I absolutely loved this story about Slayer and Chance😍 It’s steamy but it’s also action packed and best of all Chance is one kick@ss lady❣️ This one I’m going to have to say is my absolute favourite of the series and it’s longer than the others too because there is so much going on. I do hope we get a story for Ford and maybe one for Maisie eventually too and perhaps the Lords need their own HEA too😜

I think this was the best book of the series so far. Hopefully there will either be more or a spin off of the club this club has made friends with. Slayer has been the biggest manwhore of the club. Who wouldn't be since they own the sex club. Only thing is he is getting bored with the same ol thing. On a night off he decided to go to a little bar next town over... just looking for a one night stand... he finds it too. No names were even given out. Chance is the first female VP of a MC in the history of Texas but she earned it. Only problem is the club attracts whores for the guys but she doesn't swing that way so she has to go out to find a little something, something..lol. All she wanted was a one night stand and to get away from her ex boyfriend. She too goes to a little bar at the end of town for a little quicky. Has the best sex ever. One rule in a MC is no messing around with another club. Ooops...it was only a one time thing and no names were given so no big deal except for her ex getting in a fight with her one night stand. Trouble is all around them in the means of her ex, maybe a missing father for another family member and a sucicide that is turned into a I'm homicide or is it.
Slayer and Chance have a random hook up behind a bar and then can’t seem to stay away from each other even though they are member of different MCs. Will they find a way to be together and what will happen when Chance is in danger, will Slayer come to her rescue? Fast-paced MC read with loads of drama and action. Steamy chemistry and an entertaining story. I liked it.
I picked up this book because it had as its main protagonist a female biker who was the VP of an MC of otherwise all males. That concept fascinated me. I’ve never read a book with that type of heroine before, and the writer pulled it off quite well.
Slayer is a member of the Reckless Bastards MC and Chance (Ella Mae) is the VP of the Lords of Buckthorn MC. They meet, participate in mutually enjoyable sex, then go on their ways realizing that they cannot even think of being together since they are members of different MCs. The story unwinds from here and of course they do get back together. The story ends better for Slayer and Chance than Romeo and Juliet or Tony and Maria in West Side Story, similar as it is in content.
Chance stays pretty much in character as the VEEP of the Lords of Buckthorn MC but the writer shoves her off the tracks so she can make nice with the MC’s Ol’ Ladies. I can appreciate that is undoubtedly difficult to write the feminine side of her larger-than-life personality.
There are many more errors than I’d expect in a book that has been professionally edited and proofread. Here are some examples: “…the way out of town his that way.” I believe that should be, “…the way out of town IS that way.” “I refused to call a cabin because I wasn’t the type of guy to live in a cabin.” I’m pretty sure he’s not calling up a cabin, so it should probably read, “…refused to call IT a cabin….” “…nice to come home to at the of each day.” Probably, “…at the END of each day.” “Seems me it should be Hazel….” That is probably “Seems TO me….” “I usually went first if I had any news business….” This is Chance speaking and she is not talking about the news, so it should perhaps be, “…if I had any NEW business….” “Stone not might not even cry at the sight….” Pretty sure that should be, “Stone might not even cry….” “Being bent over arm of my sofa…” should most likely read, “Being bent over THE arm of my sofa….” “Maybe it wrong to taunt her.” Perhaps, “Maybe it WAS wrong to taunt her.” “I folded my arms on the table and leaned into to him.” Probably, “…and leaned into him.” “Slayer’s folded his arms across his chest….” This is not a possessive Slayer, as in “Slayer has folded his arms…” because the writer is using past tense. It should probably read, “Slayer folded his arms….” “…neither Slayer nor me had thought to close the blinds….” Grammatically, that should be, “…neither Slayer nor I had thought….” An editor or proofreader should be catching grammatical errors.
I dislike a lot of errors in a book because each one picks the reader up and throws her or him out of the story to figure out what the writer is saying. It is disruptive and indicative of writing that was not worth proofreading. If it isn’t worth proofreading, then is it worth a reader’s time to read it? [Just wondering]
I rated the story 4 stars because while there was a good number of things to enjoy, I did not appreciate the errors, and the court case was a little far-fetched; even stupid distract attorney offices should have a better grasp of survival in a political environment. I liked the storyline and enjoyed reading about a strong female protagonist, with military background, who was clever and experienced enough to be a leader in a male-dominated MC. The ending was well done, too. I am definitely going to be finding more books to read by K.B. Winters.

WOW! I love this series! this book was an exception because it is by far in my opinion one of the best in the series! I love how KB puts you right in the middle and you feel as if you are with these characters as she makes them come alive on paper. Chance was one of the best woman I can think of and she has gumption and wit to get her through the hard moments. Slayer he is the epitome of a ruthless rugged bad a$$ biker. Sexy and scandalous is just some of his more interesting characteristics. Through it all you get the best of both! I love this series and this book was one of the best in this series!

Slayer, of the Reckless B*stards MC, decides to get away from the women from Opry and get a fresh piece of meat from a nearby town. Little does he know the woman he meets will turn his world upside down. Ella Mae aka Chance is the VP Lords of the Buckthorn MC. Yes a woman who has fought hard in a man's world of brotherhood. Hooking up with Slayer in a dark alley was just what she needed to ease her tension. Chance is being stalked by her druggie ex. When heads come to blows Chance is facing a murder charge. Twists, suicide, suspense, banter and steamy scenes.
Sexy Slayer meets sexy biker babe Ella Mae aka Chance
I loved the series and this last book was well worth the wait. I hope there will be a few more of these I would like to know how many have kids and see where Maizie goes . Slayer has a one night stand with a chick at a bar and gets hurt after their encounter. Ella Mae finds out what happened to him and tracks him down to make sure he is okay! The romance, steamy, and adventurous begins it is worth The read it you liked the other stories you will love this one!!Recommend it with a 5 stars review
A random hook up behind a bar turns into a Wild ride for Slayer and Chance. They can't seem to stay away from each other even though they both are not looking for anything more. Chance is the VP for the Lords of Buckthorn and Slayer is a Reckless Bastard. Loyalty to their clubs prevent them from being in a relationship. I loved the undeniable pull they had and how they managed to make it work for their relationship and their clubs. The MC back story provides plenty of action and is another good read to the story. Their relationship had just the right amount of angst of why they couldn't be together, but was not over the top that it got old.

