Cara Ward is a writer of both fiction and non-fiction. She began writing in 2013 while recovering from the iatrogenic condition Topical Steroid Addiction, an experience she later documented in Curing My Incurable Eczema.
A prolific short story writer, she published her first collection, Thirty-Minute Tales, and is currently working on volume two.
Originally from London, she has lived in Hampshire since 2022.

Such a nice story about 2 lonely men after their wives died. You see from the way the author writes the Empathy she has For these 2 men. And a long And a long it a dog And it changed both of their world And some and some of the other neighbors. I'm sure you'll enjoy this very quickly If you love dogs and love Stories with empathy.
This a beautiful and heartwarming tale of simple folk, quiet lives and the importance of community, friendship and animal companions. Whispers of The Littlest Hobo, a dog who just visited to help people through a challenge. I want to read more.

I have to say I loved it...really heartwarming, sad at the end but with a sprinkle of hope and joy. I was gutted the story didn’t go on for longer but this was a really warm story all the same. You have a very nice style - easy to read and I was drawn into Tom, Pat and Zelda’s world...
