What happens in Vegas doesn’t always stay in Vegas…
It was just a simple business trip. One like the many I’d had in the past. Only this one changed the second she crashed into me. The shy cocktail waitress who tried to run away as fast as she could…
She doesn’t realise I’ve discovered something I didn’t even know I was looking for, and I always get what I want.
Can she drop her defences enough to accept what I can offer her, or will she discover my secrets and run before we get a chance at a future?
I might have come to Las Vegas for a business deal, but I’m planning on leaving with so much more.
Their Vegas Gamble contains both His Manhattan and Her Kensington.
Tracy Lorraine is a M/F and M/M contemporary romance author. Tracy has just turned thirty and lives in a cute Cotswold village in England with her husband, baby girl and lovable but slightly crazy dog. Having always been a bookaholic with her head stuck in her Kindle Tracy decided to try her hand at a story idea she dreamt up and hasn’t looked back since.
What was expected to be an uneventful business trip turns becomes life-altering for Harrison and Summer. They're sweet and the ending is apropos. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
Beautiful love story with lots of drama. Wow I really loved this story & was hooked from start. When Harrison had agreed for his brother Zach to go with him to Las Vegas meeting the woman of his dreams were never in his plan. Zach talked him into going for a drink in the hotel bar where he bumped into Summer & there was an instant connection a lot more than just sexual chemistry. They grew closer over the few days he was in Vegas but the both knew he would be returning to London after he'd finished his business there but she got a shock when he left earlier without tellung her leaving Zach to give her a letter in which he left her his original plane ticket for her to come back to London saying what they had was not a one off. She ignored the ticket staying in Vegas but he came back for her & in a drunken state, well she was, they got married. She agreed to go back to London with him via a honeymoon in Greece but when they arrived in London & her new home she was so happy even when his family turned up unannounced & his mother loved her but she could tell there was something off. Whilst he went to work she went shopping with his sister Danni to make the house feel more like her home. Everything was fine until he got called into the office but she got a call from his ex wife telling her that Harrison had a secret, then no long later she opened the door to find out exactly what his secret was, his twin children she was devestated about him lying to her & this was a huge part of his life that he never told her about & she couldn't cope so left. He rushed to find her but he didn't know if he was too late. She agreed to go back but still hadn't forgiven him & was about to meet his children his son Alfie was OK but Cassie was a brat making it obvious she didn't like her but Harrison told her to give it time. They spent the morning together the 4 of them but in the afternoon Harrison took Alfie to football whilst sending Summer shopping with Cassie to buy a new school bag. At the shop Cassie tried to push her luck but even though she wanted to be accepted by Cassie she put her foot down telling her to buy a cheaper bag & eventually Cassie agreed. They went for lunch & bonded Cassie even suggested they went shopping ending in them becoming friends, when they arrived home Harrison got emotional seeing how Summer was with his children looking forward as a family now but it only got better. I can't wait for the next book to read about Zach.

