This book is genuinely awesome— it clarified so many oversimplifications I held about the prophetic accounts. It’s incredibly rich in information yet remains vibrant and captivating.

Honestly a great compilation of all the stories of the prophets. I definitely learned a lot of new things, and other things felt more clear because this is written in story format compared to the Quran where we get bits and pieces about the different prophets not always in the chronological order of events. Highly recommend. Something I will definitely pick up again.

This book is by far the best available Book on History of the Prophets in English.
Beautifully written and vivid description was so captivating that reader cant wait to read the next page. All this while staying accurately to the Traditional Texts. I fully recommend this as a must read book but do fully endorse this as some aspects are contracting my belief based on Ideology from Quran and Hadith.

This is a must read by Shaykh Arastu. He has taken all the accounts of the Prophets from the Quran, Bible, Hadith and compiled them in a Timeline of Events. Can't wait for the second series of this book to be released.

I also like how Shaykh Arastu gives references to the Ayats in footnotes on every page and provides a detailed explanation of events and different commentaries.

No matter what I say about this book, it would be too little. This is a must-read for anyone who wants to understand the prophets’ stories in full detail, taken from reliable sources after a thorough research done by the writer. The amount of footnotes were so many, at times I felt I was captivated by them even more than the stories themselves. Most of the times they referred to the Quran and seeing these verses now has given me a completely new perspective. How interesting and how immensely beautiful it is to learn the stories that many of us sadly do not know. Even if we have heard of them, chances are great that we cannot recall them in these details, or that the verses we read have a vague meaning for our understanding. Truly grateful for having read this gem and been able to give it its time and focus, for it truly was worth it. I cannot wait for the second book on the Prophet Mohammed (pbuh) that hopefully will be published as well.

Amazing book MashaAllah, truly one of its kind. Shaykh Rizwan Arastu did an excellent job at making this a highly informative, yet easy-to-read book. It is very immersive and very well-written. I especially admired the citations and connections to the Holy Qur’an and other religious texts, including the Bible. These citations and extensive research highlight Shaykh Arastu’s dedication to this work. Highly recommend.
