The author briefly discusses and introduces works by Sherman Alexie. The book might serve as a good introduction to beginners, but not as a research source for scholars, since it lacks the development of the argument.
Yet, bibliography is annotated and helpful.

This isn't an inadequate book. It's great for my freshmen who are learning how to research, so is very approachable & offers biographical info and overviews. For scholars doing more specific and recent analysis, the Critical Insights series has more to offer.