Going to the chapel and gonna get married...........but what happens when the secrets come out?
*** 4 1/2 Stars ***
Their Vegas Gamble contains both of The Cocktail Girls novellas - His Manhattan and Her Kensington. This is a great duet of books that are both well written with great story-lines. The characters are nicely developed and you just root for them to get their HEA. His Manhattan is the story of how Harrison and Summer met and then the pursuit. He is an English businessman who is single minded on his company. When he is in Vegas for business he is literally run into by the most beautiful woman he has ever seen who just happens to be a cocktail waitress. Summer is just working hard and trying to save money so she can go to school and pursue her art. When she runs into and then runs away from Harrison there are sparks flying. They end up having more than a little fun but what happens when he has to return to Britain and she is left in Vegas. Sometimes what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas...........but don't bet the house on that one. Her Kensington continues the story of Harrison and Summer............the morning after the big event. Going to the chapel and we're gonna get married.... So the next morning they wake up and oh boy are there some things about to change. Harrison wants Summer to move to Britain with him as she is now his wife and he wants to take care of her. Summer is not quite too sure about all the changes that it entails. But she already through the dice once so what is another through going to cost. She moves to Britain but things are not quite as easy as they should be for this newlywed couple. It seems Harrison forgot to mention that he has a manipulative ex-wife who loves to insert herself in his life. It seems Harrison has some skeletons in his closet that the ex knows about and when Summer finds out she has some decisions to make - head back to Vegas or stand her ground and battle for her man in Britain.
I received an ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review. My opinions are all my own.
His Manhattan Harrison is an antiques dealer that's in town for business when he sees Summer at LBD. Summer is working at LBD to earn money to go to art school but she's so shy she doesn't earn quite as much as the other girls do in tips. When she meets Harrison she is drawn to him but doesn't know how to talk so someone like him. Harrison ends up asking her to breakfast after her shift one morning. After that things seem to click for them and then he suddenly he to leave. She thinks things are over but she is sent to deliver drinks to a room and when she gets there Harrison is there. What does this mean?
Her Kensington Harrison wasn't ready to give up on Summer and the beginning of this installment starts up after a drunken night together. Summer wakes to a pounding head and happens to find Harrison in bed with her. Unsure what has happened until he calls her his wife and panic sets in. Harrison isn't about to let Summer have regrets or anxiety about them so he leads her on a trip down memory lane of the night before. After which he loads his bride onto a plane to have their honeymoon before reality can set in. However Summer doesn't realize what she's in for considering Harrison has been keeping a few things from her. Can they make their relationship work with all the obstacles? Will Summer take off after learning what Harrison has kept from her?
This is an amazing duet once I started it I couldn't put it down. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Their Vegas Gamble (The Cocktail Girls) by Tracy Lorraine
4 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Their Vegas Gamble was a sweet 🔥 story.
Harrison has to go to Vegas for a business trip, and has to "drag" (or rather his brother is dragging him) his brother, Zach with him. After his marriage failed, he drawn himself in work, doing the opposite of what his brother is doing. After they arrived in the hotel, Zach drags Harrison to a Cocktail bar to party. Only the waitress accidentally bumps with him and spill all her drinks. Their connection is instant. He never planned or dreamed to find love again, or should I say, to discover the real love.
Summer has only one thought in mind. Work hard to raise enough money because she wants to go to art school. She never expected or planned to find love the way she does.
I loved Harrison because he was determined, posessive and dominant in bed. He knew what he wanted and he realized that fast. He wanted Summer for the rest of his life, and he acted quickly. He had a past and that past was in his way.
As I said, the story was good, sweet and definitely 🔥.
What maked me give it 4 STARS was that at some point, the story slowed, but thru the end of book, it got back on track, even started to move a little to fast.
All in one is a great story and I can't definitely wait to read Zach story because from this book, he seems like a bad boy.
This is the duet of His Manhattan and Her Kensington combined as a box set. I enjoyed them individually and love them together. Summer is in Vegas to earn as much money as possible by working in the Little Black Dress club, in order to pursue her degree in art. Harrison is a wealthy, sexy British playboy, in town for a few days with his younger brother Zack. Harrison has a passion for antiques and is in Vegas on business. Zack convinces him to go out to the Little Black Dress club where he runs into Summer. He can't believe how shy and gorgeous she is and feels an immediate connection. It takes a little while but, when they have their time together, it's really sweet and spicy. After a night out drinking, Summer awakens to a big surprise when Harrison calls her his wife. This is Vegas, after all! After spending their honeymoon in Greece, they return to London and the home of his antique dealerships. Summer is going to see quickly that her husband hasn't told her everything about his life. He has kept one major secret and "they" could very well ruin their relationship. Turns out that Summer has been set up by Harrison's nasty ex and she doesn't appear to want to give up. The ending is sweet and the epilogue ties up all loose ends very nicely!
Will their relationship just be a bump in the road? His Manhattan - I love authors who write in dual point of view. Harrison is in Vegas for work with his brother who gets him to go to the hotel bar where he bumps into the shy waitress, Summer. The attraction between them is immediate, and Harrison orders a Manhattan for Summer to share with him at his table. The next morning, Harrison meets Summer after her shift ends and they go to the diner. Harrison gifts her a new cell, which angers Summer as she is not a charity case so ignores him at work. But Harrison doesn’t take rejection well, so offers to take Summer to breakfast again when things get heated as they return to her apartment. So why doesn’t Summer hear from Harrison the next day? When Harrison’s brother stops by, Summer refuses to take the chance. Will Harrison accept never seeing Summer again?
Her Kensington - This is the follow up to "His Manhattan". Harrison and Summer's relationship is full of surprises but will Harrison's secret cost him keeping Summer in his life. You have to read to find out and will not want to put the book down till you get to the very end!
This is a bundle of 2 books that make up one story. It consists of His Manhattan and Her Kensington. I liked the story, just not sure why it was originally broken up into 2 books. The characters were interesting. Summer's friend Ireland was awesome.
Harrison goes to Las Vegas on a simple business trip. This trip turned into anything but simple when a shy cocktail waitress crashes into him with a tray full of glasses. Harrison had no plans of looking for a relationship but in Summer he finds something he didn't know he wanted. He always gets what he wants and plans on leaving Las Vegas with more than he came with. Hopefully, when Summer finds out Harrison's secrets, she won't run away.
The way they get together is original. I liked that Zach knew how Harrison felt and pushed him a little. The secrets made me mad at Harrison. I also felt that he kind of bulldozed Summer even though she felt the same way about him. I liked the way it ended, but I do wish there was an epilogue further out. I recommend reading this book.

