of chapters as most of the site and secondary characters I mentioned but not fully explained, things clear up quickly when the fated mates get to earth.
It is an entertaining Insta-love read and if you like reverse harem tropes then there is some action and plenty of steam within this book. I would have liked more backstory of the individual characters as they didn’t seem to be all that fleshed out. The book seem to have a few holes in the plot, but I’m sure the future books will answer those questions. Overall it’s a likeable enough read, an enjoyable one, but personally I have read better.
Terra, a Crowned Angel. Brava, half Demon half Fairy Shen, a Shisa (a Lion-Dog) Rune, a Magi (wizard) All fated mates, sent by the Fae king to earth to stop evil from taking it over.
Aries seems to have a death touch. Every man he gets close to dies. Really put a damper on dating.
Five men(?), fated to be together. Their relationship progressed quickly.
I liked the story but it seemed to be missing a lot. I realize a new series has to grab the readers attention quickly so I allow for a few plot holes. However, I felt that reading the authors other series would of made this book better and I didn’t know this. It was entertaining and I will continue reading if there are more books.
This one didn't really work for me. The plot felt rushed and I wasn't really sure who the enemy was or what the men's mission was. With so many minor characters that aren't really explained, this feels like a spin-off to another series...I guess this story shares a world with another series?
The poly relationship was fine and I'm used to insta-love when it comes to books with mates, but I wish the characters themselves were a bit more fleshed out.
Overall a fine book but could do with some more worldbuilding and character development.
If you're into MMMMM and paranormals/urban fantasy with thriller elements, then you'll be entertained with Xyla Olsen's Shared by Four. The story has many steamy scenes and a couple of actions scenes. We are given quick backstories of all the five main characters but I wish there were more. I don't know if this is a series where we'll get even more details on their backstories. If so, I hope we do, I like tons of details and tons of backstories to understand the characters' motives. I was entertained nonetheless.
First time reading this author and it was an enjoyably brainless little read.
The idea of a gay harem fic has always interested me but I've yet to find one that ticks all my boxes. This one somewhat did that.
Over all the story was well thought out. I had no idea it was a continuation of a previous series but it makes sense given I was a little confused by a lot of things in this book. The story seemed to speed through the plot at a breakneck speed, barely touching on it before moving on to a new point. Maybe it was because a lot had been established in the previous series but for those new to this world, like me, a little more explanation would have been great.
I have to say, I did find the MC a little lackluster compared to his mates, but all in all it was a nice read.
This is a MMMMM story. It had some backstory in the beginning, but I wish we had a little bit more. As this is Book 1, I am hoping for more depth later in the series. I loved the fated mate’s aspect of it, luckily, they were immune to Aries touch. It was a good story with a paranormal twist. I am voluntarily leaving a review form an ARC that I received from Gay Romance Reviews. My reviews are solely based on my thoughts and opinions.
I like to read new authors so when I received this book as an ARC, I jumped to the opportunity to read it. The story featured a very interesting and magical world, full of wonderful characters, intense emotions, some angst situations and an original plot. Of course, a MMMMM relationship is just the cherry on top. I can't wait to read more books written by this author. I received this book as an ARC and I am voluntarily given an honest opinion.
I enjoyed this paranormal/fantasy story. I was intrigued by the plot and certainly entertained, but I didn't really feel like I got to know the characters. There was action and sexy times, but the story moved fast, and there were a lot of characters to try to get to know to appreciate them. I'm really intrigued by the premise. I just hope the author develops the story and characters more going forward.
I received an ARC and am voluntarily leaving this honest review.
This would have been a 5 star if it had been a little longer and had a little more world building to it. I didn't fully understand who the enemy was and why. Everything just happened a little quickly and there was no explanation of what happened to one character..... Other than that, it was fun and unique and I've been left wanting more
Love has its own kind of magic and these five guys discover its power. Magical worlds and enemies fight for dominance and in the midst, Aries learns all is not as he thought but is so much more. A fun read with an ending that leads me to believe more is in store for Aries and his men.
This was one hell of a fantastic, fascinating, grab-you-by-the-feels, intriguing, incredible, five alarm flaming hot, amazing, exciting, fast paced, action packed, poignant, fresh, original, thrilling, and totally awesome start to a marvelous new series. This MMMMM paranormal fated mate gay harem story had me hooked from the very first page, and I can't wait to see what happens next.
If you enjoy paranormal stories that involve a poly relationship, this is the one for you. We have Aries, an author who writes about romance while not having any in his life. When his new neighbors appear, he discovers they are resistant to his touch of death. But then he realizes that they aren't just hot humans. Thus the story of Aries, Terra, Brava, Shen, and Rune truly begins.
The world building was a little confusing, like its a supposed to have a series before this one to explain everything. I feel as though I missed a large backstory. As for the plot, could have been interesting but I found myself just wanting to get to the end already. I didn't really care about the characters. I'm not sure this instance of insta-love worked.
I preordered this one as soon as I heard about it. I’m a big fan of the author’s previous work so I knew I’d love it. Yes it was a little short and I’d have liked more info but it lived up to my expectations and I can’t wait for more.