As I've said before MC is not my go-to genre but I do have a select few authors that I love to read and this is one of them. Sometimes I don't enjoy them as much, but this one I am a fan of. Entertaining mix of characters made the story enjoyable. Lots of sizzle and drama, friendly banter and a feeling of family. I enjoyed the background trouble and invested my time in hoping that they would have their happy ever after. The author really pulled me into this story, great job.
Slayer is getting bored of the women, he encounters, he needs a challenge, but is he really up for the challenge of Ella Mae (who happens to be a VP of another MC)? Will this be a short lived romance, because they can hardly be together, when they are in two different MC's? And Ella Mae has an Ex, who doesn't want to let go. I loved the drama/angst/danger of Slayer and Ella Mae's romance, the passion between them and their happy ending.
I love how you brought two MC’s together for love and alliance. Slayer and Chance’s chemistry has boiled over from the moment they met, then fucked in the alley of a bar. They had a few obstacles to over come, but being stubborn and determined, they will found their path to one another. Feeling that emotion called love scared them both, they even denied it. They fought it, but love, especially that biker type love always concurs.
It's Slayer turn at finding his forever. Not that he want it or even looking for it. He's just bored, life is just too calm. Chance on the other hand, is trying to get through to someone that they've been broken up for almost 2 years. Then Slayer catches her eyes. Another book in this series and we see a change for the Reckless MC. Good story and can't wait to see who's turn is next.
The sixth and final book in the Reckless MC OPEY Texas Chapter series and it is a riveting on the edge of your seat read! It is well written, emotionally deep, engaging, funny, and entertaining with danger, twists and turns, suspense, drama, steamy scenes, secrets, surprises, brotherhood and more. The characters are likeable; their chemistry is off the charts! This series is a MUST READ!

Slayer is looking for a good time. Chance is too, but after hooking up, the draw they feel keeps them coming back for more. The main problem is that they belong to two different MC’s. Lots of drama and hawt, hawt, and steamy scenes!! Super series! Awesome read! Enjoy!!!
This book was great,a strong heroine who earned her go title. A strong military hero hot biker and a heart of gold. This book was amazing I loved seeing a strong woman meet an equally strong man, and the sparks wow. This is definitely a must read if you love biker romance.
This was another fantastic addition to this awesome series! I'm definitely looking forward to the next one, and hoping that there will be much more. This was a wild ride of a story with unexpected twists that will keep you intrigued until the end. I would definitely recommend this book, series, and exceptional author.
Loved this latest KB Winters MC book. Chance and Slayer were destined to be together. This was the first time I've read a MC book with a female VP wasn't sure if I'd like it or not but I actually loved it. If you like your bikers hot and dirty mouthed then look no further than both the Reckless MC series. BRILLIANT
Once again we are on a wild ride with the members of the Reckless bastards MC Opey Chapter and this time it is Slayers story
He is kept busy working the club but then he meets Ella Mae "Chance" they have a hook up but he can't walk away The only problem is she is the VP of for the Lords of Buckthorn. Can they have a relationship when they belong to two different MC's You will have to read to see if they have a future together
Slayer is a member of the RECKLESS Mc Opry chapter and wanted to find some fun while everything's been quiet, chance is the vp of anotherMc when she meets slayer at a bar and hooked up. They thought once was enough but it wasn't so they keep going. When danger comes can they keep each other safe?
Loved all of the books, but book one was the best, and the one that got me hooked. Wheeler and Annabelle was a tear jerking story. Veterans need our support and acceptance of their injuries. No fault of theirs. Ms Winters keep writing, well done.🤗🤗🤗
Nonstop action and romance. Slayer meets a one night stand that has him going back for more. Chance is the first woman VP of a different MC. The two of them shouldn't be together. How can they make it work? Standalone but great series. No cliffhanger and Hea.
Slayer & Chance had a hot hook up. Their chemistry was off the charts. Forming an alliance with the club's (counsel) gave way for Slayer & Chance to fall in love even through their stubbornness. Looking forward to Ford's story.
IN Winter adds another totally Radical book to this bad to the bone series . I adore her alpha males and their female counter parts . I also love how she keeps her books affordable .
Another great Reckless Bastards MC story. One of the single guys, meets a woman who unknowingly is from another MC chapter. Yep, now let the challenges happen. Fun, intriguing, exciting story. Loved it❤️
While this was a good book, which is normal for this author, I didn't care for the plot. I liked the characters and the writing was good, but the storyline just didn't really keep my attention.
3.5 Stars I recommend reading the previous books in the series before reading this one. While I enjoyed the book, there were times that I felt like I was missing something because I didn't read the previous books in the series. It was a good story with good characters.

This is the sixth book in the Reckless Opey Texas Chapter, it can be read as a standalone story. Another wonderful fast-paced story with an intriguing sexy romance, both Slayer and Chance are kick@ss characters, strong, stubborn and incredibly likable. Loved this story.
A entertaining spicy read. It was a steamy, action paced story that will keep you glued to see what happens next. The characters were engaging, have off the charts chemistry. A great read.