Harrison steps into the cocktail bar and a waitress carrying a tray full of drinks collides with him. This compilation of the two parts of the story of Summer and Harrison His Manhattan Harrison is in Vegas on business and his annoying younger brother who had accompanied him insists that they go down to the bar for a drink but as he steps into the bar a waitress carrying a tray of drinks collides with him. Looking down at the young woman Harrison finds himself attracted to her. Summer is shock when she looks up at the handsome man with the English accent she bumped into and finds her eyes straying towards him until he leaves the bar. Her Kensington Still shocked to find herself married to Harrison and the dream honeymoon Summer must now face the reality of moving to to London with him. The culture shock and the thought of facing his family for the first time has her so scared the she feels like running away but her love for Harrison makes her stay.

I have previously read and reviewed the books in this collection, I'm really glad that they are now in a duet set, lovely to read them one after the other with no wait. Both stories are quick to read and enjoyable.
His Manhattan This is my first book by Tracy Lorraine and I really enjoyed it. It a wonderful romantic novella. Hunky British Harrison goes to Vegas on business and bumps into shy waitress Summer. Their romance is fast and their connection is immediate. Wonderful story!
Her Kensington This is the conclusion to Tracy Lorraine’s British Billionaire romance, His Manhattan. Please read that one first. Summer and Harrison have got hitched in Vegas and now going back to England where Harrison lives, plenty of drama and secrets that cause heartache and hurt. Can Harrison convince Summer he was wrong with the way he's handled his secret? Can they overcome the secrets to have a HEA?
3.5* This is a duet. The first Book is His Manhattan. This is an Insta love, older gentleman younger woman romance. Summer is working as a cocktail waitress trying to save money for art school when she literally crashes into Harrison the sexy Brit in Vegas for work. There is an instant attraction but as fast as they are together they are soon apart as Harrison is called back to London and Summer chooses to continue with her goal.
Her Kensington This is the continuation of Summer and Harrison's story. Missing each other Harrison goes back to Vegas to bring his Love Summer home with him. A drunken reunion has Summer waking up married to Harrison. Now Summer is in London and These two get to know each other but there are still secrets and lies between These two and once they are revealed can they continue on to their HEA. These where great, hot quick reads. Love how dominant Harrison is.
I received an ARC of this and volunteered to leave a review.
Book 1 Love struck for Harrison with one glance at the beautiful Summer. Immediate connection, but there are obstacles in the way for Summer to give in so easily. Enjoyed how gently Harrison pursues Summer to gain her trust and love. I was very shocked with the almost ending, but glad to be surprised when Harrison puts his plan in action.
Book 2 Takes up right where book 1 left off with quite a surprising night. Love that Summer calls out Harrison and gets the partial truth. I will say, I was rather astonished by Harrison hiding such a major factor in his life, especially since Summer had completely uprooted her entire life for him. Nice ending for this couple who love each other, but will deal with the ups and downs of life together as a family.

Two couples who are bot looking for love but find it in the least likely place.
His Manhattan Summer is working to save for Art school. When a handsome man comes in to her work she feels her heart skip a beat. Harrison is in Vegas for work. He never expected the waitress who would deliver His drink would also take his heart. Their connection is undeniable but will Summer let go and let love it?
Her Kensington Harrison and Summer story had more to tell and here it's well written. They share a chemistry that is indefinable. Unfortunately, not every relationship starts and goes smooth as Summer soon finds when she wakes up married and later discovers so much more.

His Manhattan - Amazing, short, sweet, HOT!!! Well written, instant chemistry, mind-blowing sex all wrapped up in this gripping exciting romance. A Must Read!
Her Kensington - A really passionate and exciting read! The saga of Harrison and Summer continues in this amazing well-developed book. Beautifully written and emotionally deep, they face a number of ups and downs as they settle into marriage life and all the changes that come with it. Their chemistry is off the charts, their sex scenes are steamy and intense, and their love is powerful and sweet. An interesting enjoyable read that I take great pleasure in recommending.

