Rate this book
If there is a country that can be identified ?with the concepts of spirituality and self-knowledge, this is undoubtedly India. Ancient religions and creeds have soaked its culture for centuries, making it therefore impossible to conceive its reality without appealing to its great spiritual heritage. Within this heritage, classic stories are in themselves a teaching transmission body. Its message turns ?these stories into a source of reflexion, allowing the reader to access a very? subtle and enriching knowledge in addition to enjoying stories full of wit and wisdom

It is a book that contains quite entertaining stories, what I liked the most is that at the end of each story there is a small moral, the only thing I would have liked is that the stories were longer, maybe a little more elaborate, since several stories were one page long and even half a page long. If someone has zero experience in the culture of India, this book is a good option to begin to know this wonderful culture.

WOW, pure wisdom, India is undoubtedly the country of the wisdom, now, if only I could put in practice somethings that are talked in here I could be also a wise man :)
Each chapter is usually only one and I only read 2 each time and tried to live what was written.
I will definitely come back to read again some random chapters, almost all of them have great wisdom to be lived in everyday life !
