Born in Bayreuth, Germany, Signy Cullen was raised in several U.S. cities. She now resides in Southern Ohio with her family and cats.

Signy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in History from Heidelberg University. She currently works part-time scoring state assessment tests.

She has now released two novels, with many more planned. She also released a non-fiction book about royalty under the name Sarah Ward.