Wow! This is one hot book with Harrison and Summer. He is a hot English guy who when to Vegas with his brother for work when he runs into waitress Summer and was immediately stopped in his tracks bu her. She is just trying to make enough money to go to Art school when she meets Harrison at the bar. They have that hot chemistry that is rare and and the story gets hotter with each page. Harrison the alpha man that he is takes charge in the boardroom and bedroom and Summer is a little feisty but gives in to this hot man because she has fallen for him.

This is a great book containing the duet stories His Manhattan and Her Kensington. It's a well written set of short stories with Harrison and Summer meeting in Vegas, falling in love and their emotional struggles along the way.The author does a wonderful job building their romance and telling it in the dual POV. She throws in numerous obstacles for them to overcome. The chemistry is hot and the sex scenes sizzle. The stories move quickly and smoothly and had me hooked from start to finish reading. I loved watching them come to their HEA and enjoyed reading their story.

Their Vegas Gamble by Tracy Lorraine a two book box set that is the story of Harrison and Summer. Here are the two Duet books: His Manhattan and Her Kensington Summer is working a job is Vegas to pay for her Art School when she literally runs into Harrison. Harrison is a very well off English men in town with his brother. Of course Harrison wasn't in the mind set of finding someone so when he collided with Summer...she took his breath away. But Harrison has secrets that may hurt his chances with her. Their story is in two short novellas that are included in this book. Enjoyed their story.
I truly loved both of the books that were part of this romance duet. Both His Manhattan and Her Kensington are both great books on there on own but you need to read them in order. His Manhattan tells the story of how Harrison and Summer meet and Her Kensington is the conclusion of the there story. Summer and Harrison's relationship is full of ups and downs and both books contain just the right amount of romance and chemistry. Both books are great on there own but they are better together and what happens in Vegas doesn't stay in Vegas....

His Manhattan Her Kensington This book is separated by two unique versions of the same. Harrison single dad of Alfie and Cassie. Harrison a trip to Vegas and they meet. A spin of the wheel. Get drunk get married. Oh Summer you've done it now. With some step mom trials and failures. Shopping therapy will do the trick. Some insane attraction some family bonding and a trip across the pond to a happily ever after.

Such an enjoyable book. First time I've read this author. The first book is where and how Harrison and Summer met. Harrison just knows that he want Summer after meeting her in Vegas and he's not use to taking no for an answer. Book 2 - Her Kensington - is the follow up of Harrison and Summer's relationship. This is full of surprises but will Harrison's secret cost Summer from being in his life? A great story to pick up and read while in quarantine. This book contains both duet parts, His Manhatten and Her Kensington, in one. Meet Harrison and Summer. Harrison is in Vegas for a business deal. Summer is a shy cocktail waitress that crosses paths with Harrison while he is in Vegas. This is an amazing story, well written with a few twists and challenges that our characters need to figure out. All things point to a HEA. A page turning journey to get there. Lots of chemistry and steaminess as well. Enjoy!

Summer is working in a club to earn extra money. Harrison is in Vegas for business with his brother Zack. Summer and Harrison cross paths and fall in love. The first book is how they met and fell in love with each other. The second book is how they keep going strong. The characters are well written with an interesting back story that helps keep the reader glued to the book. It is another win for Tracy Lorraine. I can't wait to see what comes next.

Summer is a cocktail waitress in Las Vegas. Harrison is a successful British businessman, in town for work. One night, his brother convinces him to join him at the bar for drinks. That is where Summer runs into him, literally. This is an older man, younger woman insta-love story. Their chemistry is off the charts and there is some angst on the way to their happily ever after. Ms. Lorraine has written these characters well, and the story line kept me interested and turning pages well into the night.

Harrison and Summer met at a casino in Vegas. He is on a business trip and she is a cocktail waitress. For some reason he starts to feel connected to her. His brother tells him to go for it and live a little. Only Summer doesn't want a relationship. She has other aspirations such as college for a better living. story is well written and the characters just blend with it. Recommend this book.

LOVED IT

What you need to know: this book contains no cheating, no cliff-hangers and a HEA.
The extra: I have really enjoyed reading this book, the author did such a great job developing the characters, that I feel like I really know them, and not just the major characters, but the minor ones too. Also, it caused me to lose quite a bit of sleep while I was reading it, because it was so hard to put down at night.

Their Vegas Gamble by Tracy Lorraine. I thought is story was well written, full of steam and romance, and very entertaining. I recommend this author and story to others looking for a contemporary drama filled with personal drama, slight twists, passion, and strong characters.
