It's a light & smat reading book. A great first book if you're looking for Work Flexibility tendencies and how to make an strategy for transition into this culture. Specific but very general at the same time, it gives you a great starting point for discuss remote working in your business. (if you still haven´t or if you've done it but found some cultural resistance on the subject).
It was truly a joy to work on this book as the editor. I know Virtual Possibility will fill in so many gaps in the remote-workplace library of resources because of all the details and helpful tips for those looking to start their own virtual companies. Shelly has such a down-to-earth and dynamic, yet authoritative voice when it comes to explaining how to go about running a company that doesn't have a physical headquarters! After reading VP for the first time (and, I've read it many times!), I thought, "Wow! I want to work here!" I highly recommend it to anyone looking to start their own 100 percent remote company or anyone wanting to work for one!
