Useful information on ADHD especially for adults who weren’t diagnosed as children. Good overview of the general behaviors and symptoms of ADHD, some interesting exercises and techniques to try, written by a professional who has ADHD themselves.

There's some helpful stuff in here but ADHD is not something you can just overcome. It's something you live with forever.
